The media would rather publicize something other than Jesus. As Christians, should we follow this trend? If we want to get rid of our blindness and see the truth, we will need to take lessons from a beggar who knew keeping it low key was not the answer to his problems. Striving for spiritual growth along with finding confidence in the message proclaimed in the Bible gives us the confidence to move away from low key.

Is it OK to build a relationship on lies? Well, I guess it depends, because people are now being pressured to call a man a woman and vice versa if that's what a person wants. Culture wants to dictate our feelings and attitudes and will go to great lengths to do this. There are some movements that are geared toward making us allies with the wrong groups and distancing us from our most valuable and important relationship. God wants to dictate our feelings and attitudes as well, and this episode reminds us of the great lengths that he went through for us all.

In our culture we are very quick to give lables and titles to things and people to a fault. Information isn't about being accurate anymore, it's about being first and sharing whatever comes to your mind. It's safe to assume most bad things that happens to a minority, are because of poor choices and decisions—not necessarily. So does that mean that if something bad happens to a minority, it was racist—not necessarily.
