In this episode, we will be talking about the possibility of burnout when working from home.

I believe the benefits of a work from home setup is great but, we also can't deny that there are bad sides to itas well. In this episode, I talk about the idea of managing our time wisely and keeping personal and work life separate despite the two of them being under the same roof.

That's right folks. I'm 30 and while I don't look like it (fight me!) I have gathered some insightful wisdom from my 10,500+ days on Earth.

I'm going to take you to five lessons I've learned the hard way.

The book I mentioned on this episode is I Will Teach You How To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi.

Parenting and leadership are not too far apart. As a parent, you take care of your family and you ensure that you work as a unit towards a goal. The same thing with leadership, you lead by example, give ample room for mistakes, and ensure that you validate people for their work.

Hindi ko sinasabe na mag-paka alipin tayo sa trabaho natin. Pero hindi enough na rason yung unhappiness mo sa trabaho para mag start ng negosyo.

You have to want it really hard because when you do start it and down the line you get a whole lot of responsibilities like your own employees, hindi na ganun kadali umatras.

Hindi ka pwedeng magpasa ng resignation.

Welcome to another interview episode of the 2ish podcast. Today we'll be talking to Mommy Din Bautista. A proud full-time Homemaker and a contributing writer for Smart Parenting. Din and I have met through my short stint as a dad influencer in the past. She has always been that really loud, funny, and friendly person during sponsor events.

In this episode, we talked about how she turned her loud and friendly personality into a writing career with one of the top publications in the country, her very madaldal daughter, Monica, her life as a homemaker and how she is able to manage everything in her life as a mom, a wife, and as a writer.

This is Din Bautista.

And just like that ten episodes are done! On to the next.

Comparing yourself to others is a LOSING battle. It's self-sabotage and it only diminishes your self-worth.

Sure, it's inevitable and it really is bound to happen. But, if we are mindful of our behavior and what our triggers are, then we are able to ensure that we maintain our self-worth even when comparison is difficult.

This episode is a special one because this is the first time that I will have a guest on the show. I know, it’s not 2ish minutes style, but I figured that having guests is another way to share new ideas about self-development so I thought why not! I’ll definitely still have 2ish minutes shows but I’ll be having guests over on the show from time to time.

In this episode, I talk to JR Santiago, a dedicated public servant, and parenting advocate. In this podcast we talk about how he started his journey into public service, the biggest break in his career as an assistant secretary for the Presidential Communications Operations Office or PCOO during the Aquino administration, his struggles as a hashtag girl dad, and the dad community he started.

YES, YOU CAN DO MORE by doing a LOT LESS!

This episode is dedicated to those people who spread themselves too thinly, those who take on more things when their plate is already full, or those who just can't stop saying YES.

Get your life back on track and do fewer things so you can start doing more. I shared my story of how I said NO to what I thought was the biggest thing in my life. I've never looked back.

I had a less than ideal childhood. My parents separated when I was born, I have not talked to my mother for over 10 years, and have lived with different relatives all throughout my growing up years. But, I still had it good despite those challenges.

I kept my head high and always trusted that every challenge is an opportunity. I'm still building my resilience, but I'd like to talk to you about how I was able to do it, so you can do the same in your life.

Medical doctors, pilots, and engineers swear by it. This productivity device will only help you get things done faster and easier. A checklist is so much different than a To-Do list. While the two share some common elements to it, the way you would use it is much different.

In this episode, I talk about checklists and how it has helped me become more productive. Here are some resources to help you harness the power of checklists:

The 2ish Podcast Episode 2 is all about retiring the phrase "Involved Dads"

Isn’t it about time we are just called “DADS?” When was the last time someone felt the need to qualify the female equivalent as an “involved mom?”
