I know what it feels like to be a Man, and want to break free from addiction to adult content and web sites. I wanted to reconnect with my family and friends, have a more positive outlook and be productive. But I was ashamed because it was taking over my life. It was all I could think about. Every day I was consumed, selfish, and pulling away from my kids or my spouse... My friendships were suffering... I felt isolated, filled with regret, an outsider in my own family... But I was trapped, powerless to get out. Bottom-line for a lot of men having trouble staying away from that kind of stuff, even the fear of losing everything can't get them to stop. But there's GOOD NEWS! I created this (PRIVATE) free Facebook group, for dads that want to escape the shame, loneliness and broken relationships, and reclaim a healthy mindset, reconnect with their kids and spouse and be free. What to expect. No judgment, Open conversations, tips, and strategies. Click the link and request to join this amazing community! http://bit.ly/2TGvrCG

There are times we don't want to overcome our challenges. We would rather make excuses than create results. For today's guest, Andrei Cesmegi, looking for the challenge is often the thrill. If there's an easy way to do it, we'll often cut ourselves short of our potential, but having the grit to look for a challenge to overcome is a way to win against our own negative thinking, or critical thoughts.

Richard & Christina have been married for 23 years. They have 2 sons Caleb 13 and Caden 7. Both of them went through bone marrow transplants at the age of 1 due to a rare childhood disease called Hemophagocitic Lymphohistiocitosis or HLH for short which is basically an overactive immune system that left untreated would destroy both good and bad cells in the body.
Through these processes, They spent about 4 years in & out of hospital and saw many sick and hurting children and bewildered depressed parents dealing with their own sicknesses and diseases. This spurred an idea that was placed in their hearts...give a bear to a child in the hospital so that we could brighten that child’s day while at the same time share our story with the parents to provide hope and encouragement.
Thanksgiving day 2013 was their first bear delivery on the oncology floor while Caden was in the middle of getting his transplant and between May and August of 2014 they formed Compassionate Hearts for Kids, Inc. and started The Caden Project. Chistina & Richard have delivered over 4000 bears to date to over 20 hospitals in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and California. They have written an illustrated children’s book about The Caden Project to encourage young children to help others in need. Future plans are to start Caleb’s Helping Hands to provide much needed medical equipment to special needs children and their families. They thank God daily for the blessing he has given us through our tragedy by helping others by providing hope and love.

Our guest today started out life as refugee from Laos. When Kenji aKa the Lao Warrior came to America during the Vietnam war, he didn't speak English and his family only had $5.00. Now, with martial arts and acting in his portfolio, Kenji proves that opportunity is up to you and the opportunities you take for your family.
Ernie Stuckey is our guest today and he wants to talk to you about your anger. Some of us are taught to be angry, some of us are just wired angry. Two of the biggest horrors of anger are that we are often angry because we're reflecting what we watched growing up and we're creating a roadmap of anger for our kids to follow. Let's end that cycle.
When I was in junior high school in Jacksonville Florida, I was a good student and worked after school and weekends mowing neighborhood lawns to earn money to support my dream. My dream at that time was to play guitar and sing, to be like John Denver. Those that knew me during those years can verify this. I took guitar lessons, entered talent shows, and played for hours and hours in the bedroom of our home on Trinidad Road. I wrote songs, sharing them with friends, we sang in my backyard, in garages and basements. I wanted to make it big as a singer and songwriter. The truth, my guitar playing was probably a 5 on a 10 scale and my singing, well a 5 would be way too generous. By the time I hit high school, my singing and guitar playing took a back seat to the pull of dating, more difficult studies in school, and work. Looking back on those days I think I was just trying to find my voice as many of us still are. Since March 15th, 2017, I’ve been on a journey that has caused the search for my voice to resurface. Some of you reading this may have been watching the Extreme Accountability Challenge on Facebook as I have been joined by friends old and new as we have ventured publicly to lose weight. This website www.postmypath.com, came from that journey on Facebook. On it I will share my, and hopefully many others journey through pathways of weight loss and struggles that have been overcome and possibly some even overlooked. My desire is to offer you hope, that regardless of your present circumstances and no matter how dire your situation looks, there is a path that will become clearer as you step forward, a path that you didn’t even know existed. Like the voice that I was looking for as a teenager, I hope that you find the voice to the path of whatever you are looking for here as I post my path. I encourage you to press post and then press forward, the path that you seek is before you. Your road led through the sea, your pathway through the mighty waters— a pathway no one knew was there! The Ray Kroc Story How do you create a restaurant business and become an overnight success at the age of 52? As Ray Kroc said, “I was an overnight success alright, but 30 years is a long, long night.”
Origins In 1917, 15-year-old Ray Kroc lied about his age to join the Red Cross as an ambulance driver, but the war ended before he completed his training. He then worked as a piano player, a paper cup salesman and a Multimixer salesman.
In 1954, he visited a restaurant in San Bernardino, California that had purchased several Multimixers. There he found a small but successful restaurant run by brothers Dick and Mac McDonald, and was stunned by the effectiveness of their operation. They produced a limited menu, concentrating on just a few items – burgers, fries and beverages – which allowed them to focus on quality and quick service.
They were looking for a new franchising agent and Kroc saw an opportunity. In 1955, he founded McDonald’s System, Inc., a predecessor of the McDonald’s Corporation, and six years later bought the exclusive rights to the McDonald’s name and operating system. By 1958, McDonald’s had sold its 100 millionth hamburger.
