A to-do list practice can work wonders for anyone. You will unknowingly get so much done in days, weeks and months that will gradually add up to your entire life. Review of one of the International Best Selling Author - Robin Sharma's Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.
Tune in to find out a brief summary of this book's content and my review on it. Hope this helps.
PS: Be sure to have a book and a pen handy while you're reading books, so that you can make note of the most important points. I would suggest you to do this though there's summary after every chapter. By writing down things, you're instructing your mind that these notes are of higher value/importance when compared to other information and this helps you remember and follow them easily.

We only get to see the outside of someone. We do not know what kind of internal thoughts and struggles a person is going through or has faced it. We do not know how it feels to be the other person, to be in their shoes, to possess the same amount of knowledge, mental health, thinking ability and commit the same action. We know nothing about them. Coming to conclusions about people without knowing the full picture, is definitely something we shouldn't be doing. It's time we realize that is not just the person, but a variety of other factors are in big play in the process of making that person.
Tune in, to understand what I'm trying to say and to get a slight idea of my thoughts on why we shouldn't be judging people.
PS : It's quite hard to stop judging people right away but what we can do is, try to minimize it to great extent possible and avoiding passing/sharing comments and opinions about others. This too requires time and practice.

'WHAT WORKS FOR YOU ?'
Part 1 - Early Riser or Night Owl?
Most of us have one or few things that require us to work either early in the morning or late in the night. Few are comfortable working during one of the times, while few are fine with both. But we do not really know if being a night person is better than being a morning person or vice-versa. Both of these have many advantages of their own. In this episode I'll be sharing 3 major benefits of working both early in the morning and late in the night, and also how should you choose what kind of a person should you be.
A whole new significant episode (Part 2 of WHAT WORKS FOR YOU?) related to facts and importance of sleep will be out soon. By listening to these two episodes, I'm pretty sure you will understand various key points regarding sleep and distinguish time in a way best for you to work on your main course and side hustles.

Students are confused about their careers! They are not fed with confidence to achieve something in few of the fields they're really passionate about. There are also those teenagers and youngsters who are confused because of the large number of choices available for their career, both for college degrees and side hustles. At times, the same confused youngsters feel that they're lagging behind their fellow mates who have their careers 'figured out' for the coming years. In this episode I'll be sharing my perspective on the uncertainty and struggle that a student usually faces while making a career choice or while focusing on his/her passion. I have also mentioned a small writing exercise that you can do, to be self aware of what you actually love doing and how to go about it. Hope this helps !

Overcoming inferiority complex in certain fields may not be a simple task for many. I have personally been there and I have also come across quite a number of people, not being able to overcome that fear. Even the slightest of it can disturb your confidence and affect your performance sometimes. These are 6 small tips that might help you beat the problem.
The content I have spoken here is regarding the inferiority complex and the fear one might face in sports (keeping in mind my experience as a football player). These tips can also be related and applied in other fields like college, workplace or anywhere else.
You might be knowing a few, but it requires close attention while following them.

Lockdown has not just given me some fun and relaxing time at home, but has also been super productive. Here are 7 things that lockdown helped me keep up with, among which few felt really good learning for the first time. You too might have one or plenty of interests that can be explored during this particular duration, because of the little extra time you've got. So, start thinking about the opportunities and start doing something you've always been wanting to do or something you really love, in a way that's possible now. Stop wasting time worrying about the things you don't have and do the best with whatever you've got. Here are the links I've mentioned in the audio :
