In this episode I talk about how ultimatums need to be left out of the conversation when it comes to the overall qualities of a leader, mentor and coach and that there is a lot of characteristics that can make someone a great leader, mentor and coach. I also talk about how A.I. can disrupt the life coaching industry (and hopefully not soon).

What makes a coach great? In my opinion, relatability. How do you relate to your coach/leader/mentor or how do they relate to you? If you want a genuine, lasting relationship with easy communication, being relatable really matters. What do you think is the most important quality in a leader/coach/mentor?

In this episode I talk about the horrific act that happened today and the reason why this podcast is important to me and society and then I pivot to the difference between coaching styles and expectations set and why it's important not to get those two mixed up. Really good coaches want whats best for you and will coach you wherever you're at. Bad coaches will only coach you how they think you should be coached rather than getting to know you and what you respond well to. When looking for a coach, trust your gut and make sure they ask the right questions. If something feels off, it's ok to find a different coach, mentor or leader. You need to be able to work well with the coach/leader/mentor for the best results. Also, don't be a leader to be a douche bag. This podcast is meant for genuine leadership and coaching, not manipulation tactics.

Episode 5! I talk about Manifestation vs. Visualization and which one I think is more effective. But you can decide what you want to believe and what works for you. I'll dig deeper into it at another time, but feel free to do some digging of your own and see what you think will work for you!

I hate a late night thought about how we view obstacles. We imagine these physical barriers in our way so that we can visualize getting over them. But why? Why do we have to place we obstacles in our mind? Why can't it be as easy and as simple as clearly seeing our goal and continuously making the right choices toward that goal without any physical barrier in sight? Well. This is what I talk about in my podcast. Enjoy!
