Seeing things for what it is with Niya is a biweekly podcast. My name is Taniya some people call me Niya. I have always been passionate about making a change in peoples lives. I will be talking about topics on depression, family, drama, finding happiness, overcoming obstacles, personal experience, and so much more! I want to share a deep connection with my listeners. After 3 years I鈥檓 finally back! With three years worth of self learning and life obstacles! Working so hard and trying to stay sane for the last few years hasn鈥檛 been easy! But we gettin there. I hope someone learns from this and gets so much better in life馃挋
