A life void of who I am according to who God has called me to be, in the fullness of His image, purposes and plans for my life.

The mind is a playground filled with thoughts, ideas and beliefs. Mental Health conditions obviously have to do with the mind and that is where the enemy attacks first. He knows that if he attacks our Mental capacity he wins the battle. It can start off as a worry, a dissatisfaction, feeling not good enough then it grows into something bigger. These thoughts and feelings can choke and break us, as they affect our daily living, how we view life, relationships etc. Â These voices, spoken things and more, pressure us into situations and paths that are not aligned with what and where God has called us to. Which is why we all need awareness on Mental Health and we all need to make it Matter more and more in our lives, especially now.
I wish somebody told me this before I said I do, not blaming anyone BUT I am coming back to tell you what I wish I knew.

Tough year it has been for some, yet a great year it has been for others. The commonality of attitude I speak of on this podcast is how all of us neec to finish, wrap up this year with HOPE, that it can and will get better and greater in the year to come. In a world that broods uniformity - how we think, dress, feel, etc. It’s important to know your IDENTITY in Christ. Being authentic with yourself and journey by questioning yourself honestly as to why you do the things you do, act the way you do and even speak the way you do.
Fear will have you at it's mercy if you don't train the inner man to overcome it. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Believe in yourself and go at it harder!
Many people find themselves grappled and confused when they have to be alone. Be it physically or mentally... Where they have to ask themselves the simple questions of WHY, WHAT, WHERE? Why do I act the way I do, like the things I like and have the personality I have. What am I on earth for, what am I passionate about, what do I love, what am I living for and where am I going?
These are important questions that only you have the answers for and alone time is the only way you can get them out. Some will be a painful journey to the past to get them answered.. But will be a great way for you to pave your future.
So listen up as I talk more on the dangers of being afraid to be alone.
The gift of singlehood has been mistaken for a curse, highly misunderstood, mirespresented and as a result, navigated through unwisely so... I was once a victim of that... But as I find myself single again, I am navigating through this great season differently. Won't you give me an ear as I take you through my observations.
Women are battered, shattered, shamed and killed as if destined to be broken in every way, shape and form, especially by those who have been manned to protect us. Yet the woman still arises and manages to utilise her voice, her curves, her pain, her shame, her story to bring and make a change in her sphere of influence. Yes - she still has a long way to go, healing and nursing her bruises, scars and ego....but SHE IS WORTHY TO BE CELEBRATED NOW! This one is for you!
