The decision I had to make was to Shut The Fear Up. Since then my amazing team and I have been committed to spreading this message globally. You don’t have to do it alone. I didn’t have many successful models of what healthy partnerships/relationships looked like in my life, but I have experienced some amazing ones in the past few years. It only happened when I chose to accept “help” and support from others. I need you to fulfill my purpose and you need me to fulfill yours! So let’s #ShutTheFearUp and do it together

Protecting myself is too much work with little return on investment. Instead I choose to be vulnerable. Rather it’s vulnerability by pain or joy, I choose to be exposed with all of the emotions that make it easy for someone to really do some emotional damage or healing. No matter what their intent is, I believe that all things will work together for my good! I am the boss of my life and I have a Good Good Daddy who intends that I win!
We need to love ourselves soooo much that we have NO problem being selective and definite in our daily actions. We need to value our dreams and our purpose so much that we have NO problem say no when we need to and YES when we need to! People we be more confident in your leadership ability when you show you are selective and definite in your purpose. Eventually they will be inspired by your boldness and give themselves that permission to value their purpose as much as you do! Shut the Fear Up and be selective with me!
