New Hope Youth is all about Jesus. A win for our weekly service is for students to connect on three levels: with Jesus, with a leader, and with other students. One way that we as leaders make sure we're connecting is the 5-5-1 rule: Our leaders and student leaders need to be connecting with 5 students before service, 5 students after service, and then have one mentoring moment sometime throughout the night.
