Hey y'all, welcome to The Pharm Community Podcast!
My name is Sarah and I'm so excited to kick off this podcast with in interview I recorded in early December with yoga teacher and fabulous human, Lisa Feeny.
Lisa teaches Chair yoga and Yoga for Larger Bodies at The Pharm and co-founded Harmony Accessible Yoga here in Ventura County.
