For decades, college students at Auburn University have gathered at the Auburn Christian Student Center to worship God and hear His Word taught. This podcast will publish our weekly lessons.
In this interview, we visit with Jasmine Turner and Adam Paa. Jasmine and Adam are on staff at the North Atlanta Church of Christ, and both have worked in recovery ministry, helping those who are struggling with addiction. In these two interviews, Adam and Jasmine help us to understand the nature of addition, to empathize with those struggling with addictions, and to see the role of God and God's people in helping people in the midst of their struggle with addiction.
The first interview for our Summer Interview Series 2020 is with Dr. Michael Strickland. Dr. Strickland is a former ACSC student, a former ACSC intern, a former campus minister, and a current professor of theology at Amridge University. In this interview, he talks about his lifetime studying and following Jesus. He gives advice for college students wanting to come to a deeper understanding of Jesus.

In lieu of the weekly ACSC podcast on the Gospel of Mark, this week we are publishing twos sermons by Jim Brinkerhoff. Jim preached a multi-year sermon series on the Gospel of Mark in the early 2000s. His final sermon on the Gospel of Mark, on the empty tomb account in Mark 16:1-8, was entitled "Missing Jesus". So, as we remember the empty tomb, let's listen to Jim powerfully preach about the empty tomb.
