It was a very agonizing deal for me.
Be careful to whom you allow in your hair.

To get attention by continuously harassing someone is what is doing our Community so much harm.
Throughout our history as Black folks you don't have to look far to see that it is those of your own race is quicker to bring you down and treat you the worst.

This email was given to me by the Supervisor of BRITISH AIRWAYS.

For the past recent THREE times I've been to my storage unit a lot of weird things have occurred.....including TODAY.
How is it Possible for these companies to get away with doing these things to customers.
HOW??!!!!
This recording is of the rep today around 11:30am.
Telling me to DISREGARD a text message where it is STATING I owe a bal of $159.89.
AFTER sending me a text STATING my bal due was ZERO.
You can hear how she's was trying to GASLIGHT me.
This is a recording of one of the nicest reps I've spoken to from Tmobile.
This is when I PAID whatever BALANCE was due.
My question is WHY they texted me TWO days later stating that I have a bal due of 159.89??!!!
Let THAT sink in....
If you don't record or document it.....
Then it doesn't exist?
If it doesn't EXIST then THEY or SOMEONE with a gripe against you can just as easily go into the database and INSERT or DELETE whatever they want.
