In addition to a Bachelor of Music from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Brent is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to obtain a license as a professional counselor because of his passion to help hurting people.
He feels called to help worship pastors struggling with relationships, addictions, isolation, depression, and more. Whether we like it or not, getting and keeping a crowd of any size engaged in worship takes some creative thoughts and action. Hopefully that is more exciting than daunting. From creative visuals to song selection and the order of worship, adding (or removing) elements during your time of worship can be the key to reaching people with the core message of the Gospel and engaging them in truly worshipping our God and savior.
