This is a time for new beginnings and to wipe the slate clean. We are taking one month at a time to go through the 12 steps together. January is Step One, we admitted that we were powerless over our addiction and that our lives have become unmanageable’, what does it mean to be powerless and what can we do to regain power in our lives as we’ve never had it before?
