You wanna make love but I gotta fuck you up cause all I want to do is put this kung fu on you.
The unfortunate fact is that the FM capable of the MC101 requires an external editor. Primarily, the subjects achieving this bass tone utilize hidden FAT features of the VA. I'm not joking, there's a parameter called FAT.

Don't let the neon signs hit you on the face. (originally produced for different project, this is the instrumental)
I can't afford a digitone 2 right now, so to get more voices, why not just use the KO2 to sample the Digitone? Whee!
My personal EQ edit of this long lost treasure of beats from SP Forums.RIP Riki20h2.I did not make this, I'm purely uploading this edit for future generations to see how to break out of the prison.
I took the KO specs and samples and shit and mapped them onto this other piece of gear I already own. Cause fun times. (i bought the KO2 but it's not coming for a while, so I'm just having fun).
Medley of (mostly) unreleased documents from the offices of HEAVY SYSTEMS, Inc. and a peek at the agenda for Q3 and forward.

Did some minor mastering and such on this track originally arranged and mixed by CayenneGaramonde.Original version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9DqcdLZbUAII tried to give it a little more punch in various frequencies using some hardware. Dunno if it sounds better, but I like it better like this. Personal preferences are a thing.Drawing of Axel by me.
Smooth break biz. Live MC101 jam. Download and play in your favorite MP3 player on repeat and it loops endlessly for vibez.
A mix done on new years eve live...the front side before the new year is original sounds....the flip side is remixes and reworks...you can tell the changeover because exactly at midnight, the song switches over. It's about the loop of trends, re-imagining of what works in new ways, etc.A meditation of music in the modern age.
Youtube routed into MC101 on original track by Junko Ohashi and set to play in yt at 125% speed. A little live tom foolery here and there with probabiliy sequencing and fiddling with a couple of knobs.
Ran a bunch of old tracker files through some minor eq/compression and mixed them into this...enjoy.I have roots in weird places, don't judge.
Sam learns the value of stabs in dance music as he inhabits the body of NRG. MC101 only.
Made the synth directly on the machine, used the new/old vinyl sim effect now called 'phonograph' and enjoy the much cleaner and immediate feeling scatter.
Enjoy
Just a personal tech test of the possibilities of running a PA on a single project on the MC101. I have ideas. Ideas have me.
Was after a different sound, and stumbled onto a distorted guitar on the way so I had to go ahead and detour for a moment cause it was just too good to let go.
Demo mini mix tape for the ravertone sound pack created with/for the Elektron Digitone.
No samples/romplers used at all, just a single digitone run through Boss MicroBR's amp sim.
Special screwed mix by Friccy Biccy.
You got screwed, but if you show me what you got, we can unscrew you.
Preview of my remix of the legendary NRG's "Promised Land". Courtesy of Kniteforce Records.
I found this mashup by CayenneGaramonde here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9DqcdLZbUAI and thought it was a little muffled sounding so I ran it through some shitty eq cause I can't master for shit.
Image artwork by me.
For the 'mystery project' on Kniteforce Records. If you didn't get one, sorry! There may be a couple available in a week as the dust settles!
Keep checking back, it's full of legends including Acen, NRG, and Hyper On Experience! And...uh, me. I'm a legend in my own mind, so that's why I'm included.
All sounds are edited from samples originating from Joy Unlimited - Rudiment. Edited/Sequenced in Renoise 3.1 using only stock/factory effects/tools. Thems the rules to the battle.
Render/remaster of some of my biggest influences. Courtesy Tokyo Dawn Records circa 1997-1999.
