This week I wanted to take a couple of minutes to share some of the podcasts that we have been listening to in these past months and especially in these past weeks. Please take the time that you might spend listening to us this week to follow the links in the description to one of these podcasts and because we are a learning organization, please let us know if you would like to talk about any of them.

This Week we talk with Kim Nolan, organizational change leader, Vermonter, educator, student and feet first traveler.

Kim is a modern day renaissance woman, a regular “Jane of all trades”… literally. She has worked with Wall Street partners when securitizing commercial mortgages, with case managers and therapists when directing a community based mental health program, with undergrad students when chairing a transpersonal psychology department and graduate students when overseeing a masters program in mindfulness studies. She has worked with well-known leaders when designing an academy for contemplative and ethical leadership at a think tank, and worked with farmers and a union workers when helping to lead one of the largest food co-ops in the United States. Kim is an appointed commissioner in the state of Vermont, a lifelong advocate for human rights, and an ordained Buddhist chaplain.
