How do people chart their paths in life? This podcast will ask people on different journeys to reflect on their path to where they are now and share some of their essential learning experiences along the way.

This Week we talk with Kim Nolan, organizational change leader, Vermonter, educator, student and feet first traveler.
Kim is a modern day renaissance woman, a regular “Jane of all trades”… literally. She has worked with Wall Street partners when securitizing commercial mortgages, with case managers and therapists when directing a community based mental health program, with undergrad students when chairing a transpersonal psychology department and graduate students when overseeing a masters program in mindfulness studies. She has worked with well-known leaders when designing an academy for contemplative and ethical leadership at a think tank, and worked with farmers and a union workers when helping to lead one of the largest food co-ops in the United States. Kim is an appointed commissioner in the state of Vermont, a lifelong advocate for human rights, and an ordained Buddhist chaplain.

We Make the Road by Walking is a project of City of Bridges High School and our school year begins on September 3rd. We are taking a couple of weeks off, but will be back soon with more paths and youth voices.
