We have a society now where we are not obligated to experience pain. I think the best thing any of us can do is go out to manufacture some levels of pain, and I recommend doing this daily. Everything in society today drives us and sells us comfort inconvenience. When the best thing for mental health is exact opposite. Go do something painful, then you’ll see.

I’ve been drinking a little bit but I did want to talk about setting realistic goals for yourself. It’s important not to overextend your goals because then it can discourage you from pursuing them further if you don’t come close to hitting that monstrous goal.
