Abena's World is my way of telling my story my way doing the best i can with what i have. Abena's world is tells a tale of one Woman of AFreekan Decent (W.A.D.) journey in a place called earth, in a societal system founded and maintained off the backs of Afreekan Descendant and which thrives off of the pain inflicted upon them. In my world of Recovering from this shystem of racism/white supremacy, it becomes imperative for me to have a space to "externalize the stinking poo" and make way for some good shit to come in. One of the beauties of this process is that YOU the listener, can benefit from by knowing you are not alone in your experiences and that someone is willing to stand up and speak out the truth that represents us all.
This episode in ABENA'S WORLD gives a brief view of what happens when actually living and practicing the Principles of MA'AT on a planet flooded with E.V.I.L. You will become a TARGET to be attacked based on the root paradigm guiding the thinking and behaving of the people herein.

America is a PLANTATION NATION and the "jobs" we are trained to do, are designed to support its effective running. During this episode in my world, I share with another recovering Afreekan Descendant my experiences on my last 'plantation station' called 'Horizon House Inc'. There I encountered five "UN-scruplous" Afreekans who actively conspired to have me dismissed from duties. They were able to accomplish this goal via acts of Intentional Harm, mis-treatment, and violations of the laws, rules, regulations and standards in the MENTAL/EMOTIONAL/BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE ARENA.

In this episode, I talk about the events leading to the 'loss' of my job, the role some "scrupulous Afreekans" played in that and my attempts to utilize "counter-racist science" to protect myself. This episode highlights the infection of european cultural thought and behavior in at least two of our 'sub-cultural' groups within the Afreekan Collective.

In preparation for my debut on the Queen of Heart blog talk radio broadcast, I began by thinking out loud to myself, some of the things I want to share about myself. As I recorded this "episode" in ABENA'S WORLD, I had a SPIRITUAL ORGASM. You'll have to come to the show on 12-11-11 to find out how the 'feminine' and 'masculine' Inergy in M.E. came together to produce the explosion of PURE ECSTASY I felt.
On the Wednesday evening prior to the european helliday called "thanksgivng", I was out at the supermarket. It was packed with folk buying up food to cook and dominated with "dark-skinned people" or Afreekan Descendants. One Sistren was CLEARLY having a hard time maintaining all the "knowledge" she had received from an apparent lecture by a noted scholar of Afreekan Descent. Her "rant" during this shopping hour probably led to her arrest or hospitalization and further harm. I sense this happens because those on the "top" with the "knowledge" passed no to the "masses" are done in a very irresponsible way. They have done very little to CHANGE THE ENVIRONMENT where the "masses" exist and as a result, the "masses" are just OVERWHELMED WITH SHYT. Listen to the Sistren and THINK before you ACT.
