To celebrate International Women's Day, Sarah Wilmore, Tess Derry and Yasmin Ryder chat to former England footballer Eniola Aluko. Eni is the director of women's football at Aston Villa, has over 100 England caps and won multiple honours for her playing careers at Chelsea and Juventus.
