Season 3 Ep 9: How do we heal? Observe your thoughts. Then think about better ones. I've compiled a list of exercises to take the guess work on how to craft different thoughts. The goal is to practice this list. In other words, not to focus on "GETTING IT RIGHT," but to just repeat, start, stop, and repeat. The more repetitive you become with these hacks, the more awareness around how you think will become second nature. Because thinking good thoughts is at the root to all healing. Jews and Christian alike know the famous story of Passover when the Jews, after having been enslaved for 210 years, were finally free to leave Egypt after God sent the 10 plagues, which finally prompted Pharaoh to set the Jews on a pathway towards freedom. Maybe the 10 plagues represent 10 human conditions we all long to be free from and when we finally face these constrictions, true inner redemption can finally take place. Is it possible than when we finally free ourselves of our inner "pandemic" we can truly be free? For what is true freedom? The freedom to finally be full without the shackles of our own whispers holding us back.
