But that's why he's giving us the graciousness of his time to be with us here on Raw Rants and I can tell you one thing this guy is in demand.  He has social impact, but also people want to be social with him.    He has approximate  30,000 followers just on YouTube.    And that's just one channel.

One of the funny things he told me about is I asked him, you know, best pickup line for girls. He says Sit down and listen.  Don't say anything.   Mom trained him well.

He is actually a professional speaker and he calls himself a Care Bear about impact.   Little funny side fact: He sings karaoke in four different languages.  And he speaks Tamil he speaks French he speaks English. He speaks Mandarin. He sings in Spanish he sings in Japanese and in Hindi.

SOCIAL MEDIA.   There is a lot of stuff out there on social media.  News, advertisement, entertainment, education, jobs, travel, gadgets, products, behaviors, just all kinds of stuff.  When we have a presence on social media, or we expose ourselves to it, we probably should be thinking about creating and having balance. Balance requires adding, silencing, eliminating and saying yes and no.

Otherwise, before we know it, we become the bad news. Think of it like a diet plan with food.

This one is nothing but a reminder to "do you" and be you.  We have been conditioned to wait for permission and especially now that we need to exercise self-care we need to just do that versus waiting for someone to permit us to take care of ourselves and the people around us.

Be a catalyst for celebration.  So many times we miss the opportunity to celebrate.  It's not just the socially driven big things that deserve celebration.  The little things, your progress, your small steps, they all deserve a celebration.

We all see and feel and know we have a problem at one point or another.  And the question is not do we have a problem and what the problem is, the question is rather what do we do with it the moment we feel it and see it appear, and does it maybe present a life-changing and unique opportunity for us and the people around us.

In this episode, we read the last of the three books of Kobi Yamada called "What Do you Do With A Problem? "

Emotional Triggers hold a lot of charge for all of us for often times very different reasons.  Often our relationships - business and personal -  are deeply affected by it and we feel we lose control.   Here is Raw Rant about those emotional triggers and some pointers that have helped me and may help you as well.  Listen in and take charge of your mind!

My RAW RANT today is about HAPPY-NESS.  We all have a different interpretation or give the word a different meaning.  In western cultures often happiness is associated with a party and being around people and very outward-facing.  You go east and happiness is being at peace with yourself and creating space for reflection, quiet and calm, not crazy and wild.  Happiness is for many of us directly related to success and that in turn translates into money and social recognition.   This is my invitation for you to explore what happiness means to you.  Listen In!

We have limited personal energy resources every day and we often allow people to drain that energy without setting the right boundaries or even "uninviting" them from our life.  Scan your ecosystem and look for those energy vampires.

Inspired by Biyan, a motivational speaker from Germany, I wanted to share some thoughts on shoes - the analogy on things we try to fit into, people and things we surround ourselves with that may be toxic, and even after trying to walk in those shoes with great pain, we still hold on to them.  Why?  This is my invitation to let them go - gracefully and gratefully.  Listen in!

Perfectionism is a tough one.  We all, at times, strive for it - the perfect selfie, the perfect words, the perfect body, the perfect work project.  And while doing that, we preclude ourselves from doing anything in the first place and ignore our own brilliance.
