Conversation around self-exploration, navigating change and what it is to be a human in this day and age.
If you're someone who struggles to make decisions, know where to focus in your healing work, or where to head at a crossroads, this is for you.
Knowing your highest value at any given time in your life is SO valuable, as it can give you direction, focus and greater trust in your path and decisions.
This is something I've been unconsciously using for years to upgrade my life and shape a reality that fits more and more closely with what I desire for myself. It's magic!

If we want relationships - platonic, romantic, or otherwise - to continue to grow, evolve and deepen, we have to be okay with having difficult conversations. And more importantly, we have to try our best to truly listen and find a resolution.
So often, our ego gets in the way of our relationships' evolution. It encourages us to act out, blame, avoid, shame - you name it. Anything but open our heart, sit down, and communicate. But when we do, magic can happen.
When we have the courage to have difficult conversations, we are always, always rewarded.
I hope you enjoy this voice note. I appreciate your time in listening!

Setting boundaries is ultimately an act of love, so why doesn't it always involve a tangible, loving intent?
So many people go into a boundary setting interaction steeled-up and close-hearted, leading to those situations being firm, tough and love-less. They trojan-horse their frustrations and annoyances into their boundary setting and take pleasure in getting a rise out of the other.
If we were to change the way we set boundaries, SO much would transform.

In this voice note, I consider why what you do doesn't matter nearly as much as how you do it. I explain why the value of our experiences or possessions isn't in the thing itself, but in the way we engage with it.
I explore ways in which we can lead a life that is filled with moments of gratitude, openness and trust - even amongst the trip-ups.

In this episode, I explore the layers of our feelings, and their relationship to committing to big decision in life.
I discuss how we can travel the layers of feeling, navigating our emotional landscape, how to know what decisions come from a place of alignment, and how we can honour conflicting truths within our experiences.

In this episode, I explore how we can create our own form of spirituality that fits our unique blueprint.
Often, spiritual stereotypes and tropes can make us feel like spirituality isn't for us, or that we can't be spiritual. I discuss why spirituality should and can include every kind of human experience.

In this episode, I discuss the idea that whenever we open our mouths, we are only ever speaking about ourselves.
I explore the ways in which we can use our thoughts, feelings and opinions about others and their actions to gain insight into what beliefs we hold about the world, what conditioning we are running, and what parts of ourselves are needing love and attention.

In this voice note, I unpack the concept of the pendulum swing of our perspective, and the way that experiencing the extremes of particular world views can be essential in finding equilibrium.
I cover how this can relate to "spiritual awakenings", the way that we often beat ourselves up for having seen things differently than the way we are currently seeing them, why doing stuff that isn't good for us can actually be good for us, and the pendulum swing of my relationship with alcohol over the years.

When I'm getting a sense of whether I want to commit to a program or not, I don't just want to know that it's worked for people, I want to know why. I read testimonials & try to hear from the people who have found value in it.
This episode is for those who wanted a sense of why the Spiral was so transformative to me.
I run through the key points as to why it changed so much for me in such a positive way.

In this episode I unpack the basic aspects of self responsibility - what it is, how I use it, why I love it, and why you might love it too.
Self responsibility is a truly powerful tool to adopt, and is one of the single most instrumental tools we can use to start to shift the direction or feel of our lives.
I hope you enjoy this episode.

In this voice note, I talk about how useful it is to start using this phrase, "part of me", when observing, acknowledging & validating your emotions, and in emotionally charged situations.
If you've ever felt a big gap between how you're feeling on the inside, and how you want to act, this could be incredibly useful to listen to.
Hope you enjoy it!
