DEI re-education is the "North Star" of Communities in Schools.
In this episode I walk you through a DEI training led by a staff member of Communities is Schools - South Central Texas affiliate.
The "Beads of Privilege" training defines PRIVILEGE by DEI standards. Intersectionality is also defined. The training aims to help the participant internalize the DEI worldview. The goal is to have CIS staff work with children in public schools viewing them from a DEI lens and influencing their attitudes and behaviors toward a DEI perspective.

Institutionalized indoctrination of DEI and LGBTQ+ in tax payer funded schools by Communities in Schools. The training I am talking about in this episode is from Communities in Schools most recent DEI Summit in 2022 hosted by their national organization. Many affiliates from Texas attended the training, including CIS of South Central Texas which told Fredericksburg ISD that they do not teach DEI and that parents were giving the district "misinformation." The local newspaper and several community members lashed out at those who opposed CIS, creating division in our community. The information presented was indeed from CIS and no misinformation was shared.

Claire has a trans identifying son who is 17 years old. In this interview Claire describes what life is like living with a son who believes he is the opposite gender. Claire has decided NOT to affirm his trans identity, but this decision has resulted in losing many of her friends. Claire was shocked by how she and her family were rejected by those closest to them. She has found friendship within her Rapid Onset Gender Disorder Parent group. Claire wants other families to learn from her story so that they can prevent, or rescue their own children from trans indoctrination.

It Takes a Family was approached by 4 parents who want to share their experience as parents of a transgender identifying child. These parents are not activists or public speakers, in fact they are going by an alias for these interviews. They do not affirm their children in their trans-identity, but they do love their children deeply. Each family has faced hatred and rejection for not affirming their children in their trans identity. These parents want to warn families about the transgender trend that has indoctrinated schools, the medical and mental health communities and Child Protective Services.
Today's episode is with Jennifer. Her daughter identifies as a boy. She has chosen a boy's name and would prefer to be referred to by male pronouns. She attends a Catholic school in California and they affirm her transgender identity. They consistently pressure Jennifer to use her daughters chosen male name and pronouns, but Jennifer has chosen not to.

Companies like EBSCO makes a profit from selling access to their database to our schools and public libraries. They also make a profit from publishers and advertisers. Pornography sites like PornHub have been found advertised within these databases.

We are very concerned that our children will go the way of the secular culture. But there is a way for us to guide our children toward living counter culturally and that begins with us, the parents. In Numbers chapter 6, God shares with Moses the Nazarite vow, which is considered a special vow made for a special amount of time in dedication to the Lord. What if, as a family, we chose to live SET APART in all areas of our lives. When we choose to live SET APART for God as individuals it affects how we interact with everyone, including our spouse and children. The result would be that our marriages would be set apart and our families would be too. Our children would witness our dedication to the Lord. When Families choose to live SET APART we become a powerful witness to others and protect our minds and hearts....and our children.

Sexual abuse should never be trivialized and certainly not eroticized. The parents of Leander ISD in Texas are combatting the school district over their approved list of sexually explicit books that eroticize sexual abuse, adult child "romantic" relationships, sexual violence and racism. The books are written at a 3rd grade reading level, but Leander ISD continues to defend these books as literary achievements that address "diversity." My special guest this week is Melissa Ohden, Founder and Director of Abortion Survivors Network. Melissa is an abortion survivor. She survived a saline induced abortion that should have scalded her and taken her life away, but by God's grace she was born alive and free from harm. She is not the only abortion survivor and she provides support and healing for other survivors of abortion. Texas law states that sex education is optional and gives local control to parents of each district through a SHAC. If the Texas School Board approves these sex education standards then sex education essentially becomes mandated via the education standards. This conflicts with State law and takes local control away from parents. Sex education mandates are in direct conflicts with parental rights and our freedom to lead the education and moral upbringing of our children.
