You’ve heard me say so many times, “you are what you eat.” You've also heard me encourage you to eat several servings of fresh fruits and veggies every day.
All of that remains true yet the Environmental Working Group (ewg.org) recently released the updated list of the dirtiest foods. By dirty, I mean containing the most pesticides which makes those foods unhealthy for us.

40 million adults in the US who are age 18 and over experience significant anxiety. That’s almost 20% of the total population! That’s a lot of anxiety!
