During difficult circumstances, we can find comfort in the Word of God. By focusing on study, prayer, and praise in our homes, we can prepare for a great work ahead.
Jesus has gained the VICTORY so we can live with confident hope in a secured future. So, Remember... Rejoice... and Represent Christ to the world!
Which world are you living in? A world dominated by sin and brokenness or by GRACE and Forgiveness? Jesus offers a solution to our brokenness, if we would only trust in Him as Savior.
We can experience true peace, access to God, and a secured hope through faith in Jesus. All of this is available because God demonstrated His love for us at just the right time!
In order to understand the offer of salvation, we must realize our present state of sinfulness. During these difficult days, we can lean on the truth of who God is (and who we are not) and what He has to offer.
In times of chaos and confusion, it’s comforting to know who God is and what our proper response should be.
We are to blame for the struggles and issues we face in this world. Listen to find out why.
This week, we welcomed Marcus Brown, Church Health Team Leader at the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. He began our Unashamed sermon series for this spring.
Engaging in relationship with God through prayer will equip us to live on mission. Do we understand how God answers prayer? Or what happens when we don’t seem to receive an answer? This message will help provide clarity and direction for your prayer life.
Prayer is much more than asking and receiving, so why should we pray? Engaging in prayer will equip followers of Jesus to live with intentionality and purpose.
Prayer has nothing to do with God fulfilling our every desire. Instead, prayer is about developing a relationship with our Creator, Sustainer, and Savior.
You are highly valuable to God and so is your ONE. You can help make the difference in our world today!
Followers of Jesus must live an intentional life on mission through the power of the One!
The call to discipleship means we must produce fruit. Your challenge is to identify ONE person who needs Jesus. Who’s your one?
God created us to live in relationship, so believers must show the world how to glorify God as we love one another.
As followers of Jesus, we must display a model for love and self control to the watching world.
A healthy body of believers grows in unity with one another, in knowledge of God, and in the likeness of our Savior Jesus until we are all mature in the faith.
Your new life in Christ has value and worth therefore live your life unified and whole, changing the world one day at a time.
God is able to do more than we can possibly image through your life so that He might receive glory!

Jesus has broken down every barrier, making a healthy relationship with God and others possible. Have you gained peace with God? How about with others?
While we were all dead in our sin, God intervened! By GRACE we are saved through faith! This is why we go and impact our community.
Our prayer life should be focused, purposeful, and powerful. What does your prayer life look like?
How do you define your identity? We have a choice daily to allow ourselves defined by labels the world places upon us or by what the Bible says about us. At heart, who are you?
Our summer study has led us on a journey discovering life in the church. We have learned that together, we can make an impact for the Gospel. Unity, love, and a commitment to the Word of God are essential to the health of the body of Christ!
As the Church, must connect our doctrine to practice by living in community to make an impact on our culture.
As Christian leaders in our community, we must engage culture to make a positive impact because we know the One True Living God!
Do you believe in the Word of God? What evidence is there in your life to prove your belief?
The task for the believer is simple. Every day, give God your best, because in Christ you have no reason to be ashamed. It’s up to YOU to pass on the Gospel message, so get to work!

Adam has been the Metro Campus Minister since 2018. Adam is a minister/campus missionary through the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
We are called to impact the world with the good news of the gospel, regardless of your standing in the eyes of the world. We must treat those around us with honor and respect, so the love of Jesus will flow through us and soften the hardest of hearts
We Are The Church! Together, we must fight for unity and provide opportunity for the world to be reconciled back to God. We are united from above based on a love that is consuming, refreshing, and is for everyone!
We Are The Church! Together, we must stand firm as Christ’s ambassadors to the watching world. We must remain committed to the essentials of the faith and fight for unity and the truth of the gospel message.
As followers of Jesus we have been appointed to fight for the truth of the Gospel in our culture. We must stand for the truth that God’s plan for us is good. As we fulfill our role, we point our culture to Jesus. Church leadership must have a servant heart, leading the church with integrity and humility to point the world to Jesus. Every believer must take up the responsibility to do their part in the body of Christ to encourage, support, pray for, and join with our church leadership in the task of making disciples of all nations!
The church has been given an incredible task of impacting the world with the truth of the Gospel. We are called as believers to fight for the Gospel in our lives and in the church. Together, we can make a difference because...together, We Are The Church!
As we wrap up our study in the Gospel of Mark…we have discovered that there is incredible depth in the journey of following Jesus. We must respond to the call the follow because the time is short and the Kingdom of God is near.
As we begin to conclude our study in the Gospel of Mark…we have discovered that there is incredible depth in the journey of following Jesus. We must respond the Jesus’ call to follow by giving our all, regardless of the cost.
As we continue our study through the Gospel of Mark…we are discovering there is incredible depth in the journey of following Jesus. We must live our lives in light of the reality that Jesus is returning soon, so remain faithful with the task in which we are called, to make disciples of all nations.
This week, we had Derek Brown from Arkansas Families as our guest speaker. Using the “miracle of the boy” (Feeding the 5,000) from John 6, Derek focused on the importance of every individual and the significance of the family and the home.
As we continue the journey through the Gospel of Mark…we are discovering there is incredible depth in the journey of following Jesus. Through His sacrifice, we now have an opportunity to live in relationship with Him. A healthy relationship is one that produces fruit and is filled with faith.

The difference in life is JESUS, the one true Son of the Living God! The question remains, “Will you worship Him as Lord?” Or will the pressures of the world silence you?

Our sin nature causes separation from Jesus and prohibits us from growing in relationship with Him. As we allow God to change our hearts, we have the opportunity to go deeper and become the ones He created us to be!

As we follow, Jesus will continue to stretch us, to mold us, and impress upon us the way we should go. He will prepare us and equip us to make an impact in our community. Keep in mind, though, this might just look different than we have experienced in the past.
Jesus has entrusted His followers with the movement of the Gospel throughout the world. That began with the twelve and is now fallen to us. We are His representatives, His ambassadors, entrusted with the ministry of reconciliation. We are the small stones who are adding depth to the church and kingdom. Understanding Jesus’ words in the text with hindsight after the cross, we see the bigger picture. We know the outcome. The question is not whether we will win or lose…but instead how much will we win by?
As we continue the journey through the Gospel of Mark, remember the question we are trying to answer…”What does is mean to follow Jesus?” Following Jesus is about experiencing the healing touch of the Savior and then engaging the sick with the promise of a new life.
Jesus sees in us what no one else can see and turns us into what we were intended to be.
Following Jesus is about a relationship and when the world provides distraction, we must remain true to our mission.
Every follower of Jesus is called to an incredible mission. A mission full of excitement, adventure, and intrigue. Jesus is calling us to participate with Him in the grandest story in all of history. The victory of good over evil. The incredible work of reconciling the world back to the hope, peace, and life found in the Father of all Creation!
What does it take to build a great movement?
There are three essentials — (1) a compelling vision (2) good people (3) a great leader. This is how God builds His kingdom. We see these details flesh out in Mark 1. In order to be successful, any group must proclaim the right message, find the right people, and follow the right master. Today, I want to discuss the success our church and the people who claim to be committed to the mission of Jesus.
Jesus is calling us to action to fulfill the Great Commission.
