The earth and it's inhabitants are in real trouble. It is reflective in mankind's behavior as of late and the earth is moaning and groaning. I am sure we can all feel and see t however, very little is said about it. Feisal Khan and Cindy Toscano take this subject on in the 30 minute episode.

Balkanization is usually a pejorative term for fragmentation of a larger region into smaller regions or states, often hostile to one another. For that reason, this episode aims to raise awareness of the economic, social, and political realities of what life inside these communities can look like. Lobbyists and industry stakeholders often tout that HOA communities protect residents property values and save municipalities money. However, there is a starkly different reality playing out in the day to day of many communities nationwide.
