Are you feeling like you can't get anything done throughout your day?  Are you constantly putting things on tomorrow's to-do list because you didn't get to them today?  You are not alone!  Everyone faces the same challenge.  This episode focuses on a time management tool called the Flexture Time Ratio.  Here is a breakdown of how to complete this exercise:

  1. List all the areas of life that take up your time (family, work, community, extracurricular activities, etc.) 

  2. Create 2 pie charts - one for NOW, one for FUTURE.  

  3. Distribute your "areas" into the NOW pie chart using percentages (up to 100%)

  4. Evaluate the NOW pie chart to make sure you are spending the right amount of time in each area of your life.  Are you prioritizing correctly?

  5. If not, create a new FUTURE pie chart with the time allocation you want - be intentional with your time.

It's time to stop living life as a bunny, wake up and be the BEAR!
