People may listen to you, be there for you during tough times. But on rare occasions will you find anyone loosing sleep concerned about whether or not you are alright.
We often believe that friends, families, relatives, loved ones and heck even the government are obligated or have a duty to care about us. Why should they?
Those you actually think ought to care actually have a life. They spend majority of their time doing whatever it is they do.
No one if given an option will pick an average service, good, person or product. It doesn't in anyway benefit you to be average at anyanything. Why then won't you want to be the best at something?
Traditionally the concept or idea of quiting is most times seen as failure. Seth Godin in his book, "The Dip- A little book that teaches you when to quit and when to stick" , teaches that it is sometimes okay to quit! Quitting at times is necessary for you to become exceptional or good at something.
The most common excuse people give: "There's not enough time." They claim they'd love to start a company, learn an instrument, market an invention, write a book, or whatever, but there just aren't enough hours in the day. When you want something bad enough, you make the time--regardless of your other obligations. The truth is most people just don't want it bad enough.
In this episode, we get some helpful tips and insights on the importance of hard work. We also look into the need to differentiate and stand out from the pack.

I came across this post on the internet. The simplicity of the post struck me as I pondered on it for days to gain clarity. . . I came to the realization that as humans we are faced with various hurdles, challenges, disappointments and $#!T that life seemingly enjoys throwing at us. . Turns out that when life throws these at us, what we are wired to do is to complain, grumble, whine, wallow in self-pity and blame others. . Anyone can do all these things. It is very easy to not take action . I mean, how hard it is to point fingers and blame others? .
