In every age great teachers arise advocating religious tolerance and claiming “there are many ways to God”.
I’m all for tolerance and it follows that, if in fact there is only one true God, then those who come to this belief do so from other beliefs, in short, that which they believed prior to reaching their current position.
There are indeed many religions, many you will have heard something of, such as Baha'i, Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Shinto, Sikhism, Taoism, Wicca and the list goes on through Zoroastrianism and beyond.
Within this plethora of organised religious activity philosophies seem to range from; ‘Find a faith you like’ through to ‘This is what you must do’.
My particular religion is a very simple one, I believe I have a duty to care for those who have no one to care for them.
My faith is equally simplistic, I am incapable of doing anything good or bad to change God. God is capable and willing towards me working all things whether good or bad for my good.
It may come as a surprise to some to know that I also believe, that this is what ‘The Holy Bible’ teaches.
I believe! Yet what if my belief is based on imagination rather than a knowledge of the knowledge of God? Worse still, what if my belief's are the result of being misinformed?
In truth, and I speak only of myself here, I have no excuse. The Holy Bible has been available to me since I was able to read, all three million plus words of it. However, I was content to believe what others told me the scriptures revealed of God; that was until a time when those teachings made no sense and I decided to read for myself.
At least six times cover to cover since then and reading. From the first I was unable to find anything of God or life or death or church or faith that equated to what is declared in the world today by any of the religions Christian or otherwise.
Fact! Belief's based on lies can blind us to the truth.
This show is an invitation to check out what I am saying, check it against a 'Holy Bible' (translation....God's Book), compare it against what you have been led to believe and you will see for yourself that God is nothing like you have been told, life is not being aware, walking, talking etc. and death is not an end. What's more the truth really is GOOD News.
A zombie (Haitian Creole: zonbi; North Mbundu: nzumbe) is an "animated corpse resurrected by mystical means, such as witchcraft". The term is often figuratively applied to describe a hypnotized person bereft of consciousness and self-awareness, yet ambulant and able to respond to surrounding stimuli. In these days of technological wonders we see many examples of mechanisms that respond to their surroundings, even appear to think and yet are little more than a bundle of pre-programmed responses. Who then is to say whether persons who appear in every sense to be alive can in fact be un-self-aware, dead and yet animated by some craft (science) that mimics obvious aspects of the living? Ancient text such as the scriptures have many references to people being in this state and today we will examine this evidence to see if we need to take a fresh look at what 'being alive' really means.
It's been a while since I was on air as I have been perplexed as to what else I might say. Often people prefer the status quo. Change, it's true, can be unsettling and yet repentance is all about change and without that change there is no foundation for faith. So I have decided to start again as if I were speaking, not to the repentant but rather to those who are yet to change their attitude towards God, to change the way they think about him. In short I will address myself to presenting a biblical view of God that one might verify for one's self.
In Genesis 17:7 we see God declaring his intent to establish an EVERLASTING agreement between himself and Abram and his descendants. "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee". This agreement is to be witnessed to by the removal of the foreskin. Genesis 17:10-11 This [is] my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you. Those without this mark are excluded from the agreement and the blessings associated with it. Genesis 17:14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant. How then can Galatians 5:6 be resolved? "For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. " Squaring this circle opens ones eyes to the existence of a transcendent state of grace.
We have spoken about truth being eternal and lies being temporal. However, knowing that a lie will at some stage fail is little comfort to those deceived by it and (if only for a time) robbed of the truth. Is there any way by which a lie may be recognized in the early stages of its influence and its power on our lives reduced? This is the topic of the day so please join us as we seek the means to be free of the traps set by liars.
In our last show we touched on what truth and lies are and how they effect our lives. In particular the matter of health was raised and the question as to whether it is the will of God that people be ill. This and many other questions as to Gods will for mankind are often raised when people are in difficult circumstances. We will try to deal with some of these issues today in the hope that people will be reassured as to Gods love for them.
Words direct great spiritual power. Even lies can control the thoughts and actions of others if only until the lie is discovered. Words of truth direct and control continually as they are unchanging by nature. Learning these truths, thinking them and speaking them into our own lives and those of others transforms our experience from existence to LIFE.
In this show I will provide many ways by which any person may spot 'The Phony Christian'. True believers speak and act in a peculiar way that sets them apart from everyone else and once one knows what true holiness acts and sounds like then the 'False Prophets' are easy to spot. However, lacking this knowledge makes one easy pray for such deceivers and this is why I am raising the matter. My hope would be that if you have been troubled by such a person the show will demonstrate this fact to you and release you from any fears or concerns. If you have never met a false "Christian" then the show will help you spot them when you do.
THE WHAT? Well that's what this show is all about. We think the unthinkable, speak the unspeakable and welcome all views from callers to the show. The why? Well, while we have an opinion ourselves we also value the opinion of others! The reason for this show is that I hope to share the simple truth of the scriptures that people I meet seem to struggle with to their loss. Lies by nature are complex while truth is pure and easy to learn. I will start with some core scripture and build upon it until the light dawns Amen and Amen.
The end of the world is not coming, it has already come! 'The World' as the meaning has been translated by persons in relation to sacred texts has a deeper meaning than that generally understood; a meaning that transcends reality of the senses and speaks rather to the spiritual heart of every living soul.
A sad fact of life is that many people are dominated and motivated by fear. Every day is a worry as to what one will eat or wear, will there be enough for tomorrow, what if I loose my job oh my god, and so it goes on. Stories of collapsing economies, famines and wars fuel the flames until one feels very alone and unable to cope. As I wrote the title for this show I was struck with a pain so intense that I cried out loud. It soon passed along with the fear that accompanied it. Understanding why these attacks occur and how to deal with them is crucial if we are to enjoy life with all its troubles. We will look at the nature of these attacks and how one can not only endure but rather embrace and overcome even the most dire circumstances.
Ecc 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: We will look at the seasons as an instruction as to how things work in the spiritual realm. Things that should be obvious often pass unseen because of familiarity.
I upset my wife the other day because she was talking about Jesus. Well that was her perspective, but she was talking about someone I don't know and I am a Christian. She got so upset when I described the Jesus I know because he is God and the Jesus she has known is some ugly sod from the past. We will attempt to outline the main positions taken by various mainstream faiths that proclaim belief in a Saviour while detailing why they cannot be true and offering a more logical belief system. What is prayer? Does it have any value? How should one pray? what should one pray and to whom? What can be prayed for? What, if anything, should not be prayed for? When should one pray? Where should one pray? Why should one pray? I could go on as there are many more questions that are often asked concerning prayer and many beliefs regarding how it should be conducted. The idea behind this show is to look at myths in a new way. Not as in folklore where a myth is a sacred narrative explaining how the world and humankind came to be in their present form. Neither shall we be looking at a particular culture, as would be the case with say, Greek mythology. Our approach is to focus on myths that are cross cultural in their nature and we intend to begin with ‘Christianity stories’. Many of these are cross cultural, traditional and having no factual content seem to us to qualify perfectly as myths in the broadest sense of the word.
I have made no secret of the fact that I believe in demons but I understand that many would consider me mad for doing so. Is there any evidence that the Devil or demons exist? If so what? We will take a look at the subject asking if believing in the existence of such beings in our modern world is foolishness.
Does the fact that something is God’s will mean that it will occur? Many would argue that if indeed there is a God then none could resist him. Also many find the very idea that God's will might not be done a threat to their hope of salvation.
We will take a look at what the scriptures have to say about this and as always expect to find some surprises.

If it were, then doubtless many would devote their lives to finding such a way of existence and yet the truth is far stranger. Not only does the way exist, it has been explained to everyone and yet many have chosen to suppress this knowledge in their own lives and many violently oppose anyone knowing it. WOW! If you are looking to be reminded of when and what you were told so that you can get what any sane person would then join us as we explain the simple truth of 'How to receive blessings and avoid curses.'
What we often mean by this is that plans have failed or circumstance has conspired to prevent a desired outcome. At such times we don't feel good or happy but rather confused and even angry or desperate. Friend's attempts to help or console are seldom received well while our own understanding is clouded. At such times the word of God will deliver us if we are honest with ourselves and accept what we can and can't believe in our present condition
Excuse me for stating the obvious but the problem with deception is that throughout the process of being deceived one has no idea that a deception is taking place. Deception can be complex such as in half truths offered to cover some wrong doing (the actual truth) that the deceiver wishes to hide. The opposite of deception is knowledge and often those wishing to deceive others promise knowledge in exchange for an action of some kind. Other offerings may include food, drink, sex, money and often both deceivers and deceptions themselves look and sound good on the surface. Anyway, the point of the show is to examine how one might break free of such traps and better still avoid them.
Would that be anyone who calls something that isn't as though it was? If so then God is a liar (Romans 4:17), but God can't lie (Titus 1:2) so a lie must be something other than that which it is generally said to be and this is the point, people imagine all kinds of things to be true and as much to be false but if truth and lies exists at all then it would be good to know the difference if for no other reason than to avoid a trap that we, for whatever reason, don't believe in. A much misunderstood word that leads people into all kinds of confusion. Sayings such as "There but for the Grace of God" demonstrate that many people have no idea what grace is. We will endeavour to release the power of Gods grace during this show, the power to deliver, heal and save.

Many believe that righteousness is about what one does or doesn’t do, as if what one does defines what , and who one is. Nothing could be further from the truth. In biblical terms righteousness means acceptable to God. King David in human terms was an adulterer and a murderer but Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness. What does this mean? Why the need of mercy if “walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness. ” is true?
Why do Christians pray in groups? Is it something to do with biblical teaching? Where in scripture are believers instructed to pray together? If not biblical, then what or who is motivating people to behave in this way? Join the debate as we strike at that which is held to be Holy.
This as some will know first hand is when someone uses ones identity to obtain products or services to your cost rather than their own.
This can be trouble enough but what if ones identity was stolen to the extent that you didn’t know who you were anymore?
One would be helpless to do many things that are easy to someone who knows just who they are and what they can expect from life.
Sad to say many have had their true identity stolen and are in fact less than shadows of who they really are.
Sad to say this is true of most people. Many have little idea as to where spirit ends and soul begins or indeed the difference. We will take a look at spirit soul and body in the regenerated and un regenerated state.
For this people's heart is waxed gross, and [their] ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with [their] eyes, and hear with [their] ears, and should understand with [their] heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

This is not a show for the faint hearted as knowledge demands action. That said it is not a show to be missed, if one desires to survive for we do not live by bread alone but by every word that issues from the mouth of God.
What's in a name? that which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet; (WS). Well the bard may have had a point and yet who can deny the importance of names. Plants are plants but flowers and weeds are seen in very different lights. If names were of little or no importance then why would people be so offended when called names by others. My name Michael is an angelic name, so is Lucifer and yet I have never heard of anyone naming their child Lucifer. Names in and of themselves may, at the outset be nothing more than a jumble of sounds expressed in letters but in time they take on associations that touch our emotions and thoughts and in doing so have power to govern our behaviour. Many human names have trade associations such as butcher, baker, smith and so on where the individual with the name worked at a given trade and the two became one. So with God man has associated many names to what he has perceived to be God. Such names often are descriptive of the deity by way of character or action. We aim in the show to consider some of the many names by which God ,deity has been called with a view to discovering what these names can tell us of the way God has been understood down through the ages.
I have recently been accused of considering the writings of Paul as being “of no relevance to me” which is some charge as Paul wrote about two thirds of the New Testament.
As a new covenant believer and a Gentile by natural birth I actually consider Paul’s words as being of particular importance and relevance to myself.
That said, as with all scripture one needs to consider it’s purpose, the issues addressed and as to whether such issues are personally relevant. Surely, as an elderly man I can be excused considering scripture addressed to female youth, while informative, yet not, personally instructive as to appropriate or inappropriate demeanour or conduct.
If such is reasonable then it must be equally reasonable to view scriptures that address unbelievers as relating to them alone, to the immature in the faith as to them alone and so on. The result is not to devalue the scripture but to give an emphasis to those parts that relate to oneself, that speak to the heart of the reader and confirm them in their faith as they are at the time of reading.
While I am guilty of believing this much we will look at the writings of Paul and see who he is writing to and what he is writing about and people may judge for themselves where I stand on this issue.

Folk keep telling me that there are many views or interpretations of the scriptures. It would seem that God is incapable of communicating with his creatures.; he can't make himself clear. Clearly God is so stupid he cannot make himself understood to the sophisticates of this world even though he made them.
I was asked this question tonight and was loath to answer because of things that have been said to me about how this belief has been corrupted. So now I'm here to tell you what I believe to be the case.
The purpose of this show is not to speculate as to why certain knowledge of God's plan of salvation for man has remained hidden even denied by the worlds Christian churches, but rather to simply demonstrate that it has. As only part of what is known by the Christian churches has been admitted to, many hold this edited revelation to be fact. In view of this I am bound to address some of the misconceptions that have resulted if what I am saying is to make any sense.
A core teaching within the churches is that the God of the Holy Bible is 'omniscient' 'omnipotent' and 'omnipresent' and we will be looking at each to see if this is in fact what the Bible says about God.
When I was a child church was any of a number of buildings round about where people got christened, married or if they were really odd went on Sunday to a ‘service’. I, went to an Anglican church school where we had a ‘service’ every morning, a Baptist Sunday school with stories and drawing and lived next door to and was often cared for by, a Roman Catholic couple. It was seldom mentioned but some of my relatives, well they are Jews. Needless to say I was a confused child.
In my teens having read less than a chapter of a book I can’t even remember the title of I declared myself a Buddhist thus leaving no doubt as to whom was the ‘black sheep’ of our family
My hope is that in this show we might discover together what church is in a biblical sense, which to my mind is as far removed from what we see around us as “Adam knew Eve” is from “Adam and Eve screwed”.
Some seem to confuse this with living with or like outlaws because the very idea of no moral code by which to live is alien, it makes no sense.
The fact is that living under law is the problem and it should run contrary to the spiritual being.
Mankind was not created to live under law!

What if any are the advantages / disadvantages of either? There are many ideas as regards these matters and I would be lying if I said I had it all worked out. Are there such a thing as spirit guides? If so then what are they? What is their purpose in providing guidance? Are they loved ones speaking from beyond the grave? If not how could they know even private things only the one living and the one dead knew between themselves? Is there a darker more sinister motive other than to help and comfort? Or is the very idea of spirit poppycock? At first glance this may seem a rather odd question. Surely there must be a reason for every action? If so we could then narrow it down to "well it seemed best at the time". What if it wasn't best? What if our reasoning is flawed? In such a case one would lurch from one circumstance to another never achieving what one hoped for, in fact life would be a constant struggle, (does this sound familiar?). I will put forward an argument that in fact there is only one reason why we do anything and because that reason is wrong the action is wrong and the result not what we hoped for.
If one is to exercise authority then a number of conditions are necessary. Authority is given to those under authority. One needs to know the extent of ones authority. One needs to understand ones role within the overall authority structure. One needs confidence in the higher authorities to back ones decisions and actions. Few if any would suggest that laws, rules etc, natural and otherwise don't exist, higher powers with which we all have to deal. Join us as we examine these powers and how we can live well in union with some while offering support to those who oppose themselves.
Is there such a thing as truth? If so can we know it? Does truth matter? Do we all have our own truth? Is there an answer to any of these questions?
I believe in spirits and angels and demons and ghosts and I also consider myself to be a spiritual man and yet in many ways I am a very down to earth person.
What I mean is that despite my spirituality I like to be clothed and fed and watered and not to have to worry about how I am going to pay for it all.
I enjoy good health and like to travel and like most I guess I allow myself on occasion to consider things beyond my circumstances, at the present time I am considering as to whether I might purchase a small yacht.
The thing is that whether I do or I don’t it won’t change the way I feel about life because my emotions are governed from within more than from without because my hope is within me rather than invested in things beyond my control.
I’m sure there are many who would give much to feel at ease within themselves regardless of their circumstances but I’m not after anything so relax.

The fact is that even believers can be thoughtless and hurtful at times. Dealing with hurt, especially from and by family and friends can be difficult, but we all need to learn how to deal with it or it can rob us of our joy and peace and perhaps even destroy us.
We managed to get as far as verse 7 last week and hardly surprising as we are dealing with ‘faith’. What is Gods kind of faith? Have we got it? If not how do we get it? What does faith look like, sound like, feel like etc? This is a huge subject and we welcome people to call in and give an opinion. Let us move on to perfection. In the previous shows we made the point that St Paul encouraged believers to move on from the Christ teachings to the perfection teachings. Hebrews 10 contains some of the most powerful perfection teachings within scripture and God willing we will reveal this teaching in this show.
After the last show where we saw how God has perfected believers forever , making them holy and pleasing to him, it’s difficult to believe that things could get much better but they do and some.
As we continue our journey we will find that God has done away with all the things that we don’t like and set us free to enjoy being friends with him.
If ‘The Creator’ ever said or wrote anything to ‘the created‘, then would it not have been and remain understandable? Perhaps such could exist being unintelligible, yet with purpose beyond ‘the creatures’ understanding? I guess, depending on ones view as to what God may or may not be like, such could even exist while being no more than mad babblings without reason ?
Whatever your position, our hope is to un-mystify the mysterious and demonstrate the precise and univocal nature of writings that claim to be from God.
We will be looking at a piece of writing that has been used to justify many weird and wonderful ideas, none of which as far as we can see are evident in the text.
It is almost as if the readers preferred their own imaginings to what is there in plain view. One can only wonder as to why when what is actually written is weird and wonderful in and of itself; so much so that many are convinced no ‘human being’ could have written such things.

Not for the squeamish this as we get into the solid food of the Bible. Yes salvation is for everyone by Gods way alone. And that really is GOOD NEWS because that’s the perfect way. In Luke 13 we see Jesus talking to his disciples and asking them if they believed that in times past certain destruction had fallen on only the very wicked. He says to them that this was not the case and that unless they change their minds (repent) they will perish in a like manner.
Many religions teach that if one is a good person then one will go to a good place after death Jesus said Mat 19:17” there is none good except God,” so if being good is what it takes we have all had it.

What's in a name? that which we call a rose By any other name would smell as sweet; W Shakespeare While a rose would smell the same regardless of it's name, meanings associated with the smell would change. As we change associations we alter experience and as in this case, a smell that caused thoughts of summer, love, celebrations can come to bring thoughts of darkness, haltered and so on. Join us as we look at the power of names and their ability to shape our thoughts and change our experience.
The things I want to talk about have to my mind been so misrepresented and misunderstood that I hesitate to call them by name because people will think I’m talking about something I’m not (tricky).
I could use your help here, because if you were to listen to the show with the idea that whatever you hear it will be the first time you have heard it, it would make my part in this that much easier.
Often people ask me for help or question me as to my views, this may be because they are looking for answers to problems they can see I don’t have, or they want to know how I cope in a given situation but more often I find, it is because they believe they understand the problem and how to resolve it and part of that is getting me to go along with their way of thinking as if my agreement makes them right.
If one has problems it surely follows that the issues are beyond ones understanding, otherwise one wouldn’t have the problems. If someone claims to have the answer to ones problems (assuming they are telling the truth) how could they impart this knowledge to one when clearly one lacks the ability to understand the issues?
Teaching and giving understanding seems the obvious answer and yet even with one willing to teach and the other willing to learn misunderstanding is inevitable as the teacher attempts to address issues the pupil neither sees nor understands.
So what hope is there for us?
That’s what we will be getting into on the show, how can we improve our wisdom?
I drink to thee (dark poem) Lanaia Lee was born in 1957 to a Navy father and a schoolteacher mother who home-schooled her. When she was nine years old, her mother died from a massive stroke. Because her father was rarely home, her grandmother, a professed black witch, gained custody. Full story Lanaia gives credit to the grace of God, which has helped her overcome immense adversity, and she claims she won’t quit until she hits the bestseller list.
Who is God? To whom should we pray? What does the bible say about this? We hope to shed some light on these subjects and examine how the beliefs of mainstream Christianity compare with Biblical revelations.
Can money be good or bad? Is money the root of all evil? these are just some of the questions we will be addressing in this show as we get into this somewhat emotive subject.
We made a start last week of getting into some of God’s character traits and you know even after almost two decades I am still amazed at peoples confusion as to what God is like.
God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19).
God is not like us, God is good and that means that what he does is good. It may not look or sound good to us but guess who’s wrong?
This is why we are called to change the way we think about God, to recognise that he is for us not against us. Once we realise these things then God hating and confusing those who oppose him is God hating and confusing those who would prevent him from saving us!
In Isaiah 45:7 it says….I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these…… and in I Kings 22:23 it says…..the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets…..In Psalm 5:5.…..thou hatest all workers of iniquity……..People have real problems with these texts and many like them simply because they are looking at them from the wrong angle.

We hope to get into this and challenge some of the long held beliefs concerning the very nature of God. We will, God willing bring scripture to demonstrate that God is nothing like much of what is said about him. If you believe fairy tails you won’t enjoy this show, if you are in a good church you probably won’t enjoy it either, as we bring scriptures to challenge what you will be being taught. Once again there seems to be a need to state the obvious, this time to examine the very great distinction between ‘Works of Faith’ and ‘Miracles‘.
In 2 Corinthians - Chapter 5 verse 7 Paul makes the claim for believers as to being, those who live by faith, rather than by that which is seen. Again, in Hebrews 11:1 faith is described as …substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Miracles are seen and therefore can’t be substantiated by faith, they can however, be confused as to being an evidence of faith being present in the apparent miracle worker, yet it is clear that if such were the case, then the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:22-23 to those who had spoken the future in the name of Jesus and had cast out devils in the name of Jesus and done many other wonderful works in his name and who called Jesus their master and owner, that, they were to get away from him as they were evil and not in a relationship with him at all. This would make no sense if their miracles were works of faith.
So God willing, we will look at what the Bible says is a work of faith and how a lack of miracles is blessing the believer.

From many conversations with many people it has become clear to me that there is a severe lack of understanding as to the subjects of repentance, God’s heart towards mankind and the Gospel. With this in mind this show will examine what the scriptures have to say on these matters as opposed to the obvious rubbish that is preached in many places by the ignorant. This is a chance to get the facts and they are GOOD NEWS because God is a good God.

Is the very idea of a devil real? Is it just a device to frighten children and the simple minded? If real, is there just one or many devils? What if any is the difference between devils and demons? Is demon possession reported as being rare? How might we recognise the demon possessed? Is there a cure? We will examine the evidence for the reality of evil demons and devils and hear a real life account of one who claims of having been demon possessed.
On a number of occasions I have witnessed people becoming extremely angry when the true nature of God is revealed. Such people always have a reason, good in their own mind, as to why their anger is justified , how it is someone else’s fault, but is the truth more sinister. We are going to look at some possible reasons people have for hating love and why they react violently towards it.
In particular we will look at the hidden message within the key texts Matthew 5:44-45 and verse 48

Last week while talking about prayer we touched on how being double minded stops a person receiving from God. We didn't go beyond this to look at the other effects that being double minded has on a persons life. This is to my mind worth the time to examine further as these effects are profound and noticeable in a persons life and therefore, provide insight as to such a persons needs.

We will be looking at prayer, why it works and things that can hinder it.
If the Bible is the word of God then the things it says are God's statements as to the way things are, the way they work, and they are the truth unless God is a liar. The bible says that God can't lie and if that's true then those things that disagree with what God says are the liars. We are going to look at what God called His church and compare it with what calls itself the church of God in the world.
But their eyes were holden that they should not know him (Luke 24:16).
This scripture along with many others make the point that God for various reasons hides himself. Here we see Jesus pointing to the scripture as an explanation of all that had occurred. Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:(24:25) . And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself (24:27).
So we see that although these men knew the scriptures they did not believe them and as a result they were confused. Knowing the truth did them no good as they didn't believe it, as written of those in Hebrews 4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard [it].
Are miracles happening today? Is freedom from poverty and sickness promised to believers? There are strong views on both sides of this debate and there may be some fireworks. Will this show bring a whole new meaning to 'Hands on ministry' be sure to be ringside as our contenders square up for this 'Muzzleless' dog-fight.
Nothing? Everything? Some Things? It's a good question because there is little point in trusting for something that was never promised and perhaps odd not to believe for things that are. Join us to take a look at the promises of God.
What is it? Can it be seen, tasted, felt, heard or smelled? Does everyone have it? We intend to take a good look at faith and see if it has any value in a modern world.
What is sin? In a modern world need we even worry about it. What, if any are the consequences of sin? Can we do anything about it if there are? Is sin always bad? Are there big and little sins? What or who is a sinner.
How can one God be three? Has God got schizophrenia? Does the Bible really describe God as three distinguishable beings in one? Listen in as the three of us try to crack this nut or call in and add to the debate.
What? You may well ask! This all came to a head during a conversation about the nature of love and an issue as to just how much God loves 'YOU'. Should be quite a show.
We have an hour show this week as there is a lot to cover. We will be looking at dreams and vision and will be welcoming a guest to speak on 'cult'. As an ex-cult member Robert Skynner has devoted many years studying cults and we look forward to the insights he is able to bring to this complex subject. This week his focus will be the 'Mormon' faith, is it a cult?
Some may not be too sure about this so, we will take a look at the credentials of the Melchisedec priesthood. This should be fun as we will put to death the myths that have caused division down through the ages, silly questions such as 'can or should women be priests?' I say silly because there is no male or female in Christ, only spirits of the justified made perfect. Anyway we'll get into it all in the show.
For some months now I have been making the claim that there is only one New Testament church named in the Bible and just one priesthood. Thus far I have proclaimed that no person or group will challenge this claim as they have no authority to do so. Listen in to see if I am proved wrong.

How should one define life? What is death? Are either a begining or an end? We will be looking at the world view of both and the biblical view and some of the other ideas as to what these states are.
I am never surprised at the open mouthed looks this statement receives and yet I believe this to be the case. This week we will take a look at love. What is it? Does it exist beyond an abstract concept? If so what does it look like? Is everyone capable of loving? What is universal love? Who is looking for love?
Who is spiritual? What does being spiritual mean? Can we measure spirituality? Is there a way to test a spirit and if so should we? What are the benefits and drawbacks of being spiritual? This is likely to run into a series as 30 minutes is not really enough time to cover such a broad subject. However, we can make a start.

I've misquoted Jer 17:3-5 should be Jer 19:5 Many have position and yet lack authority. All authority is God given and backed by the word of God himself. With God's authority the believer is able to overcome the world (natural laws) and exist in a supernatural state; this state is governed by different laws i.e. love,joy,peace,patience,kindness,goodness, gentleness,faithfulness and self control.
