Have you ever felt that sense of being in complete flow - in your body and in your creativity?
You felt connected.
You felt aligned with your soul’s inner radiance.
Do you remember a time when you were little and you got so lost in something creative and wonderful that time was non existent?
You were authentically real and you in those moments and there were no barriers or masks covering up who you are.
You were immersed in the magic - the flow of life.
It felt pure. You were free.
Then as you got older, life got complicated by experiences, patterns & stories then took form in your mind and body.
They influenced how you made decisions, how you judged your life a success or not, how you interacted in relationships with others and with yourself.
These patterns and stories changed who you were.
But not really. They were only a mask that you wore. Maybe several masks covering up who you really are.
Maybe you realized you could take off the masks and choose to be who you truly are.
Maybe you’re still shedding some of those masks.
Maybe you don’t even recognize some of these masks you’re wearing because it’s too hard to see.
What would it feel like to be free from these masks and live the magic again and flow with life like that time you remember when you were younger? Maybe even more free and wise. What would that feel like?

On some days does it feel like you’re pushing your way through? You’re feeling the weight of change because each day there is something new to deal with and you’re just wanting your life back.
I completely understand because we’re all sheltering in place. And we’re all experiencing this on a global level while creating a new rhythm. You’re not going to yoga classes, attending workshops or retreats, and your life feels like ground hog day and a time warp combined. Everything has been turned upside down.
On top of things you already take care of, you’re busier in some ways than you were before the shelter in place. You might be home schooling your kids, you’re together all the time, or you’re working remotely and on more zoom meetings than ever before - it’s hard to find the ‘me space’ just for you. You’re doing a lot and it’s overwhelming many days.
It’s hard not knowing about your job or business.
It’s hard not knowing if your child will go back to school.
It’s hard not knowing what’s true.
It’s hard not knowing what’s ahead in your life.
Everything you’ve known will be different moving forward. I believe this is a good thing because our earth needs us to shift. And this shift within us will first come from inside. You make a difference and it’s the deep inner work that you’re doing that will not only transform your life but also our collective community and how we come together moving forward. Your strong heart and truth is needed more than ever in this world right now.
You get to invite and allow a fresh perspective. You get to enjoy new practices to spark curiosity plus a new clear opening to your heart. This leads to you gaining more clarity and creativity as you continue to shift with courage, confidence, and resilience in these changing times.
How does this fresh perspective happen - through daily spiritual practices with guidance. We’ll explore more in this week’s episode and I’ll guide you through a meditation I recorded specifically for you. Let’s move forward together in this process of knowing the balance of allowing and pushing so moving into this new rhythm you feel grounded and ready to allow the next steps in your life.

What does ‘wellbeing’ mean to you?
What are you committed to ‘BEing’ in your life?
Do you get sidetracked by circumstances?
What are possible ways you sabotage your ‘wellbeing’?
Another month in shelter in place and the self inquiry continues. How do you want to move forward?
Are you asking yourself these questions or has fear or lethargy taken over and you’re done?

Are you restarting your life and back to work with new intentions?
Are you still home in shelter in place wondering what’s going to happen next?
Wherever you are - asking questions and checking in with your own heart is a grounded place to begin your next step forward…
In this week’s episode, we’ll have a conversation about:
What does living a sacred life mean to you?
How do you connect to your heart when there is so much fear in your face through social, news, and other’s opinions of what’s happening?

Whether you’ve been home in ‘shelter in place’ for a couple of weeks or a couple of days, I imagine you’re feeling moments of complete overwhelm and struggling to find peace as you try to manage yourself, your family, the meals, the laundry and all that you have on your plate.
You’re seeking peace. You’re seeking answers to what’s happening and how to be in these uncertain times. You’re seeking to get out of chaos and into more peace of mind.
I’m sharing this podcast episode to shed some light on how you can have more peace in these times and moving forward from here. It’s a road of transformation you’re on and by focusing in on what I’m sharing and applying it to your personal growth, you’re going to have an a’ha on having more peace in your life right now even with all that is going on right now.
This week’s episode is the first in a series of 3.
This week, I’ll be sharing about what it means to have more peace in your life right now and why it’s crucial to your immune system and well being for you, your family, and our world. In the next 2 episodes, we’ll talk about your true power/voice so you are stronger than ever instead of feeling you’re losing yourself even more. In the last episode in the series, we’ll talk about prosperity and what it means to be living in prosperity moving forward and how can you focus on that now to keep from going to a place of lack and fear.
The awareness of how you awaken to and embody these 3 pillars of peace, power, and prosperity are essential in how you move forward in these uncertain times and will affect everything in your life from how you do business to how you are in your relationships. These are foundational to tapping into your inner guidance system of intuition and living from this wisdom as a leader for your life, your children, and our global neighborhood.
You’ve been given the loving ‘big’ nudge to get off the fence and live your life from your truest, most vibrant self. We all have. We will make a difference as we empower each other by embodying our truest selves! It’s time for us to do this together!

As my guest and I started our conversation on this week’s episode, I start with the leading question:
“If we were meeting your 5 year ago self, who would we be talking to?”
My guest, Penny Chiasson, award winning professional hypnotist, international bestselling author, and entrepreneur got pulled out of her comfort zone in a major way 5 years ago and the trajectory of her life and what she thought was going to be completely changed.
Sound familiar? We are all being pulled into our ‘uncomfortable zones’ right now and there’s a myriad of emotions rising in everyone.
How can you ground during these uncertain times?
How do you find peace in the chaos when you don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow?
What’s been your ‘go to’ practice for inner guidance and could it be that you’re ready for a new tool in your ‘inner work toolbox’ ?
What if you had the choice to not just get through this uncertain time but to actually feel more peace and freedom as you take each day as it comes?

What do you fear?
Let’s get right to it - shall we. Is it not having enough food, water, toilet paper, dying?
What is your biggest fear right now?
Does fear drive you?
Did you ever see an old movie where one of the perfectly normal characters was freaking out having an “out of body” experience where they were running around jibber jabbering and not making sense. The someone slapped them across the face and said “get ahold of yourself, you’ll do yourself and nobody else any good in this state.”
What is the ‘slap in the face’ that it will take to get the herd to wake up.
Yes, there are sick people. There have been sick people with plague, flu and more in the past. We made it through. Some people pass and some didn’t. We are all going to pass, to transition, to die at some point.
Here is a quote from the CDC re the flu in 2017-2018.
“In recent years, flu-related deaths have ranged from about 12,000 to — in the worst year — 56,000, according to the CDC.
Last fall and winter, the U.S. went through one of the most severe flu seasons in recent memory. It was driven by a kind of flu that tends to put more people in the hospital and cause more deaths, particularly among young children and the elderly…..CDC officials called the 80,000 figure preliminary, and it may be slightly revised. But they said it is not expected to go down.” (https://www.statnews.com/2018/09/26/cdc-us-flu-deaths-winter/)
Why the huge freak out now? Are we not better equipped mentally and technology wise to work in a wiser way for a proper test, vaccine, and treatment of COVID-19? Does it help or hinder finding a solution?
I am not a conspiracy theorist but there is something odd here and that we are in an election year and maybe there could be something going on. Whether there is or isn’t, let us all recognize what we can control and what we can’t.
How can we come together in a crisis more efficiently caring for all beings? Not by pricing Purell at $50 for 8 oz. or more.
How can we be more kind, compassionate, and understanding in this time?
I believe there is good within everything because there is God in everyone and everything. So where is the good here?

It’s time to be the change you wish to see in the world. It’s time for us all to step up and rise together in this mission of purposeful intention.
I love the phrase “DO I HAVE TO?” Did you ever say that as a kid? You know when your mom asked you to clean your room or take out the garbage, did you ever say - “DO I HAVE TO?”
Like - it wasn’t really a question - you just thought you could get out of it somehow. There’s nothing wrong with asking, right? And yet, you knew deep inside before you even asked - “I’m going to do it.” You had that awareness.
That’s kind of how it is with inner work. It’s the only way to know who you are and what you want. If you’re living “outside in”, you’ve been doing it backwards.
This week’s episode is on fire with inspiration and insights!

“How do I stop negative energy from invading my space?”
“What do I do when certain people in my life are so negative and I just can’t take it anymore?”
As a master life coach & empowerment specialist, these are common questions I get when I start working with clients who are ready to expand and create the life they want taking a heart centered approach.
We all know that you cannot change anyone or make them do anything - meaning that you can’t “go driver on someone else’s life path.” You can’t magically wave your wand and turn a negative person into an optimistic person.
Here’s what you can do - take a look at how you’re managing your energy.
I know, you might be thinking “But Camden I’m doing all the right things and they are still blah blah blah….” Again, you can’t change another person.
You can only manage your energy and take a look at how your energy is being affected by the choices you are making in your life.
Life truly is about connection, growth, expansion, compassion, kindness, truth, love, and empathy. How do you discern your life choices from a heart a centered approach?
That’s what this week’s Truth & Dare episode is all about. How do you deal with a negative person in your home, your office, your life?

Do You Take Risks?
Can you remember the last time you took a risk?
Do you find that you take the more known route rather than take a risk?
In this episode, we’re breaking down Risk with a Purpose plus I’m going to share my technique for Vision Board. It’s all about wonder and curiosity while coming from what you’re feeling not what you feel is lacking or what you want that you don’t have.
Plus, I want to help you get clear. What is something you want clarity on in your life right now? This is something I’m really good at.
I have been a certified trained life coach for over 10 years now. I was coaching before that but it was something that simply came natural to me so in 2009 I decided to take a risk and go for it to serve others on their path.
As a life coach, yoga instructor, and mom, my intuitive purpose is all about helping, connecting, and teaching. I love helping my truth seeker women discover and lead their feminine leadership path from their intuitive purpose so they have more joy ease, prosperity, and wonder space in their lives. I love being on the spiritual adventure journey with them and I’ve also worked with men who want to connect more deeply to their intuition as well. What Will You Leave Here?
When you leave here, what will you leave here?
When someone in your life that you love passes from this life, does it get you thinking?
Thinking about the meaning of life.
Why you’re here.
What you came here to express.
What meaning you are sharing by being you in this world.
To me life is about connection, growth, expansion, compassion, kindness, truth, love, and empathy.
I believe we are here to share this out loud with others, to embody it, and to sacredly live it from our hearts so others feel it when we speak and even when we are silent.
What do you believe about the meaning of your life?

Do you have thought patterns that hold you back from doing things you know you’re meant to do in your life?
You know - those thoughts like -
‘What if I commit to this and don’t like it?’
‘What if I fail?” Or even ‘What if it’s a smashing success?’
These are some vulnerable thought patterns that rolled around in my guest’s head as she was launching her big vision of serving other ambitious women in business. Tracy Harris, the digital CEO of Mums with Hustle, helps moms grow & scale their businesses without compromising on family time, personal freedom, and their joy. She is a podcast Queen, IG expert, pioneer, rule breaker, wife, and Founder of the Social Method Society.
We had a heart opening conversation on this episode and after we were done, Tracy posted a video on her IG story that this was the most vulnerable interview she had ever done. And to that I say - well done Tracy for being a pioneer in your life and leading the way for other women to be themselves and let go of whatever may be stopping them from taking risks in their life and business.
This episode is both light and fun plus deep and vulnerable. You’ll take something away that resonates with you I am certain.

“Through imagination, we can visualize the uncredited worlds of potential that lie within us.” Stephen Covey
As we move into the days of January and continue to get curious about what’s possible this year, you have the potential for anything you want to create.
This vision first happens in your imagination and then in your walking life each day.
Do you find yourself trapped in the limitations of what you think you can’t do or haven’t done yet, or do you find yourself in the curiosity of what’s possible this year?
Isn’t it more important to focus on what you truly love as opposed to the abyss of overwhelm, “I can’t’s” and “it will never happen” language?
Your word is your wand and creates your vision into existence.
In this week’s episode, I share questions to contemplate as you dive into your imagination with an optimistic flair for what you love, what you’re curious about, and what you want.
This is not a rah rah cheerleader show, this is a show with real life questions that you can journal/imagine to begin to live the life you’ve always wanted, but spoke or thought your way out of it in the past. It’s time for you to come into your true power and bring your vision to life.
In this episode, I give you the steps to BE and DO just that so you LIVE the life you’ve always wanted.

In a world dominated by output and noise, how do you listen to the voice inside?
How do you know which voice is your truth?
What would it feel like to get to a place where you can be quiet and listen?
Does the thought of that make you nervous or excited?
Listening is a skill that is cultivated through practice.
How do you practice listening?

Do you despise ‘New Year resolutions’ as much as I do?
It’s not the intention part that I despise, it’s the ‘hit the ground running expectations’ that many fail at and then have you wondering - “Why do I even make resolutions in the first place?”
Could you be more committed to resolutions if you framed them in a new way?
What would it feel like to commit to yourself, where you’re walking on your path, and be open to the how showing up lighting the way?

How well do you know yourself?
You know the song from the movie ‘King and I’ that Julie Andrews sings -
‘Getting to know you
Getting to know all about you
Getting to like you
Getting to hope you like me’
What if you thought of these lyrics about you deepening your relationship with yourself?
Going into 2020 what would it be like to be your own best friend?
To stand up for your truth and values?
To know your definite ‘YES’ and ‘NO’.
To feel more peace of mind because you were completely honest with yourself about what is actually not working for you in your life and committing to shifting that habit or person out of your life.
To love yourself more (I know this can be tough and what does it mean anyway).

How do you want to spend your time during the holidays?
What are your intentions for the holidays?
Do you have certain values that are important to you during this time of year?
Have you found in the past that you didn’t stay aligned to your values and after the holidays you felt like shit physically, mentally, or both?
What if you could identify and alleviate the holiday stressors that are painful for you? Consider enjoying your holiday without having to say ‘yes’ to something you don’t feel aligned with anymore. Would you be willing to make a new choice if it meant you didn’t have to be stressed in that situation again?
There are ways to make changes that can alleviate stress. It’s not by changing how much ‘Aunt Mary’ drinks or changing how ‘Uncle Harry’ tells the same story over and over again. It is by you making new choices.

What does it feel like in your body to be thankful?
What is the difference between Inward & Outward Gratitude?
Can you embody them simultaneously?
Join me this week for this episode of Truth & Dare to explore facets of gratitude and discover:

It seems simple, like a no brainer, right - of course, you inhale - how else would you be alive?
But are you really ALIVE?
Is your body fully getting the nutrients it need through your breath?
Is your nervous system off the charts wigged out because of stress and shallow breathing?
Do you feel fully alive, in your body, and conscious of every breath?
How does breathing make a difference in how alive you feel?
Join me this week for this episode of Truth & Dare to explore your inhale. In episode 45, we explored your exhale in “Do You Exhale” and the comments came rolling in. Ellen shared that she realized she’s been holding her breath for years. She’s a mom and has had some challenging issues in the past with health. Challenges can keep you on edge and your body in a stressful state. This can be a source of erratic breathing for not only the exhale but also the inhale.
That’s why I wanted to give ample time to your inhale too. In this episode, we’ll explore:
Please leave a comment and let us know what resonates with you. What are you walking away from this conversation with?
Have you ever overcomplicated making a decision in your life because you were afraid of the unknown then felt the pain and discomfort of being in limbo unable to make a decision?
How did you uncover your way out?
On this week’s show, my guest is Nick Demos. Nick is a Tony and Olivier Award winner producer (Memphis, Come From Away), award winning filmmaker (Policy of Truth), and writer. Nick has also been a yoga practitioner for 20 years as well as teaching yoga, pranayama, meditation, and creativity for over a decade. He works with heart centered entrepreneurs to connect them with their intuition and creativity.
Nick’s personal journey has been about uncovering what’s in his heart and he walks with other creatives on this journey too. His wit, wisdom, and easy to be with manner will draw you in so you can listen and absorb what is meant for you to know about yourself. Your intuition will chime in and Nick gives some great tools for knowing which voice is your intuition and which voices are the ones that hold you back in your life.

What if you could wake up tomorrow to a new life, what would you change?
Would you want to make more money, loose weight, be in a love, write a book, or…..
Is there something that has stopped you from doing it already?
In this week’s episode, my guest Scott Schmaren, shares the day that started a brand new life for him. After taking pills to kill himself and settling into his chair for what he thought was the end, to his surprise he woke up the next morning. He wondered if he was actually dead and the light was calling him but then he realized it was the next day and what happened from that moment, has changed his life and many others.
Do You Exhale?
Have you ever been watching a horror movie waiting for that jump scare moment and you realized you were holding your breath?
What about being in a hurry to get to somewhere and you’re feeling rushed and out of breath?
It’s that holding of the exhale breath. It’s getting stuck somewhere in your body. There’s a way to learn more about your exhale, where it’s getting stuck, why, and what you can do to get it unstuck.
In this week’s episode, it’s you and me and we’re going to explore:
Please leave a comment so we can continue this dialogue and stay tuned for a follow up episode on the inhale. We don’t want to leave out that very important part of the cycle.
Have you heard of Sober October or Dry January?
Have you participated in either or thought about it? If you did, what shifts did you notice within you or in your life?
So I get right to it - I’m not a surface person as you may guess and I like those questions that create a bigger conversation about what matters to you and how our choices have a collective affect.
Those questions like - What do you want to be and what do you want to create in your life AND are you on track with this and your values? What ripple do your choices contribute to in the world? OR is there something you see may be stopping you from living a fulfilling life? Could it be that you’ve thought about being alcohol free but something has been holding you back.
My guest on this week’s episode has had her own experience with alcohol and is a leading contributor to the alcohol free movement. Karolina Rzadkowolska is the founder of Euphoric Alcohol-Free, a space to discover your best life away from alcohol grounded in happiness, choice, and individuality—the very things she needed to make the best decision of her life. She had a love/hate relationship with alcohol, that made her feel small, stuck, and like she wasn't living up to her fullest potential. She shared that drinking made her feel low, lethargic, and crumbled her self-esteem. Even though it brought her negative feelings, she was still torn. “Wouldn’t quitting mark me as an alcoholic? Was I the only one who experienced alcohol this way? Why does no one talk about it?”, were some questions she was conflicted with inside.
If you’re curious right now and thinking about some of these same questions, join us for a look inside either for yourself or someone you know.

Have you ever thought about how much energy it takes away from you trying to control something you have no control over?
How would your day to day feel different if you could recognize when your rhythm is interrupted and how to easily find a new rhythm or center?
What would it look and feel like to focus on the possibility that a new rhythm brings to your life rather than focus on trying to avoid the inevitable change it brings?
Given the recent power outage in California and the various reactions I’ve been seeing and experiencing, I thought this would be perfect to talk about on this week’s show.
Sometimes we invite a change in rhythm like with travel, changing jobs, getting married and a myriad of others and other times (many!), these changes are unexpected.
In this episode’s conversation we’ll break down?
In this week’s episode, you’re going to love the guided meditation so be sure to carve out some space for yourself to sit in a quiet space and breathe. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before because you may be surprised about the experience (in a good way).
We’re going to explore a question together and this question is super critical to every single aspect of your life - your business, relationships, parenting, and complete well being - How do you calm and quiet your mind?
In this episode, we’ll explore:
In this episode you’ll hear:
*. What is an Emergency State of Mind, a New York State of Mind, and Peace of Mind?
How do you know when you’re in an Emergency State of Mind and how to get out?
What matters most to you and is your life aligned with these values?

Random Acts of Inspiration
Summer is done. Are you noticing the faster pace, more traffic, school back, meetings, and more?
What’s the solution to connect in more to yourself and to others?
I had this idea. The world needs more kindness and connection.
Yep, you, me, and everyone else, plus furry beings, and the planet.
You can still stay on track with all you’re doing and connect and be kind all at the same time (without feeling overwhelmed.)
AND “those who are more compassionate may also be benefited by support, particularly during acute stress situations. In other words, to benefit most from other’s kindness we need to be ready with kindness of our own.” (learn the full research study in this podcast episode)

Change Everything with Bowen Dwelle Was there a time or situation in your life where you knew you were ready for a change?
How did you know?
Was it your creative spark of intuition that spoke to you in some way and you decided to go for it?
Or was it a forced change you didn’t see coming?
Now that you’re through it, can you look back and see the signs it was coming but something was blocking your sight at the time?
This week’s guest on the show, Bowen Dwelle, is an athlete, writer, speaker, and coach. He’s been through changes, MAJOR CHANGES, and shares candidly with us the 3 messages he got through intuition the day he signed on the dotted line when he sold his company.
Bowen began his third career by dedicating himself to the unfolding of these 3 messages in his life. He is in his evolution as an athlete, adventure guide, paraglider pilot, and Creative-in-Residence at the Battery in San Francisco, and to his current vocation as a writer and coach.

You either love it or hate it - Change - how do you embrace or resist change in your life?
Change is the act or instance of making or becoming different.
In the states, kids are going back to school; summer is ending; and a new season is coming with all of its changes.
Change isn’t something you can resist or stop. It is the biggest constant in your life.
So why is it so hard in some cases to simply accept change?
What are we afraid of?
Is it your need to control or know what’s going to happen?
Is it the fear that something ‘bad’ is going to happen?
Do you believe that change can be exciting?
Do you welcome change?
This week’s show is all about change, transformation, and alchemy and ways to ease into them with more peace and awareness of each moment.

Have you ever noticed that your pets find you just when you need them? You’re going through something, or you weren’t even looking for a new pet, or you were and the perfect new furry family member shows up - coincidence? - no way - they sensed you needed them.
Did you know that 68% of US households have a pet?
I was brought up around pets starting from the womb. When I was born and fresh home from the hospital, my mom put me on the floor with her poodle, Beau, so he could sniff me, get to know me, and welcome me - although I’m sure if he’s like my dogs now, it took a while for him to welcome this odd looking little stranger to the family.
Our pets or as we call them, our furry children, are part of the family. Their individuality, their compassion, understanding, and unconditional love fill the spaces in our hearts and home with such joy, silliness, and protection.
Recently, we said farewell to our mini gray/tan/black dapple dachshund Pete, who was 13 years old. Boy was he an alpha male. He had the best doorbell bark, he said “I love you” in slow drawl barks to me and he loved us.
We miss him so much and it’s left an empty space in our family. Our other pets were with us when we said goodbye. We are all adjusting.
This week’s show is a tribute to Pete and a conversation about how dogs are so present to showing up for their humans.

Do you remember learning to walk?
Have you watched a baby learn to walk?
Have you walked mindfully paying attention to how your foot hits the ground, what you see around you, and how you engage with the world around you?
Have you ever had a conversation with someone and you got impatient, in a good way, because she was sharing the most intriguing stories that were clever and so honestly open hearted?
I want to invite you into my conversation with Antonia Malchik, freelance writer and stay at home mom. Antonia has written essays and articles for Aeon, The Atlantic, Orion, High Country News, and a variety of other publications, and worked formerly as a church secretary in Austria, an IT journalist in Australia, and a barista in Russia. A Walking Life, about the past and future of walking’s role in our humanity, is her first book. She lives in northwest Montana with her husband and 2 children.
She dances the dance of moms that you may dance too - the dance of your own creative dreams, your children, your partner and the dance with the world.
I learned so much in this engaging, wisdom-filled episode with Antonia. I was inspired by her dedication to her creative path, the love for her family, and the terrain of this world and how we walk it. I know you’ll have some aha’s while joining us.

Do you cram so much in before a summer vacation that you’re exhausted before you hit the road?
Do you take on new projects and get distracted even while you’re packing for your trip?
Do you get short fused with your family in the chaos before you head out on your vacation?
Do you feel jammed packed in your days leading up to a vacation and wonder how you could feel more peace, more ease, and more space and promise yourself next time it will be different?
If you answered ‘YES’ to any of those questions, this podcast episode is for you and if this isn’t for you, I bet you know exactly which of your friends you’re going to lovingly share this episode with!
What you believed might be an overshare whether in a 1-1 conversation, a video, or from stage?
This week I’m exploring the art of conversation. I was inspired by James Baldwin’s quote I read in July’s Oprah Magazine:
“In order to have a conversation with someone you have to reveal yourself.”
Isn’t it true that what we give, we get back and then some. So wouldn’t it make sense that it also applies to how present and engaged you are in a conversation.
This is a favorite topic and teaching of mine because conversations weren’t easy for me when I was a kid and even as I got older. I was shy, not confident, and was afraid of saying the wrong thing and being judged.
Then something changed which you’ll hear more about when you join me for this week’s episode.
Let’s keep it going after you listen, please share your best conversation starter and also what you liked best about this week’s episode.

What is community to you?
Is it where you live?
Do you have an online community you’re a part of?
What if you didn’t have that community, what would be missing from your life?
What role do you play in the community?
Do you remember the phrase ‘it takes a village’? Each person contributes something unique to the community and is a helper in the growth and expansion of the heart of the community. We each play a role whether the community be brick & mortar or whether it be a group or program or social neighborhood online.

Talk about a leader, Dr. Rachel Hall seriously has devoted herself to becoming a better leader in her practice, her family life, and her own life. As we know, whatever journey you’re on, the journey has challenges, bumps, and bruises, mixed in the successes, the joys, and the profits.

Join our conversation to learn more about Rachel’s cheekiness, how she leads her dental practice from down under in Australia, and her thought leadership when it comes to leading and letting go of the micro management of having to do it all.

How do you surrender some of what’s on your plate without feeling like you’re giving up something else?
I have lived this as have many of my parent clients.
Even if you’re not parent, this episode is for you if you get caught in overdoing; not able to say ‘no’, or you simply love to create but can get too much on your plate.

Do you secretly dream of having a do over in a part of your life but doing it very differently this time around?
What would your life look like if you did start again?
How would you be different on the inside?
These are some questions that came up for me while my guest and I were talking on this week’s episode. Jessica Lee Harris is a Whole Life Designer, Aura-Soma Practitioner, mom, and wife. She works with women to help them realign with their authentic self, their life’s mission and purpose and design lives they absolutely love to live.
So you may have guessed from her brief bio here - that in order to help women in this way, she has this training but also, most likely has experienced places in her life where she wasn’t living authentically. She can completely relate and she shares openly with us in this episode.

Have you ever had a chance meeting with someone and you instantly connected?
Your conversation off the get go had a familiarity and curiosity that had you wanting to know more stories, vision, and passions of the person you were hanging out with. This was my conversation with my guest on this week’s episode.
We met through a comment he made about my interview with my guest Kevin Mirsky on episode #023. He took the time to share his kind opinion about Kevin’s interview and my interviewer skills. You know when someone takes the time to do something like that, it means a lot, especially in a world where people are always “busy”. You know what I mean?
My guest this week, Ed Roberson, is the founder & host of Mountain & Prairie Podcast, the Conservation Director at Palmer Land Trust, and is a devoted dad to 2 little girls 4 and 1 years old and husband to Kim. His personal evolution is full of many adventures beginning with growing up with a supportive family in the South (near my neck of the woods where I grew up); wilderness education at KNOLS in his 20’s; running 50 and 100-mile ultramarathons through the western backcountry; climbing numerous 14er’s, Denali, and Aconcagua; plus earning a BA and MBA with a concentration in finance at Wake Forest University.
I want you to listen for yourself and see what wisdom moments speak to you. Ed is a man that listens to his heart and goes for living full out. He’s committed, curious, and passionate about being an adventurer in every part of his life. He’s our people and I know you’re going to love Ed just like I do. There is no surface conversation here. As a matter of fact, we both agreed we aren’t into surface conversation, we want the real art of conversation and that’s what we had. I have a feeling we’ll talk again because there’s just so much more and I really want to meet his wife, Kim. I love how they met (which you’ll hear about) and he credits her with inspiring him on his personal evolution.
Take us along with you today and share in our conversation and be sure to share your questions, comments, or pass along to a friend who’s going through their own personal evolution.

I want you to join me and my kindred spirit, Jacquelyn Krieger for a rich conversation where we talk about the marriage of boundaries and flow; mom life on the ground; Schoolyard Earth; and her book “Chakwave: An Intentional Cleanse for Body, Mind, and Spirit”, plus more off the cuff crazy, great conversation.
The title of this episode is “Chawaves” of Life because every day I believe we experiences “Chakwaves” or these creative currents through our life which energize us as the creators that we are (like shockwaves, right?!). What do you do with them? Do you honor them? Put them aside because you don’t have time? Let’s talk more…
You’re going to love Jacquelyn and her adventurous spirit. She describes herself as an artistic adventurer and expression explorer. You’ll definitely see this is true when you learn more about her roles as a mom, wife, and entrepreneur and how they all play together in her days.
For a more formal intro to Jacquelyn, she grew up on a ranch in Texas; graduated from the University of Texas with a film degree; moved to Hollywood to act and write; creates products like The Timeless Clock (link in resources); is a writer and co-founder of the Maker Mamas artist collective, Magic Box Film Productions, the Merry Muses, and Ladies Writing Society writing groups.
Seriously, this amazing woman is creative, fun, dedicated to feminine leadership, compassionate, and speaks her truth. Happy for you to chime in and share your questions and comments and let’s carry on the conversation together. The world needs each of us to live and speak from this deep place of truth for the continued expansion and positive evolution of the best of who we are. Come join us. The world needs you.

Did I tell you I love my life and this is what I get to do each day. Really?! Yes!

Can you remember when you were a little kid thinking about what you wanted to be when you grew up? A doctor, lawyer, fireman/woman, whatever that might be. I even knew a boy when I was little who wanted to be a robber. He is not a robber by the way now but isn’t it funny to look back at what you imagined and were so thrilled at the possibility of back then…
Are you still thrilled at possibilities in your life? Or do you get stuck sometimes like we all do?
My conversation with our guest this week will wake up your curiosity and child like wonder. He’s been leading 2 lives and up until the last few years, his other life was a fun hobby and an outlet for releasing the stress of the day.
Come hang out with us and I promise you insights, laughs, and maybe even some new possibilities you want to explore in your life. Kevin Mirsky is a Marin County native who grew up on the side of Mt. Tamalpais in an A-frame house. As a young boy he entertained himself by drawing, picking blackberries, and getting lost. Oh to get lost in the woods again like when I was little and imagine stories of who came before me and what were they doing and why.
Kevin shares his experience of real life experiences of fatherhood, being a businessman, husband, surfer, and how & why he birthed his creative talents as an illustrator publicly in his 40’s. If you’re in a space of change in your life and wondering can this ever happen in your life, join our conversation. Come see what resonates for you, and what may serve you in making a change in your life you thought would need to wait for, you know, that “I’ll do that when” - because maybe you can have it all right now.
Kevin proclaims himself as the artistic version of “slow food” and his work has been described as wry, witty, somber, introspective, warm, clever, and charming. I actually purchased my first Kevin Mirsky - I’ll show you the pic @camdenhoch so come check it out. Join us, leave comments, and be sure to share with those other creators who may be holding back for that “some day” or need a little nudge to start now. It’s never too late to get creative.

Have you ever been sick or you didn’t feel great and you kept pushing? You kept going to work because you felt you would get behind if you didn’t? You ignore the signs. The signs that something isn’t quite right. You’re overwhelmed and you don’t know how to fix it so you keep going.
This is what happened to my guest in this week’s episode. As an Associate Professor of Biostatistics, Dr. Carmen Tekwe got her wake up call in 2014 but she didn’t listen to the first call. She kept going. She was still meditating and practicing yoga, doing all the right things, and the call came again.
This conversation will wake up sometime inside of you I’m certain. It did me and I feel like I live consciously and healthy - not perfect but I do my best. And there are those times when we all push, right?
Where does it stop or do you wait until it stops you? Our conversation is eye opening, easy, and raises some new awareness around the stale, numb phrase “work life balance”.

Meet my guest this week, Patrick Moore, now a Empowerment Self Defense Coach, after turning his back on a law degree, leaving the film industry as a stuntman, and finding his mission in empowering women and girls around the globe in how to stand in their power in voice, body, and mind.
We could have talked for hours - you know those conversations where there is so much depth and one topic leads to another potent topic? Well, this is one of those conversations. It’s provocative and raises a lot of questions relevant to what’s happening with #metoo, girls empowerment, the process of ‘sexual seduction’ happening with predators and young kids.
Patrick had a traumatic personal experience when he was 13 where he was pinned down by a man who tried to molest him. He says he was lucky because it could have been a lot worse and this was a memory that didn’t go away for him. Now he teaches young women and girls how to feel empowered in their voice, body, and mind. This is not just something happening to girls, it’s also happening to boys and men and this violation of another person is NEVER OK. NEVER.
Patrick travels the globe teaching empowerment self defense to girls and women. He originates from Manly Beach, Australia and has traveled to the US quite frequently to teach as well as being invited by the US Embassy to India for the women’s empowerment project.
It’s time for us all to become more aware of what’s really happening to know what to do if it happens to you, your child, or someone you know.

Have you been to a yoga class that felt like you should be on speed to keep up? Did you adjust? Did you ride the chaturanga/up dog/down dog rollercoaster?
Are we speeding up so much that instant gratification isn’t enough anymore? Remember when the internet first arrived and it was a miracle when it would pull up your search - you were willing to wait for it, wait for it. Fast forward to now, we want it to go quicker than ever, it can’t get fast enough. Are we becoming a culture of quantity and speed before quality and slow cooked?
I’m raising some questions in this episode and I want to know your experience and thoughts.

Do you ever feel like you have a rant in you? One that has to get it, but you can't tell everything yet because there’s some things hanging in the wind.
In this week’s episode, I’m solo. Remember the bumper sticker “shit happens”? Well, it does and what do you do when it does? Hide? Rant and take positive action? What to do that/s in alignment with your soul’s values?
Here’s where I’m going and I invite you to ponder…
Please leave a comment so we can continue this dialogue and stay tuned for a follow up episode as soon as I can release more details (after court and other meetings). I believe “shit happens” and when it does, you have a choice to make it matter and be conscious about your choice or to let the fear of it take you over. It’s a process and it’s possible.
There were so many truth moments in this week’s episode, I’ve got to share a couple here that I thought landed so profoundly and please go listen for what touches your soul for sure.
My guest this week is Teawna Pinard. She is my friend and is also a leading fitness and lifestyle expert. Her online lifestyle and nutritional coaching services have influenced and motivated hundreds of women towards reaching their fitness goals. She’s also a mom to 3 little girls with the best smiles you’ve ever seen!
Teawna has been through what she calls “transitions that serve their purpose in their moment.” She had this fear of not having enough time (maybe you can relate?) and discovered a way to be more patient with the process as all these transitions were unfolding in her life. Her motto, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it will not change you!” - is how she lives her life and you’ll see how when you take us along with you today and listen to our conversation.
Here’s where we went together and what you’ll hear:

Do You Know Your Creative Flow?
In this week’s episode, I’m solo. It’s me and you for this episode.
Do you know when you’re in your creative flow? You know that space when you wake up in the morning ready to adventure the new day. Maybe you even lose track of time (kind of like when you were little doing what you absolutely love).
That’s where we are going to play in this episode plus you’ll hear:
Plus a special invite to my upcoming FREE online event. It’s called the Inner Radiance Mediation Experience and it’s March 11-15th, 2019. I would love to invite you to join me. Click here for details and to join now.
