Inez Ribustello, got her start in the world of food and wine after moving to New York City to pursue a career in cooking. She chose New York’s Institute of Culinary Education to jumpstart her new path, where she began to learn about wine. From there, she worked at Best Cellars, the groundbreaking, mid-priced wine store on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Her wine career took a huge leap forward when she became an Assistant Cellar Master at the renowned World Trade Center restaurant Windows on the World. In a very short time, she was promoted to Beverage Director, putting her in the position as wine buyer for the largest grossing restaurant in North America. The terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 impacted her both personally and professionally. Having lost friends, colleagues, and her job in the attacks, she had to face her future. Ultimately she returned to her hometown with her fiancé (now husband), Stephen. Together they opened their own restaurant, wine bar, and retail store called On the Square. The wine list at On the Square holds the prestigious Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Inspired by Best Cellars, they created a user-friendly, non-intimidating wine list, which was well received by both customers and press in the Eastern North Carolina region. In 2009, Inez was 2nd runner-up in the Best Sommelier in America competition held in New York City. She is a member of the Alumni Hall of Fame for the Institute of Culinary Education and a graduate of the Court of Master Sommelier’s Advanced Exam. Inez’ next big venture was Tarboro Brewing Company, a microbrewery that started brewing in February of 2016. Almost a year later, she and her husband opened a satellite taproom serving tacos in the Rocky Mount Mills. Stephen and Inez have two 2 children that they absolutely adore. In September of 2021, Inez released her self-published memoir Life After Windows, a book she has been working on for the past 20 years.

Tracey Howes is a RAID Freediver and Oxygen Advantage Instructor based in the UK. Having grown up near the sea in South Africa, she has always been a supporter of ocean activities that encourage health and wellbeing.

Freediving is a form of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus. Tracey has competed in the UK British Freediving Association Pool Championships and is a member of AIDA, the worldwide rule and record-keeping body for competitive breath-holding events.

The powerful breathing techniques she’s learned in her freedive practice prevent anxiety and stress negatively influencing thought processes and performance. This training inspired Tracey to expand her knowledge of functional breathing and enable her to teach others how to breathe efficiently and maximise their physical and mental health.

By incorporating functional breathwork techniques into daily practice and training programmes, Tracey’s clients have transformed their breathing habits whether they are training for a marathon or open-water swimming and improved how they manage stress, anxiety and sleep. Clients with sports-induced asthma have seen positive results by implementing gentle breathwork exercises. Tracey has a particular interest in female breathing which differs to male breathing with new scientific evidence supporting this.

Tracey is determined to share ‘breathing re-education’ and practical exercises which we can apply in our day-to-day activities with meaningful, measurable and long-lasting results.

Shanna Truffini is our 100th guest on the show.

When her daughter Anna was only 7 years old, she was diagnosed with 'anticipatory anxiety'. In her effort to help her daughter, she tried everything from therapy to homeopathic remedies, but she still could not get to the root of her daughter's emotions. It wasn't until one day a friend of hers compared stress and anxiety to 'watering your weeds'.

This is when she realised that Anna was 'watering her weeds' instead of 'watering her flowers', focusing on the negative feelings and thoughts instead of the positive. This is how the You Are a Gardener® seeds were planted.

Creating a new narrative and tools for her family to talk about their feelings and emotions, opened the lines of communication and gradually Anna was able to spend more time 'pulling her weeds' to make more room for her flowers".

What started out as a book for her family has now flourished into an entire platform dedicated to helping families and educators encourage the social and emotional well-being of young children. "Plant your seeds, pull your weeds and enjoy the flowers along the way. You are a gardener. "

Since You Are a Gardener® was published in 2017, several new social and emotional learning (SEL) programs have since blossomed to empower kids, families and educators with tools so their gardens can grow healthy and strong!

Rebecca Newenham founded Get Ahead VA in 2010 after recognising a gap in the market for virtual assistance services that offered the flexibility, value and performance that small businesses and start-ups need in the 21st century, digital economy.

Get Ahead VA delivers nationwide virtual assistance services for small-to-medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. With clients ranging from will writers to window cleaners, financial consultants to fashion designers, all of their clients are motivated and driven business owners, with clear plans for business growth. Located right across the UK, they all recognise the value of outsourcing, passing onto others tasks that either they lack skills in, or tasks that drain their valuable time. Get Ahead VA enables them to get back to what they do best – growing and running their businesses. One of their clients, Moritz Schmittat, says: “Get Ahead VA is a highly skilled team of super mums (and dads) offering brilliant services in marketing, social media, office management, graphic design and basically everything small businesses need to run smoothly.”

After a corporate career in buying for retail giants such as Superdrug and Sainsburys, Rebecca was looking for a flexible work solution that could fit around her lifestyle and her three daughters – now 17, 15 and 13. Having grown up with a successfully self-employed mother, Rebecca knew it was possible to be able to contribute financially to the family and to do school drop off and pick-ups too. “My mum was a great example and I grew up knowing that I wanted one day to run my own business just like she did. Having looked at various business ideas and the way the employment landscape was shaping up for the future I felt a virtual assistance business offered the best solution. I have always loved networking, which is such a big part of my role now.”

Rebecca now runs a vibrant team of almost 40 virtual assistants and five regional directors, each bringing with them particular skill sets in many areas of business including PR & Marketing, Social Media, Business Development, Account Management, Design & Administration. Many of them are mothers themselves and also benefit from the flexibility that working for Get Ahead VA delivers. One of the team members says ‘I love working for Get Ahead VA. No two days are ever the same!’

The business has won a variety of awards including Flexible Business of the Year in the Mum and Working Awards and Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday #SBS Award. It has also been shortlisted in awards for Talent Attraction and Networking and was selected as one of the best Home Businesses in the UK. Rebecca herself has been shortlisted for the Women in Business Woman Business Owner of the Year Award.

Amanda Stansfield is the owner and managing director of Granny Gothards Limited and ProIce Products Limited

Amanda’s success with Granny Gothards is often used as a positive case study by Department of International Trade and Amanda is often asked to speak to Business Groups and plays an active role in South West Business Insider Panels. Amanda also works with colleges and students on food and business projects.

Amanda worked for many years as a Management Accountant for large blue-chip companies before taking a break to bring up her two daughters. Her eldest daughter now runs her own successful children’s clothing business and her youngest is finishing her final year at Exeter University

Amanda had a complete change of direction in 2012 when she bought a small ice cream company with a great product that she could see had massive market potential, she also acquired one of her most important assets, a lady as passionate about where the business could go as she was.

Through hard work, investment in people and machinery, and a passion in what she does, she has taken the business from humble beginning to what it is today, a large export led producer of luxury ice creams, sorbets and sherbets. The business is expanding into the Far East in 2018 and the markets in the UEA are growing each month. The domestic market is also enjoying huge growth and is now sent daily to restaurants such as the Gherkin and Blenheim Palace. Granny Gothards is the ice cream of choice for National Trust Properties and Independent South West Cinema Chain, Scott.

The key factor in Amanda’s business was not to change in any way how Granny Gothards Ice Cream is made but rather up scale the production capabilities to meet the growing demand and ever increase flavours. Amanda will not compromise on the quality of the ingredients or the customer service they offer.

ProIce is Amanda’s latest project and is taking the ice cream to a different market. Amanda and her team have developed a range of totally natural Hi Protein Ice Creams and Frozen Yogurts which is aimed at the Retail Sector, a new challenge for Amanda and one that is both exciting and daunting in equal measures. There is already interest from the USA!

When not making, selling or eating ice cream, Amanda enjoys watching rugby and is an avid follower of Exeter Chiefs, enjoys walks with her husband and dogs, travelling and says her favourite role is being Oma to her 2 ½ year old Grandson Oliver.

Elizabeth Cooke has always had a fascination with books both as a reader and an author. One of her earliest memories is being taken to a library and trying to reach up to the shelves; She was too young to read, but recalls a real thirst to know what was being said inside every cover. Books of all kinds are intimate and memorable for her because she still see them as doors into a private world. A writer reveals their thoughts, sensations and memories: a reader takes the author’s hand. Of whatever genre, a book is a shared experience.

Liz began her career winning a national short story competition, and worked producing some 120 stories and serials for IPC magazines. Her first novels were psychological thrillers of the ‘unnerving slow-burn’ variety, but her main focus has been historical themes and actual events told from unusual perspectives.

When she's not writing or researching, she visits book clubs, schools and creative writing groups. She really enjoys feedback and discussion, and particularly likes the enthusiasm and engagement from young writers.

Who Killed Mary Ashford? This is Elizabeth's new non-fiction, the story of the lasting mystery of the death of Mary Ashford in 1817.

This is a crowd-funded book by www.unbound.com.

Pledges begin at only £10 and for this you will get the first edition with your name in the book. All sorts of goodies are available for other pledges including a visit to Thomas Hardye’s cottage, a tour of Dorchester Museum’s writers gallery, a one-to-one critique of your own manuscript, a visit to your own book club, and much more.

In her exhaustive research Liz investigated the original trial transcripts, letters to and from the major players, the lives of those involved, the actual places of the events, and found out what happened afterwards. This event was one of the scandals of the 19th century and changed legal history in England. But who really attacked Mary Ashford? Was Abraham Thornton, her seducer, guilty of her death? And how does this case reflect on similar cases today? Has anything really changed for women in 200 years?

So if you are keen to support a creative project and see this book published, please pledge on

Please don’t hesitate to contact Liz through this site if you’d like to know more about her work.

Today's guest is Vanessa Ugatti -The True Worth Expert

Vanessa is a Transformational Coach, Motivational Speaker and Author of Amazon Best Seller, True Worth: How to Charge What You’re Worth and Get It

As a child, she lacked self-confidence – looking at her now, though, you’d never believe it.

Originally trained as a bilingual P.A. (she’s fluent in French and speaks reasonable Spanish), she openly admits she had no clue what she wanted to do when she grew up!

Vanessa has consistently challenged herself conquering many of her own fears, from dropping solo to work in a French-speaking part of Africa, launching a successful business later in life or overcoming a fear of heights by jumping out of a plane from 10,000 feet up!

However, it was not until 1997 that she discovered the fear and excitement of public speaking and many years later, following her heart, went on to set up Watch Out World training businesses in public speaking – as she puts it “all through the back door”, as she did not have a training background.

In 2008, tragedy struck as she lost 3 family members in a matter of weeks which sent her into a downward spiral. However, like a phoenix rising from the ashes she once again returned to do battle; this time, discovering her true life purpose – helping businesses charge what they’re worth by genuinely understanding their own value and balancing this with creating value for their clients.

Vanessa’s motto is: follow your heart and never give up!

Today's guest is Angela Harkness.

Angela is a Business & Life Coach, Speaker and Writer. She is the founder of High Heelers a company that was created to help women start and grow their own businesses. She is fiercely passionate about helping female entrepreneurs at all stages of growth. Not only does she love the world of business but she also loves the self development side that is required to succeed when starting and growing a company and helping women break down their own blocks. Angela brings over 20 years corporate experience as an employee and business owner. Her skill and success comes from the fact she is an ideas machine, she is honest and has incredible instinct when it comes to helping clients move forward.

A lightbulb moment came at a corporate meeting with very senior managers attending. Everyone was asked what they would do if they won the lottery and not a single person said they would do what they are doing now. Not only was she shocked by this she was also very shocked that no one else was.

Kate lost her left hand at two-years-old following a freak accident. Aged four, her parents encouraged her to learn to swim; it was a daunting task as Kate was afraid of deep water and struggled to balance with one hand, but she persevered and went on to swim regularly.

Kate never let her disability hold her back, and alongside swimming she also pursued and excelled in other sports. At 10 years old, she competed in her first disability swimming competition. To her surprise, Kate performed well and later qualified for the National Championships.

In 2002, aged just 13, she was earmarked as a potential Paralympian and went on to represent Great Britain for the next 10 years.

The proudest moment in Kate’s career so far was representing GB at the 2008 Beijing Paralympics. She then went on to win a silver medal in the 100m breaststroke and bronze in the 100m Individual Medley at the World Championships in 2009.

Unfortunately, illness meant Kate missed out on qualifying for the London 2012 Paralympic Games. But she now finds herself working in the media as a sports reporter, and in schools as an athlete mentor - proving that from failure and disappointment you can still find success in other opportunities.

Alice May is a multi-tasking mother with four not-so-small children. She is fortunate enough to be married to (probably) the most patient man on the planet.  They live in, what used to be, a ramshackle old cottage in the country. Her conservatory is always festooned with wet washing and her kitchen full of cake.

Following many years exhibiting as an artist and selling commissioned work, Alice decided that 2016 was the year she would start writing. Inspired by some true-life events and fuelled by some really frantic painting sessions ‘Accidental Damage – Tales from the house that sat down’ simply wouldn’t leave her alone until it was written.

Today's guest is Zelda de Hollander, who runs Studio Shotz Photography, a Boutique photographic studio in Christchurch, Dorset.

Photography has always been a passion of Zelda's. She got her first camera aged 5 and has loved photography ever since. All her pocket money used to go on developing films she’d taken of her life while growing up.

After A-Levels, Zelda studied for a (BA) Hons in Commercial Photography at The Arts University at Bournemouth, at the same time working part time at a small photographic studio; Studio Shotz.

It was then that the owner decided to move on and Zelda made the brave move to take over the business and run the studio herself, straight out of Uni, at only 21 years old (with massive help and support from her parents).

In May 2014, Studio Shotz Photography left it's retail shop, moving to Christchurch to become an appointment only studio space residing in a residential address. This has allowed Zelda to spend more time with her clients and to work much more flexible hours as well as taking on more location work.

3 years on, Studio Shotz is busier than ever! In working from home Zelda now has the work-life balance that she always missed out on whilst being on the high street & is now working with some of the biggest and most well-known companies in the Dorset area. Every day is different; which makes going to work quite exciting!

One of the people Zelda credits with supporting her work is Sam Acton of Domestic Angels, you can listen to Sam's interview on the podcast show here

At first when her husband left she was lost and grieving for the future she thought she had, but with the support of coaching she reinvented herself anew. She tried all sorts of new activities such as a free fall sky dive at fifty, flew to Bali to meet friends who were travelling and took her PADI Scuba diving certificate. She subsequently went to Tel Aviv and Amsterdam for trainings, conferences in Phoenix and Colorado and much more…

What if you are the only thing holding you back?

This is the question Liz explores with her coaching clients. It’s at the heart of her work as a leadership coach and trainer. Liz helps clients cut through their agitated fuzzy thinking to access a space of clarity and resilience.

Liz and her husband Stu, work extensively with school leaders. They share a simple psychological approach. This enables leaders to get back in touch with their internal powerhouse of wellbeing. Leaders who operate from this space operate from an authentic, inner confidence. The coaching approach is based on something called ‘The Three Principles’.

Liz also runs conferences and events for coaches (through www.coachingconnect.co.uk) attracting some of the best-known, international, names in their field to speak in the South West.

She’s a former BBC reporter, an amateur videographer and runs a weekly series of audio interviews with coaches. Liz is in the middle or writing and publishing a book in 100 days – it’s due to be published early 2017.

Liz likes doing some crazy things, like cycling 400 miles to London with her husband pulling their labradoodle in a trailer. Other than cycling (and walking the dog) she’s also learning to improvise on the saxophone and plays jazz – plus she sings with an accapella group.

Ildiko is the Founder of a personal empowerment system called Life Retuning which uses the human energy field to open pathways of possibility to create positive and lasting change. The human energy field holds the key to changing any unwanted behaviour and upgrading the quality of our lives to high levels of happiness, health and fulfilment. This means it can bypass the obstacles and barriers our minds put up to changes. Modern science is opening up a whole new level of understanding about how we function energetically. Ildiko is committed to showing and teaching people how to use their own personal energy in a healthy way in their own lives, within relationships and pro-actively with the environment.

She started her journey into energy at 24 years old when she suffered a severe nervous breakdown and had to find a way out of it. She had high levels of anxiety, panic attacks and her world shut down as she couldn’t cope with anything that caused any further stress. This started her looking at alternative therapies when the orthodox route gave her no relief or answers.

Eventually Ildiko discovered Energy Psychology and trained in it. her research led her to Quantum Physics and she experimented with combining the two. This eventually became the set of powerful transformation tools and techniques that is now known as Life Retuning.

Ildiko specialises in using Life Retuning as a Business Empowerment Facilitator, by helping Entrepreneurs with a Social or Environmental solution who have a deep desire to turn that idea into a sustainable and heart-led business but lack the confidence to do so.

It is not Coaching, she has worked with over 1000 clients, offering a supportive and transformational set of programmes which have changed the ground state in their businesses and personal lives from struggling, to firing on all cylinders. She works globally over Skype with all types of businesses. With Life Retuning she is a Master at unlocking the deepest level of fears and anxieties and transforming them into joyful energy, clear thinking and easy manifestation using a little bit of magic!

‘I am passionate about empowering people and helping them to find their true beautiful selves. I believe that understanding energy at the fundamental level is the key to us living more fulfilling, healthy, happy lives in harmony with nature instead of acting against it.’

Claire is a dynamic leader within the multi billion dollar network marketing industry and she is building a fast growing, global business – and is, every day, helping others to achieve their own success.

Claire’s story saw her begin her career within the insurance industry where she carved out her specialism within the legal professions market. She established her first insurance brokerage business at just 20 years old and latterly sold her second business to a major national broker.

Thereafter Claire was asked to take on the role of Group Operations Director of the company which bought her own business and was subsequently head hunted for the role of Managing Director of a large commercial insurance brokerage.

After 20 years of working for her clients – meaning long hours and very little by the way of work/life balance, Claire made the bold decision to leave her career behind in order to take her many skills in to an altogether different sector. She felt a strong desire to build a business that would allow her to equal her prior success, while affording a work/life balance that she had not been able achieve before. More importantly she was determined to help many other people to be able to do the same for themselves. Claire found the perfect vehicle in Forever Living – with its exclusive, unrivalled products and proven business model. She saw an amazing business opportunity that she knew she could share, with unbridled passion.

Claire works with carefully selected individuals, who share her zest for life and desire to stand apart from the rest – she shares her extensive business experience with them and supports them every step of the way towards their own success.

Today's guest Annabel Kaye started her career in PR (non-profit) before moving on to publishing and consumer law (Which? magazine) followed by advertising and HR.

She founded Irenicon in 1980 (an employment law and HR consultancy) and has spent the intervening years helping some of the largest organisations in the UK (and some of the smallest) sort out the people and employment law issues that come with change.

She founded KoffeeKlatch in 2009 specifically to support organisations outsourcing to freelancers. Her practical expertise in outsourcing to VAs, web designers, bookkeepers, trainers and more, is a key part of her speaker’s story.

She still advises businesses from the smallest to the largest on how to contract and manage their teams and how to create REAL flexibility that doesn't hurt.

Old enough to be a grandmother, mother of millennials, a happy explorer of the gap between compliance and wiggle room, her witty persona makes light of the experience and learning that underpins her wisdom.

She loves delivering online and in the room - and is a keen user of social media. She maintains an average 'Klout' score of 68 and actively promotes where she is booked to speak at with her social media connections. You will even get a little video promo too.

Her KoffeeKlatch guides can be customised for your event and where appropriate her KoffeeKlatch agreements can be offered at discounts to your delegates. She can even organise a longer term affiliate relationship for you if you are building a community to support growing businesses.

When someone dies, their physical life has ended, but their digital accounts still remain active on the internet. This can be any account that is associated with their profile such as social media, e-mail, loyalty cards, banking, shopping and photographs. All of these now need to be considered in the same way that we would think about leaving a will.

Being involved in the 2004 Tsunami was the most horrendous experience of her life which left her with many illnesses and issues. But the gift that she was given in that time, was worth it all tenfold. What she learned was about human behaviour and the capabilities we possess left an imprint on her and changed her direction forever.

Her new quest to help people to uncover their true magnificence without having to suffer a life threatening situation has led her to launch an incredible behaviour profiling company. Ensize UK is part of a global group and provides a host of development tools and analyses to help to empower human potential.

Today's interview is with Sculptor, Annie Jeffery.

Annie's work has been exhibited in galleries in the UK and France and is in private collections. The first in a series of pieces called ‘Female Landscape’, carved in French Limestone, won the Sir Robert Marshall Prize in the Bridport Open Art Exhibition in 2003. The latest in the series is currently being shown in the Sculpture Garden at The Mill at Gordleton.

She is a former chairman of a Riding for the Disabled Group, has been a Trustee of The Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy and of a Spina Bifida support group, and a volunteer ambassador for the Honeypot Children’s charity for several years.

Having seen how the power of art can change people’s lives for good, Annie is now putting her work as a sculptor on hold to devote her energies and experience in fundraising to creating a new charity, hArt - Hampshire Art for Recreation and Therapy, and building it for the future. Less than a year from becoming a registered charity, hArt has already delivered a number of projects working with adults and children.

Meet Samantha Acton, award-winning Director Domestic Angels.

"I have the best job in the world! Helping people in their homes, really making a positive difference to the lives of individuals, families and home owners is a real joy.

Customer service and focus is everything. By thinking about the priorities and needs of others I can deliver services and solutions with minimal fuss and maximum impact.

A busy family is completely different to a housebound client, a holiday home is nothing like an annual spring clean, I know this and so do all of the Angels. My goal is to focus on your needs and the needs of your home, this is how I have developed the business since 2002. Consequently the Angels and I still look after clients who have been with us from our very first year in business and staff who joined Domestic Angels in 2002 still work for me.

The Angels visit family homes most often whilst customers are at work and school. By the time customers return home, the kitchens and bathrooms are clean and tidy, the living room is ready for a relaxing evening, the bedrooms are dust free and calm.

Our elderly and housebound clients build solid, long term relationships with their Angels. This service is far more than housework, this is companionship and more often friendship. We support people through all that life has to offer and still ensure that their home is clean and safe and that their fridge is full."

Like most people, the industries I work in happened by accident. I’ve always found myself in the ‘difficult-to-market’ industries including high-tech, software, engineering, manufacturing and business services. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges and craziness of these industries.

I’m a believer in client relationships and B2Human marketing. That’s why I recently created a marketing model called Current Client Optimisation (CCO) which focuses on the relationship between Sales, Marketing and Client. My special mad skill is dumbing stuff down. I sink my teeth into complex products or services with 10-pager tech specs and “reader-digest” it into neat infographics or awesome LinkedIN posts.

I love writing, reading, red wine and travelling.

Sara Harrison is the owner of the Angela’s Swim School Southwark, Lewisham & Greenwich and is the EWIF winner of the New Woman Franchisee Award in 2016.

Sara started her swim school in January 2015 with four instructors and 55 clients, this has grown steadily to 20 instructors and over 500 clients ranging in age from 3 months to adults in their 80’s, proof indeed that you are never too old to learn!

Sara puts her success down to small class sizes so the swimmer receives maximum attention from the instructors and a structured lesson plan following the ‘Angela’s Swim School’ method of teaching.

Sara says “I love my job, to see someone with a genuine fear of water, develop into a confident swimmer is so satisfying, the look on each and every face as we develop their confidence, moving at a pace that suits them whilst working on their technique. I’ve been told on numerous occasions by parents, the children ask all week when they are having their next lesson, in fact this has lead to an incredible 100% renewal rate each term, something I’m particularly proud of’.

Her venues are located in Catford, Lewisham and Deptford. To find out more information about lessons, call on 07801 237 165. Visit the website - http://www.angelasswimschool.co.uk/locations/southwark/

She now refers to herself as a recovering control freak and excuse maker There was a time when she never would have imagined writing a book, speaking in front of an audience or being a guest on radio or television shows. She has done all of these things now and knows that the best is still yet to come!

Referred to as the Working Women’s Oscars, the Venus Awards were launched in 2009 byTara Howard to recognise, reward and celebrate local working women in business. The Venus Awards began in Dorset and have since exploded into other regions across the country. Culminating with an annual National Final that truly represents the inspirational women who balance and juggle their lives relentlessly and unconditionally, who inject their communities with a sense of feminine robustness and solidity only a woman can provide.

Women play such a pivotal role in our local economies, it is crucial that hard-working business women have the spotlight shone upon them.  As the Venus phenomenon rolls on across the country, more women in business will stand up and let the world know what they do, how they do it, and the challenges they face.  This typically leads to more women helping each other through mentoring, networking and plain old ‘doing business’ together.  Raising awareness of the successful women in our midst and publicly acknowledging them underlines the economic force women have become.

There wasn't a consultancy out there genuinely interested in making 'perfect fit' placements - they all seemed interested in meeting their targets and that's it. She felt there was a need for a consultancy as passionate about talent and candidates drive for success as her own. A consultancy that meets with each candidate and each client to ensure that not only skills match but also personalities.
