As the President of Business Operations for the Vegas Golden Knights, John Penhollow oversees a myriad of properties. In addition to the Golden Knights, Penhollow is also charged with steering the business boat for all of the Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas Knight Hawks, City National Arena, the American First Center, and Lee’s Family Forum.
Prior to the Golden Knights, Penhollow has performed in critical business roles for the Miami Dolphins, New York Yankees, and, most recently, the Minnesota Vikings.
In this episode, the Western New York native explains how each rung of his professional ladder has led him to this point, what the Foley Entertainment Group has up its collective sleeve for the not-so-distant future, and how he balances the duties of being a hockey dad with the on-call-all-the-time nature of his work.

USHL President and Commissioner and Jersey City, New Jersey native Glenn Hefferan has been involved in junior hockey since the early 1990s and has held countless leadership positions within the sport at local, regional, and national levels.
Named the league's President and Commissioner in June of 2023, Hefferan's duties continue multiplying as the USHL faces a new frontier of junior hockey in North America.
Over the next 30 minutes, Hefferan discusses how the league balances development and entertainment, the role the state of Iowa has played - and continues to play - as arguably the league's hotbed, and his biggest dreams for the USHL.

Moorhead native Carter Krier has been piloting his coaching rocket ship since graduating high school.
After one season of mentoring and coaching the goaltenders in the East Grand Forks youth program, he went behind the bench with the Fargo Force, guiding the Force's goaltenders. His work culminated last season with an Anderson Cup and Clark Cup, and his netminder Hampton Slukynsky was named the league's Goaltender of the Year.
Now, Krier is charting his collegiate coaching path, becoming an assistant coach at THE Ohio State University and working with the Buckeyes' goalies while also recruiting.
Over the next 30 minutes, we reminisce about his past as a YHH writer, mention a few of his own mentors, and check in on what's in store for the Buckeyes this season.

Now in his fifth year as the General Manager of the Waterloo Black Hawks, Bryn Chyzyk has faced a great deal of change during the offseason.
He's a new dad, and he's turning over the Black Hawk roster that lost several key pieces from last year's team, including its four leading scorers from the 2023-2024 campaign.
Over coffee, Chyzyk explains how trades go down in the USHL, the benefits of hiring young scouts, the pending legal battle between Canadian junior players and the NCAA, and highlights a pair of Minnesotans to watch in the Waterloo lineup this season.

New Dubuque Fighting Saints General Manager Trevor Edwards has a varied resume, making him uniquely qualified to run a USHL franchise after nearly two decades organizing, managing, and coaching amateur hockey.
In this episode, Edwards chats about his experience in supply chain management, winning a youth national championship with Detroit's HoneyBaked organization, following new Edmonton Oilers Sr. Director of Player Personnel Kalle Larsson as Dubuque's GM, and highlights a few Fighting Saints who could be in for a breakout season.
