Anxiety isn't just something you can get rid of or walk off! It's all a mental cloud that makes you feel numb, depressed, exhausted and so many other horrid things. It's like a mental cage that nobody has the key too, not even yourself at times.
But this podcast is to let you all know that you're not alone in this battle of Anxiety. I suffer from really bad anxiety as well and here's how I try and cope or deal with it... its easier said than done, but we can and we will conquer this!
Let's make this week amazing! Let's smile and show Anxiety that it can't and won't conquer us! I believe in you!
