Finally , my assertion that rthese government orders to stay at home and close your business are unconstitutional. i have said this since April , after that first 2 weeks to flatten the curve expired and the minnow extended it over and over.

on this podcast and the next, i'll look at two presidents in my lifetime that used federal troops to stop rioting and restore law and order when state and local leaders would not. The president has the authority to nationalize state national guard units to protect life and property from rioters. He can also send in federal troops. under certain circumstance , like rioting .
