The Importance of Knowing Your Numbers, with Leandra Nisbet

Leandra Nisbet is the founder of The Stingray Advisory Group. Her focus is on making complex business tasks approachable and actionable for entrepreneurs. She's passionate about empowering business owners to leverage their numbers effectively.

We dove into some of the biggest mistakes that entrepreneurs make in their online business, as it relates to finances.

First Mistake: Not Separating Personal and Business Finances:

  • Many entrepreneurs overlook the importance of separating personal and business finances. Having a dedicated business account streamlines financial tracking and saves time and stress in the long run.

Second Mistake: Trying to Serve Everyone:

  • You must niche down and be intentional with your target audience. Trying to serve everyone dilutes your brand and marketing efforts. Focus on engaging with the right audience for your business.

Third Mistake: Lack of Systems and Processes:

  • Not having systems in place can hinder business growth. Establish processes for project management, expense tracking, and income management to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Project Management Tools:

  • We discussed project management tools like Zoho Projects and Asana, emphasizing the importance of centralized platforms for effective project management.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Cash flow is essential for business survival. Regularly track income and expenses, analyze historical data, and forecast future cash flow to make informed financial decisions.

Three Steps to Start Tracking Numbers:

  1. Begin by reviewing expenses: Analyse your bank statements to understand where your money is going.
  2. Implement systems for income management: Set up automated invoice reminders to ensure timely payments.
  3. Develop a budget: Start with a simple budget template or use accounting software to track income and expenses regularly.

Expense Planning Calculator:

  • Leandra offers an expense planning checklist and calculator to help entrepreneurs track their finances effectively.

  • Remember: Knowledge is power. Don't be afraid to use data to your advantage and take control of your business!

I've got a story to share that takes me back to a time when I made a serious mistake in my online coaching business – one that almost drove me crazy. Today, I want to spill the beans on what happened and how it nearly cost me the success I was dreaming of. So, grab your favorite beverage and settle in for a real talk.

Alright, let's rewind a bit. Back then, my coaching business was all about high ticket offers. Sounds good, right? Well, not exactly. I realized I was missing out on connecting with so many incredible people who couldn't quite reach those high prices. Lesson learned: high ticket ONLY can be a double-edged sword.

Picture this: I, too, have been on the other side as a coaching participant. Jumping from one 10k program to another, only to find out that some didn't quite match up to what I was already teaching myself. Cold sweat, anyone? It hit me hard that there had to be a better way to bring value BEFORE people dive into your high ticket

Enter the hero of the story – micro offers. These little gems changed the game for me. They became the secret sauce to building trust with potential clients. Think about it – lower barriers, specific problem-solving, and immediate wins. It's like giving them a taste of success right from the start.

Now, let me share my Micro Offer Formula. It's not about those gimmicky, valueless trip wires. No, no. These offers are jam-packed with value, delivering on a specific promise. We're not throwing in the kitchen sink, but we're definitely stirring up desire for the next step, whether it's a mid-tier offer or diving straight into the high ticket program.

One of our fantastic clients recently woke up to a sale from her brand new micro offer. It's like having a 24/7 trust-building machine working for her. Imagine that – a machine that keeps on giving and ascending clients into her coaching program. Beautiful, isn't it?

Alright, lovely souls, here's the deal. I've got something special for you. Head over to my Instagram, and drop me a DM with the word "masterclass." Why? Because I want to invite you to a free masterclass where I spill all the secrets on creating your own converting micro offer in just three days. Trust me; it's a game-changer. Can't wait to see you there!

This week's episode is a short yet impactful one, focusing on a powerful experience that recently reminded the host of a valuable lesson from 2017. The central theme revolves around questioning what we believe to be true and examining the stories we tell ourselves.

I delve into personal insights provided by their mindset coach, Kashia Rutkowiak, emphasizing the ability to create narratives in our minds that influence decision-making. This self-reflection extends to personal and business aspects, and I would love you to identify and challenge stories you may be telling yourself.

The episode draws parallels to common narratives in business, especially those heard during sales calls. I encourage you to analyze your beliefs at different stages of your business, from top-of-funnel cold audiences to client delivery, and question the validity of your narratives.

  1. Top of Funnel:

    • Reflect on stories told about attracting cold and warm audiences.
    • Challenge beliefs that may not align with the actual situation.
    • Middle of Funnel:

    • Explore narratives around the latest strategies and tactics for building email lists.

    • Examine the reasons people join your email list and question assumptions.
    • Nurturing and Sales Mechanisms:

    • Analyze beliefs regarding sales mechanisms.

    • Address any preconceived notions from past experiences or external influences.
    • Client Acquisition:

    • Question beliefs about the affordability of your niche.

    • Challenge assumptions that may hinder successful client acquisition.
    • Client Delivery:

    • Reflect on personal insecurities regarding client satisfaction.

    • Acknowledge and challenge imposter syndrome and self-doubt.

I encourage you to take time to scrutinize each aspect of your business model and personal life. By questioning beliefs, you may uncover stories you've been telling yourself that may not align with reality.

If you found this episode valuable, don't forget to leave a review and share it with others. Sharing insights with fellow experts and coaches can lead to those enlightening "aha" moments.

Welcome back to the Maeve Ferguson podcast, and I'm thrilled to dive into Episode 104.

Today, I want to share some insights on a topic that has transformed my coaching business – how to sign coaching clients without resorting to spammy DMs. Let me take you on a journey back to the early days of my business when I found myself sending messages that felt icky, spammy, and far from authentic.

I remember desperately trying to initiate conversations with phrases like "I love your profile" or discussing mundane topics like the weather just to connect with potential clients. It didn't align with who I am, but at that time, I felt stuck, like I had no other choice if I wanted to grow my coaching business. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself on the living room floor, playing with my kids. Meanwhile, my coaching offers were seamlessly converting into paying clients on autopilot.

The magic behind this transformation lies in what I call The Voice Note DM Sales System – a method that revolves around four critical components. First and foremost, we delve into pain points profiling and ideal client identification. If you're receiving less than seven inbound keywords a day, it's a signal that your points profiling needs refining. This is the foundation for creating content that resonates with your ideal clients, making them feel heard and understood.

Moving on to the second component, crafting a script becomes crucial in converting leads into buyers. Through extensive testing, we've discovered that scripted voice notes significantly boost the know, like, and trust factor, resulting in higher conversion rates. The third component involves automating the process when the volume of inbound keywords becomes overwhelming.

Lastly, attracting your ideal client to DM you with a specific keyword sets the entire process in motion. To recap, the four key components are pain points profiling, crafting a conversion script, automating the process, and attracting your ideal client.

To help you implement this system, we've prepared a brand new micro-offer at the cost of a cup of coffee.

This Voice Note DM Sales System guides you through uncovering pain points, understanding what your ideal client desires, providing a step-by-step conversion script, automating the process, and attracting your ideal client. Simply send the word VOICE to our Instagram to access a demo and witness the power of converting leads to clients on autopilot.

Welcome to the Maeve Ferguson Podcast, Episode 102.

Today, we're delving into the transformative catalyst for your coaching business in 2024: crafting a coaching offer that truly converts.

Context of the Coaching Offer:

  • In our evergreen Lifestyle coaching business model, we employ a quiz funnel to hyper-qualify leads, leading to a micro-offer to build trust and eventually guide clients into the coaching program.
  • This episode focuses on the crucial element: your main coaching offer.

Painpoints Profiling:

  • Start with "pain points profiling" to understand your ideal client's language deeply.
  • Use tools like Social Blades to find the genuine language on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook groups.
  • Ensure you don't sanitize language; resonate by using their authentic expressions.

Ideal Client Identification:

  • Move beyond surface-level avatars; understand your ideal client profoundly.
  • Aim for a level of understanding that lets you map out a day in their lives in perfect detail.

Crafting a Stand-Out Approach:

  • In the online space, a generic approach won't cut it.
  • Develop a unique and standout coaching approach that distinguishes you from the crowd.

Crafting Phases and Steps:

  • Develop the phases and steps of your unique approach; these become the modules and lessons in your coaching program.
  • Ensure a tight curriculum; avoid unnecessary content and focus on delivering results quickly.

Crafting Toolkits and Bonuses:

  • Address objections through carefully crafted toolkits and bonuses.
  • These should not only expedite results but also directly counter objections your ideal client might have.

Sales Page Creation:

  • Your sales page should guide potential clients through the identification of their problems and the impact on their lives.
  • Introduce your methodology as the solution and emphasize that your coaching offer is the implementation of this unique approach.
  • Demonstrate how bonuses and toolkits directly address objections.

Building Your Audience:

  • Emphasize the importance of building an audience, especially if running an organic business without paid traffic.
  • Consistent posting should target your ideal client, not just friends or colleagues.

If you would love to discover HOW to do all of this, dive into our Coaching Offer Catalyst, available at the price of a cup of coffee.

This week marks our 100th episode, a milestone I never thought possible when I first considered starting this podcast. To celebrate, I've brought in a special guest, Amelia Misenheimer, a real estate investment coach. She's a close friend and an expert in this field, and I'm thrilled to have her on the show. Amelia Misenheimer, an Expert Real Estate Investment coach, joins us today. She specializes in guiding successful individuals who aim to build generational wealth and financial freedom through real estate. Amelia shares her background, mentioning she's been investing in real estate since 2010 and has been a full-time real estate professional since 2011. She enjoys working with successful individuals who want to diversify their investments, build generational wealth, increase passive income, and create a life of financial freedom through real estate. We discuss the key elements of real estate investing, focusing on generational wealth and passive income. We delve into the question of when someone is ready to start in real estate investment, emphasizing that there's never a perfect time – you just need to decide to take that first step. The conversation shifts to the advantages of real estate compared to other investment options. Amelia highlights how real estate typically moves inversely to the stock market, offers substantial appreciation potential over time, and can yield significantly higher returns on initial investments. We explore the initial steps for getting into real estate investing. They stress the importance of defining your "why" – whether it's to fund your children's education, retire early, or build a generational wealth portfolio. The goals you set will influence your approach and timeline in real estate investment. Amelia also mentions the benefits of real estate as a way to pass wealth to the next generation, thanks to various tax advantages and opportunities, making it a unique asset for building generational wealth. They tackle common misconceptions about real estate investing, including the idea that it requires a substantial amount of money to start. Amelia clarifies that it's possible to begin with minimal funds and gradually grow your investments. We discuss the importance of staying focused and not becoming overwhelmed when selecting properties, stressing the significance of defining clear goals and property criteria. Amelia shares a personal story about her first real estate investment, where she overlooked a major issue, leading to significant expenses and a valuable lesson. Welcome to the Maeve Ferguson Podcast, Episode 98! Can you believe we're just two episodes away from our 100th milestone? It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to share today's topic with you. In this episode, we'll be exploring four common misconceptions about selling evergreen coaching programs.

Misconception #1: Evergreen Delivery Isn't as Effective as Cohort Delivery

One of the common misconceptions is that delivering coaching content on evergreen won't be as effective as doing it in a cohort. Some believe that the sense of community and camaraderie is lost in evergreen programs. However, it all comes down to how you run your community. In our Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, we ensure that new members feel included through a robust onboarding process. We celebrate wins together, regardless of how long someone has been in the community. Sharing challenges vulnerably fosters a supportive environment, making evergreen just as effective for building connections as cohort programs.

Misconception #2: No Cart Close Means No Action

Contrary to belief, you don't need cart close deadlines to drive action. It's all about crafting a compelling offer with the right toolkit and bonuses. When you create a no-brainer offer, urgency becomes a natural part of the decision-making process. We also use expiring bonuses to encourage quick decisions. The key is to make your offer so appealing that people can't resist, even without a closing deadline.

Misconception #3: You Must Present Live for Weekly Workshops

Live workshops can be a powerful tool for engagement, but that doesn't mean you have to be there live every time. You can create a live experience by streaming your workshops and having your team answer questions in real-time. Live sessions often lead to higher attendance rates compared to pre-recorded content. So, while it's live, you don't have to present live every week, avoiding the exhaustion of constant live launches.

Misconception #4: You Can't Take a Break from Client Delivery in Evergreen

With evergreen enrollment, you can still take breaks from client delivery. Structuring your programs effectively is the key. One strategy is to have a team of coaches to share the load of weekly coaching calls. Alternatively, if you're a solo coach, plan your annual calendar with breaks and holidays in mind. If someone enrolls right before your scheduled vacation, let them know in advance and adjust their program's timeline accordingly.

Today, we're delving into the world of building your quiz funnel. I've noticed many discussions in various online communities, like Facebook groups, about the best software for creating quizzes and what to consider when building one. That's precisely why I decided to dedicate this podcast episode to this topic. First and foremost, you might wonder why you should even bother with a quiz funnel in your business. Well, if you've tried everything—live launches, challenges, webinars—and received lots of praise but not many clients, it could be a sign that you're attracting unqualified leads. That's where a quiz funnel comes in. Reason number one: it brings in qualified leads. Second, quizzes tap into curiosity, much like the Myers-Briggs test. We're all naturally curious about discovering something new about ourselves. Quizzes make for highly attractive lead magnets with a high organic opt-in rate and low cost per lead when running paid traffic. Now, let's talk about what to consider when building your quiz funnel: The Hook: Your quiz must have a captivating hook that grabs people's attention and stops them from scrolling past. A bland or uninteresting hook won't cut it. Number of Questions: Aim for a sweet spot of 7 to 12 questions. Longer quizzes can overwhelm participants, leading to fewer opt-ins. Questioning Strategy: Craft your questions to guide participants through a journey. Balance between highlighting their pain points and painting a picture of their desired future after experiencing your solution. Diagnostic Questions: Include questions that help diagnose their problems. These insights are gold for shaping your future offers and programs. Future Goals: Ask about their aspirations for the next 12 months related to your niche. This helps tailor your offers to their specific needs. Opt-In Placement: Be strategic about when you ask for their contact information. Don't request it upfront; instead, provide a teaser of their quiz results first. Bespoke Follow-Up: Personalize your follow-up based on the pain points and problems they revealed in their quiz. This sets you apart from generic lead magnets. Offer Placement: Present relevant offers based on their quiz results. If your quiz reveals a specific problem, offer a solution immediately. Audience Building: Use quiz responses to create look-alike audiences for targeted ads. This helps reduce the cost per lead and refine your targeting. KPI Monitoring: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as landing page conversion rates, question completion rates, and conversion rates into your offers. Tweak your quiz as needed to optimize these metrics. Remember, building a successful quiz funnel involves understanding the psychology behind it, from the question sequence to the user experience. Don't fall into the trap of believing that quiz funnels don't work if you don't see immediate results. If you're interested in learning more about quiz funnels and how they can benefit your business, we have a free live workshop that covers the topic in detail. Today we are exploring the seven key reasons why you might not be attracting the coaching clients you truly deserve. But don't worry, I've got you covered with an on-demand masterclass that you can access right now. Just head over to this link to dive into this transformative training.

In the masterclass, I'll delve into these seven reasons in more detail and, most importantly, I'll reveal how to fix them quickly. So, let's get started with a sneak peek of what's to come:

Reason 1: Are you trying to help people with something that isn't a painful enough problem? It's like the old man and his dog story where the dog refuses to get off a nail because it's less painful than moving. If your coaching doesn't address a pressing issue, it's one of the reasons you might struggle to find clients.

Reason 2: Your offer may not align with what your ideal clients want to buy. Your coaching promise may not be something they're willing to invest in. But don't worry; I'll share strategies in the workshop to make your offer irresistible.

Reason 3: Posting constantly on social media may not be the silver bullet for attracting clients. Being consistent is essential, but only one tiny piece of the picture.

Reason 4: Thinking that a few digital trainings, a Facebook group, and some coaching calls are all it takes to sell your coaching offer is a mistake. The landscape has evolved, and this approach will not cut it in today's world.

Reason 5: Sounding like every other coach in your industry can be a deal-breaker. You need to stand out and offer a unique approach to capture your ideal client's attention. I'll reveal how to do that in the workshop.

Reason 6: Creating a coaching offer without listening to your market is another common pitfall. Instead of making assumptions, you should tune in to what your potential clients truly need.

Reason 7: Lastly, having a sales process that feels uncomfortable for both you and your potential clients is a big turn-off. We'll discuss how to avoid that "icky" feeling and create a more natural, authentic sales approach.

If you're eager to uncover your main roadblock to getting coaching clients and learn how to fix it swiftly, make sure to sign up for the On-Demand training right away. It's a 60-minute session that will provide you with valuable insights and actionable steps to supercharge your coaching business.

See you next week!

Running a successful beta can be a game-changer.

Identifying Your Niche:

  • It's crucial to deeply understand your niche and conduct in-depth research.
  • Using AI and social media can help you identify your ideal client.

Defining the Problem You Solve:

  • Your coaching should address a specific, tangible problem or desire.
  • Use AI and social research to pinpoint this problem accurately.

Crafting Your Offer:

  • Your offer is more than coaching; it's the entire package that gets clients results.
  • Address objections, use bonuses, and make it a no-brainer.

Pricing Your Beta:

  • For a beta, consider pricing it so clients feel they're getting incredible value.
  • You can charge a low fee or even offer it for free if you want, but ensure participants are committed.

Audience Building:

  • If not using paid traffic, build an organic audience by positioning yourself as an expert.
  • Don't pitch; provide value and solutions in relevant groups.

Delivering Your Beta:

  • Keep the beta timeframe reasonable; don't drag it out.
  • Consider compressing content for faster feedback and testimonials.
  • Adjust the delivery cadence as needed.

Volume Considerations:

  • Determine how much content to deliver and the number of participants.
  • A smaller, engaged group can lead to deeper transformations.
  • Expect drop-offs; not everyone will complete the program.

Order of Delivery:

  • Keep your beta program flexible; adjust content based on feedback.
  • Identify gaps and eliminate unnecessary fluff.
  • Get feedback from participants to fine-tune your program.

Go Live:

  • Build excitement for your beta on social media.
  • Ensure participants understand what's expected of them.
  • Secure sign-ups and commitment for feedback.

Conclusion:

  • Running a successful beta can set the stage for a thriving coaching program.
  • Check out our on-demand training for more insights.
  • Remember, it's time-sensitive, so act today!

Today, I'm excited to share an experience that happened just yesterday, which taught me some invaluable lessons. It's all about what happens when things go terribly wrong. So, let's dive right in.

Lesson 1: Problems vs. Solutions So, here's the backdrop: I had a massive joint venture workshop lined up, a culmination of weeks of planning. My partner had worked tirelessly to bring in an audience. Everything was meticulously prepared – the decks, sales pages, even special bonuses. This was a big moment for us.

Lesson 2: The Unexpected Trigger The day was going smoothly until an unexpected storm hit Northern Ireland, with thunder and lightning that hadn't been forecast. At 16:51, just minutes before showtime, my worst nightmare came true – my Mac suddenly powered off. Panic set in, but I quickly checked the circuit breakers and realized it was a widespread power outage.

Lesson 3: Reacting Under Pressure With only minutes to go, I had to think fast. I needed to contact my partner to let her know what had happened because I was the only one who could start the session. But there was no phone signal, no Wi-Fi, no 3G, no 4G – nothing. Time was ticking, and I couldn't reach anyone. I even tried to reach my mother-in-law for help, but she had no electricity either.

Lesson 4: The Power of Relationships Eventually, I managed to get a message to my partner. The real twist here was that all registrants were on my database, not hers. It taught me the importance of ensuring joint venture partners have access to their contacts, especially in emergencies.

But the most incredible part was my partner's response. She was incredibly understanding, even though she had entrusted her audience to me for the first time. Our strong relationship made all the difference.

Conclusion So, in hindsight, here's what I've learned. When problems arise, it's crucial to put on your solution hat. Unexpected triggers can happen, and your reactions define your business's resilience. Relationships you've built can save the day when the worst occurs.

Remember, in the grand scheme of things, nobody died, and the meaning we attach to such situations is within our control. If you'd like to catch the live workshop that didn't happen last night, check out the link here. You'll get to experience the value and learn how to create and sell out your group coaching program in just three days. Don't miss it!

Oh my goodness, what a wild ride it has been. Thanks for joining me on this episode, and I'll see you there.

In this episode, I'll be sharing my key takeaways from Alex Hermozi's book launch for his $100 million leads book, following his successful $100 million offers book.

Key Takeaway 1: Are We Playing Small?

  • Many online entrepreneurs underestimate the effort required to build a successful business.
  • Some believe that a few social media posts or a handful of sales calls are sufficient.
  • I even found myself thinking I was playing big, but in comparison to the big players, I was still playing small.
  • So, ask yourself: Are you playing small? Are you expecting a million-dollar business with minimal effort?

Key Takeaway 2: Leading with Value

  • Leading with value was a major revelation for me.
  • I've always believed in "what but not how," but I realized the importance of providing immense value upfront and then selling the implementation.
  • Are you leading with real value, or are you just posting without substance on social media?

Key Takeaway 3: We Don't Know What We Don't Know

  • The saying "we don't know what we don't know" resonates deeply with me.
  • Listening to Alex's book, I initially felt like I knew it all, but I had two breakthrough moments towards the end.
  • It's vital to remain open and receptive to new knowledge and not assume you've mastered everything.

Key Takeaway 4: The Habits of Success

  • Success isn't about intermittent good habits; it's about consistent, high-performance habits.
  • I've had periods of great habits, followed by lapses, but success requires ongoing commitment.
  • Evaluate your daily habits—are they aligned with those of a high-performance entrepreneur?

Conclusion

  • This episode might have been triggering for some, but remember, growth often comes from confronting our triggers.
  • Join our live workshop to learn the "Converting Coaching Formula" and how to create and sell out your coaching programs in just three days.

Episode 92: Exploring 5 Blind Spots I Discovered

Introduction: Hey there, wonderful listeners! Welcome back to another awesome episode of the Maeve Ferguson Podcast. I'm thrilled to dive into a topic that's close to my heart - the five blind spots I recently uncovered. These insights are valuable for everyone, and I'm excited to share them with you today.

The Amazing Guest: Before we jump in, let me tell you about an incredible guest who's soon joining us for episode 100. Amelia, an exceptional real estate investment coach and a dear friend, will be gracing our podcast. She's all about building generational wealth through real estate, and I can't wait for you to hear her insights. Keep an eye out for her episode! You can take Amelia's quiz here

Blind Spot 1: Stories I Tell Myself: Lat weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting Amelia, who's both a client and a friend. Spending time together opened my eyes to a massive blind spot: the stories I've unknowingly crafted around my personal life. I thought I was free from these narratives, but turns out, I had built quite a collection, especially after the arrival of my second child. I realized that personal transformation is an ongoing journey, and it's easy to get trapped in stories we create. It's time to question those narratives!

Action Step: Take a moment to reflect on the narratives you've constructed about your life. Are they true, or are they just stories? Imagine someone giving you a reality check - a "wet fish slap" - to wake you up to the fact that these are just stories. What would that wake-up call look like for you?

Blind Spot 2: Solutions in Business vs. Personal Life: I pride myself on being solution-oriented in my business, helping coaches find solutions for their challenges. However, when it came to my personal life, I realized I was stuck in a different mindset. A wedding invitation arrived that required me to travel, leaving my children behind. Initially, I felt overwhelmed and believed it was impossible. But Amelia's perspective and support helped me see that creative solutions are possible when we're open to them.

Action Step: Think about a problem you're facing in your personal life. Are you approaching it with the same solution-oriented mindset you have in your business? Challenge yourself to consider alternative solutions, even if they seem unconventional.

Blind Spot 3: The Value of Rest and Relaxation: I've always been passionate about my work, often neglecting rest and relaxation. Spending quality time with Amelia made me realize that downtime and laughter are just as crucial as work. During our spa day and heart-to-heart conversations, I felt rejuvenated. It hit me that rest is an essential component of high performance.

Action Step: Evaluate your work-life balance. Are you giving yourself enough time to rest and relax? Consider activities that recharge you, whether it's binge-watching a show, reading a book, or simply spending time with loved ones.

Blind Spot 4: The Power of a Dream Team: Having a supportive and capable team can make or break your business. When I fell ill, my incredible copywriting coach stepped up and saved the day. This highlighted the importance of having a dream team to rely on, even outside of business contexts.

Action Step: Reflect on your team, both in your business and personal life. Are you nurturing a network of support? Whether it's colleagues, friends, or family, having a strong support system can make a world of difference.

Blind Spot 5: The Health and High-Performance Connection: My health and diet habits were often all or nothing - extreme periods of discipline followed by indulgent days. However, I realized that my well-being directly impacts my business performance. Aligning health and high performance became a priority, as I recognized that a balanced approach yields better results.

Action Step: Consider the connection between your health and your ability to perform in your professional life. How can you integrate healthier habits that contribute to your overall high performance? Remember, it's not about perfection, but consistent progress.

Conclusion: That's a wrap on today's episode, where we explored five eye-opening blind spots I discovered. Remember, we're all on a journey of growth, and recognizing our blind spots is a step toward becoming our best selves. Episode 91 - 7 Massive Mistakes to Avoid when it comes to Creating & Selling Out Your Group Coaching Offer

I'm thrilled to have you join me for today's episode.

  • In this episode, I'll be sharing the seven massive mistakes I often see expert coaches and newcomers make when they're creating and launching their group coaching programs.

Expensive Mistake #1 - Creating Inadequate Group Coaching Offers:

  • Many coaches mistakenly believe that their group coaching offer only consists of coaching calls, a Facebook group, and digital training.
  • Unfortunately, this approach often leads to frustration as it fails to attract the right clients.
  • I've noticed this pattern among frustrated coaches who feel like they're hitting a wall with their efforts.
  • In response to this, I'm excited to share a free live workshop where I'll guide you through creating a converting group coaching offer in just three days.
  • You can find the workshop link here

Expensive Mistake #2 - Overemphasizing Cohorts:

  • I've come across coaches who believe their program can only be successful within a cohort model.
  • However, it's important to realize that effective onboarding and content delivery can extend beyond this approach.

Expensive Mistake #3 - Ineffectively Using Social Media:

  • A common error is consistently posting on social media without targeting the right audience.
  • I'll touch upon the audience attraction system and how crucial it is to engage your ideal clients with relevant content.

Expensive Mistake #4 - Overwhelming or Underwhelming Offers:

  • Some coaches tend to go overboard or offer too little in their group coaching programs.
  • In other words, they either stuff their offer with unnecessary elements or leave it feeling empty.
  • I'll explain why striking a balance and providing meaningful content is key to avoiding these pitfalls.

Expensive Mistake #5 - Incorrect Pricing and Naming:

  • Pricing and naming your coaching offer is another challenge I've noticed.
  • Using abstract terms or confusing names can turn potential clients away.
  • It's essential to keep it simple and clear, while also ensuring your pricing reflects your journey and expertise.

Expensive Mistake #6 - Traditional Approach to Content Creation:

  • Instead of relying on traditional brainstorming, I recommend harnessing the power of AI to understand your ideal clients' needs.
  • By doing so, you can gain insights into what clients truly desire and are willing to pay for.

Expensive Mistake #7 - Fear of Selling:

  • Many coaches struggle with discomfort or anxiety when it comes to selling their coaching offers.
  • I firmly believe that if you have the ability to help someone transform, it's your moral obligation to make the offer.
  • Waiting for the perfect moment is a trap; taking proactive steps to make offers is crucial for success.

Conclusion:

  • To wrap up, I've discussed the seven major mistakes coaches should avoid.
  • If you're looking to transform your group coaching offer from "take it or leave it" to "gotta have it," I invite you to join me in a free live workshop.
  • During the workshop, I'll share insights into the four keys of the converting coaching formula and how to sell out your coaching programs in just three days.

  • I'm looking forward to connecting with you at the upcoming workshop.

Welcome back to the Maeve Ferguson Podcast! I'm thrilled to have you here for our 90th episode.

  • It's incredible to think that we're approaching the 100-episode milestone on this journey together.
  • In today's episode, I'll be sharing six valuable insights that I gained from my recent holiday experience.

Holiday Reflections

  • I've just returned from a wonderful few days away with my husband and our two little ones.
  • During the drive home, I had some powerful realizations that I'm excited to share with you today.
  • These insights aren't just personal; they can be applied to your business and your life as well.

Insight 1: Embracing Passion for Work

  • The first and most significant realization was that I genuinely love what I do.
  • While on holiday, I found it challenging to detach from work because I'm so passionate about it.
  • The excitement of working on new projects and ideas made it hard to follow the conventional notion of switching off during holidays.
  • This insight highlighted the privilege of having a career that doesn't feel like work at all.

Insight 2: The Value of a Supportive Team

  • Another major lesson was the importance of having a reliable team.
  • Although there were a few challenges while I was away, my team handled most things seamlessly.
  • They managed calls, assisted clients, and kept things running smoothly, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time.
  • The significance of a dedicated team that has your back is truly priceless.

Insight 3: Client Quality Shapes Life Quality

  • I've always known this, but the holiday reinforced it: the quality of your clients impacts your life as a coach.
  • Working with amazing, respectful clients who understand the need for breaks is invaluable.
  • Building a community of supportive and understanding clients is a treasure beyond measure.

Insight 4: Balancing Self-Care Amidst Family Time

  • As any parent knows, a family holiday with young children isn't always a break for yourself.
  • I realized that I hadn't truly taken time for myself during the holiday
  • The importance of incorporating self-care into family time became crystal clear.
  • Just like the airplane oxygen mask analogy, taking care of ourselves allows us to better care for others.

Insight 5: Planning for a Smooth Return

  • I've always been a planning enthusiast, but this holiday taught me the value of planning for the return.
  • After being engrossed in a recent bootcamp, I hadn't fully prepared for my comeback.
  • Returning to work without a clear game plan took extra time to reorient and catch up.
  • This experience highlighted the necessity of having a solid plan for post-holiday reintegration.

Insight 6: The Magic of Fresh Air and Quiet

  • The final realization was the incredible impact of fresh air and silence on creativity.
  • Being away near the coast brought an influx of ideas and inspiration.
  • It's easy to get caught up in the details while working on computers, but stepping back can lead to innovative thoughts.
  • Fresh air and quiet space fostered amazing ideas that I'm excited to pursue in the coming months.

Conclusion

  • And there you have it - the six powerful lessons I learned from my recent holiday.
  • Loving what you do, relying on a supportive team, cherishing quality clients, prioritizing self-care, planning for returns, and embracing the inspiration of fresh air and silence.
  • I'm grateful for the opportunity to share these insights with you.
  • Stay tuned for more exciting content in future episodes as we continue this journey together.

We'll also touch upon the influential book, "The Gap or The Game," which is mandatory reading within our academy.

Hidden Success Strategy 1: The Power of Focusing on the Gain:

  • Instead, when we focus on the gain and reflect on our progress, it empowers us and keeps us motivated.
  • Maeve emphasizes the importance of looking back at our journey, even comparing where we are now to where we were a year ago, five years ago, or even a decade ago.
  • By recognizing how far we've come and embracing our gains, we can shift our perspective and approach life and business with a positive mindset.

Hidden Success Strategy 2: Leveraging Time:

  • Maeve shares her first hidden success strategy, which is all about leveraging time effectively in our businesses.
  • She discusses four methods to achieve this:
    1. Utilizing automations to seamlessly move clients into higher ticket coaching programs.
    2. Implementing systems that effectively qualify leads, such as using a quiz funnel.
    3. Exploring the power of podcast guesting as a way to reach a larger audience and showcase expertise.
    4. Shifting from a launch model to an evergreen sales process, automating sales and freeing up time.

Hidden Success Strategy 3: Implementation Gives Clarity:

  • Maeve emphasizes the importance of implementation and taking action in our businesses.
  • Simply acquiring knowledge without implementation leads to stagnation.
  • Maeve shares her belief that implementation provides clarity and simplifies our business models through feedback and adjustments.
  • Listeners are encouraged to become implementers and put their offers out into the world to truly see progress.

Hidden Success Strategy 4: Tenacity:

  • By leveraging time effectively, implementing strategies, and maintaining tenacity, we can overcome challenges and achieve our desired outcomes.
  • Maeve encourages listeners to embrace these hidden success strategies and experience the positive shifts in their own lives.

Welcome to this week's episode of the Maeve Ferguson Podcast.

In this episode, we'll be diving into the highlights and insights from the recent luxury VIP retreat in Galgorm, Northern Ireland. The breakthroughs and energy at the retreat were incredible, with guest experts from around the world sharing their brilliance.

Today, I'll be sharing some key takeaways from each guest speaker session that can help you build and scale your evergreen coaching business.

Coach Kasia, the mindset coach in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, started the retreat by emphasizing the power of intention. She provided a stunning audio session to set the right intention for success. One concept that particularly resonated was the idea of single tasking. As someone who typically juggles multiple tasks simultaneously, the realization of focusing on one thing at a time was a moment of clarity. Kasia also discussed mindful eating, highlighting the importance of being present and grounded while nourishing ourselves. Additionally, she emphasized the significance of daily intention setting and scripting to shape the life we desire.

Monika Mueller, an expert in personal style and personal brand elevation, enlightened the audience on how personal style can elevate your personal brand. She shared her journey of helping me feel confident and comfortable in my style, aligning with the message of attracting high-value clients.

Monica's insights sparked the question: Are you showing up as your personal brand to attract the clients you desire? Monica will soon be conducting masterclasses in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, providing valuable guidance to clients.

Jill Weberding, a copywriter for seven-figure coaches, delivered a compelling session on crafting persuasive copy. Instead of trying to sell something that doesn't resonate with your audience, she stressed the importance of providing what they want while also offering what they truly need. Jill's expertise was highly regarded, leading her to join Team Ferguson as a Copy Coach in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy. Her ability to transform sales pages, email follow-ups, and workshop decks is sparking some serious excitement in the Academy community!

Felicia Ansah, a vibrant and energetic expert, shared her insights on using Facebook Lives to fill sales funnels. Her session resonated strongly with our retreat VIPs, highlighting the infectious nature of energy and connection. When utilizing her methodology, injecting energy into your interactions helps build know, like, and trust, leading to increased sales. Felicia will be conducting a masterclass on Facebook Live inside the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, providing valuable strategies to enhance client connections.

Christine Amerman, an exceptional business coach of mine, provided guidance on utilising podcasts as a growth tool without a transactional approach. Instead, the focus is on building relationships and facilitating transformations. Christine's mastery of podcast guesting has helped me secure appearances on prominent shows, and she'll be sharing her strategies in an upcoming masterclass within the Academy.

Nicole Janton, an extraordinary talent in releasing emotional blocks, joined the retreat after working with me on overcoming internal obstacles. Her expertise showcased the importance of ongoing personal growth, regardless of one's life experiences. Nicole's guidance and emotional healing led me calm, peace, and ease within my business, transitioning from constant 'doing' to a state of flow.

Jess, our in house sales coach within the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, provided additional brilliance to the retreat with her training on energy in sales. By aligning energetically and setting intentions for sales calls, success becomes inevitable. Jess's session empowered attendees with powerful sales scripts and strategies, equipping them for success.

Today, I want to talk about something that always reminds me of my hubby's business: pushing water up a hill. It may sound funny, but bear with me because it relates to the struggles some coaches face in selling their flagship coaching programs. You see, my business and my hubby's business couldn't be more different. I run a streamlined and organized online business that requires minimal manual work, while he runs a horse transport company. It's a manual, old-fashioned business where his drivers transport about nine animals per truck each week, coming from different locations across the UK and Ireland and going to various destinations. The logistics involved are mind-boggling—vet certificates, passports, purchase and sale transactions—all need to be managed before each of these animals can move. It's a quagmire that I'm grateful not to have in my own business. But every time my hubby talks about his business being like pushing water up a hill, it reminds me of coaches struggling to sell their flagship coaching programs. Without an offer that converts, running a coaching business feels like an uphill battle. It can lead to frustration, self-doubt, and questioning whether you're cut out for the online game. I've been there, and I remember what it's like. So, what does it take to have a converting flagship coaching offer? Let's dive into the essential elements: > Curriculum and Toolkits: Your offer must provide a clear path for your ideal clients to achieve the results they desire quickly. > Offer toolkits that make the process easier > Overcoming Objections and Support: Address your clients' objections head-on. Use bonuses and additional support to eliminate their concerns. > Find a balance between the lifestyle you want and the support your clients need. Continuity options and monthly recurring revenue are crucial. > Understanding Your Ideal Clients: Identify the pain points of your ideal clients. Craft an outcome that aligns with what they truly want. Avoiding common mistakes is equally important: > Ensure that the way you deliver your coaching aligns with the lifestyle you desire. Don't compromise your values, like time freedom, by building a time-intensive coaching model. > Understand and address the objections your potential clients may have. Failure to do so will result in missed sales opportunities. > Provide a clear and efficient path for your clients to achieve their desired results. Make it as easy as possible for them. > Find the right balance between pricing based on your expertise and experience, and what the market will bear. > Develop an effective system to attract and engage your target audience. A passive website won't be enough. > Validate your ideas and offers in the market before creating and launching them. > Understand the difference between what your clients need and what they want. Sell them what they want, but provide what they need in your coaching program so that they get what they want. To help you with all this, I've created the AI Powered Flagship Offer Blueprint. It's a four-step process to help frustrated coaches become in-demand coaches. The blueprint covers eliminating objections, understanding client desires, and avoiding common mistakes. You can access the training and create your converting flagship coaching offer within just seven days, leveraging the power of AI. Check it out here!

Today, we are going to be talking about your audience attraction system. In business, it's essential to learn from those who are more successful than us. No matter where we are in our journey, there will always be people ahead of us and behind us. Success leaves clues, and one crucial element that successful entrepreneurs have in common is an effective audience attraction system.

The first key to the audience attraction system is expert positioning. You need to position yourself as the go-to expert in your field. Consider your social profiles and ask yourself if you appear as a global authority. Collaborate with industry leaders and participate in guest masterclasses and podcasts to establish yourself as an expert.

The second key is creating captivating content. Your content should make your ideal client feel heard and understood. Utilize the 115 method, which involves creating five pieces of content for each principle. Each piece of content includes steps to take, common mistakes, examples, personal experiences, and metaphors/analogies to demonstrate your point.

The third key is the organic audience builder. Even if you consistently post content, it's crucial to actively build an audience of ideal clients. Connect with your target audience on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to ensure that people see your content and have the opportunity to engage with it.

The fourth key is implementing the hand raiser hack. You need to provide an easy way for your audience to raise their hand and reach out to you. Use keywords or calls to action in your content that prompt people to contact you directly. Automations can streamline this process, allowing you to manage inbound leads efficiently.

If you want to learn more about this audience attraction system and have your ideal clients reach out to you every day, visit this link or head over to my Instagram profile (@iammaeveferguson). Check out our AI-powered audience attraction system, a low-ticket offer that provides all the tools and bonuses you need to attract your audience in just seven days.

That's it for this week's episode. Next week, we will be diving into flagship offers, discussing what to include and common mistakes to avoid. Make sure to tune in to Episode number 84. Thank you for listening, and I'll see you next time!

Welcome back to Episode number 82 of the Maeve Podcast. In today's episode, we dive into the exciting world of micro offers. Micro offers are not only shiny and sexy, but they also work. However, there is a significant difference between a converting micro offer and what some people call trip wires or low-ticket self-liquidating offers.

Crafting a micro offer that effectively leads people into your coaching programs is the ultimate goal. One of the challenges coaches face is knowing what to include in their micro offers. There are two extremes to avoid: the "offer stuff" approach and the approach of having too little in the micro offer.

When coaches try to stuff too much into their micro offer, it may seem like good value, but it overwhelms the customers. They get lost in the abundance of content and are unable to take meaningful action. On the other hand, if the micro offer is too sparse, it may not attract potential buyers who are looking for a comprehensive solution to their problems.

Knowing how to ascend clients from a micro offer into coaching programs is another challenge. The process of ascending clients involves "bread crumbing," which means providing little anecdotes about your flagship coaching program throughout the micro offer. This can be done through implanting links to workshops, creating email nurture sequences for micro buyers, and incorporating next steps lessons inside the offer.

Choosing the right problem to solve with the micro offer is crucial. It's essential to focus on the problem that resonates with your target audience the most. Offering a solution to the wrong problem will not attract buyers.

Pricing and positioning the micro offer effectively is another challenge. It's important to align the price and positioning with your business principles. Micro offers are a great way to build trust, and the messaging and positioning should reflect that.

Finding clients for micro offers can be a hurdle as well. Building an audience of ideal clients who are interested in your offer requires positioning yourself as an expert and creating captivating content that speaks directly to your target audience. Simply posting consistently is not enough; you need to attract the right audience.

Lastly, making sales in the direct messages (DMs) is an essential skill. Having an audience, captivating content, and a clear call to action are crucial for making sales in the DMs.

If you're interested in learning more about creating and selling your own micro offer in just three days, leveraging the power of AI, we invite you to join our live workshop. In this workshop, we will discuss the seven big mistakes to avoid and show you the step-by-step process for creating and selling your micro offer. Welcome back to the Maeve Ferguson podcast!

In Episode 81, we delve into the four things I wish I had known before starting my coaching business.

But before we dive into that, let's take a moment to talk about the new structure of our podcast and the exciting Evergreen lifestyle business blueprint that I'll be sharing with you.

This proprietary approach enables coaching clients to build and scale their evergreen coaching businesses, even with limited time availability. We'll explore various topics, including the exact steps to take, common mistakes to avoid, and personal experiences that provide valuable lessons. By learning from those deeply involved in the industry, you'll stay at the forefront of your field.

To facilitate your learning journey, we have organized our podcast into four key pillars, each encompassing different subjects. Every week, a new episode will be released on your favorite podcast platform. Make sure to stay up to date with the latest episodes to stay ahead in your industry.

  1. Business Model Blueprint: In this pillar, we discuss reverse engineering your goals, understanding your numbers, niche alignment, and the marketplace analysis model. By knowing your market's needs and desires, you can build a solid foundation for your coaching business. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of creating an evergreen profit plan to ensure a sustainable business model.
  2. The Optimised Offer Code: The second pillar focuses on optimizing your evergreen lifestyle business. We explore the Evergreen ascension structure and how micro offers can fill coaching programs effectively. Crafting your proprietary approach and utilizing AI support to create winning micro offers are essential components. Moreover, we discuss crafting in-demand flagship offers using quiz funnels and quiz funnel metrics. Building an evergreen audience through organic and paid traffic is also covered in this pillar.
  3. The Quiz Funnel Matrix - We dive into the world of quiz funnels and discuss how you can position yourself as the global goatee expert to attract ideal clients. We will explore the power of captivating content created using AI and its ability to connect with your ideal clients on a deep level. Additionally, we will cover essential aspects of quiz funnels and provide insights into building an evergreen audience through both organic and paid traffic strategies.
  4. Conversion Machine Charter: The fourth pillar concentrates on establishing a conversion machine that frees up your time. We explore live funnel testing and the importance of getting everything converting before implementing our freedom technique. This technique allows you to step away from being constantly live or relying on automated workshops, providing a more flexible and enjoyable lifestyle. We also emphasize the significance of having program advisors to handle sales calls, granting you the freedom to focus on other aspects of your business. Additionally, we share insights on the conversion flywheel and closing the gaps in your marketing strategies. In this episode, I share four crucial insights I wish I had known when starting my coaching business:

  5. Build a business model that aligns with the life you want to live. Consider your desired lifestyle and create a business model that allows for time freedom and scalability. One-to-one coaching may not be suitable if you value freedom, so choose a model that suits your goals and aspirations.

  6. Create offers that are irresistible to your ideal clients. Develop offers that solve their problems completely, eliminating objections and making it difficult for them to say no. This approach helps you build a sustainable business where clients eagerly join your programs.
  7. Ensure your leads are aware of their problems and actively seeking solutions. Use quiz funnels to hyper-qualify your leads, making them aware of their problem and presenting them with your micro offers as solutions. This approach builds trust and facilitates a smooth transition into your coaching programs.
  8. Establish a conversion machine that allows you to live the life you desire. Test and optimize your strategies until everything converts smoothly. Then, transition to a freedom technique that involves running live workshops while enjoying the freedom to focus on other aspects of your life.

I hope you enjoyed Episode 81 of the Maeve Ferguson podcast.

In this week’s podcast, we dive into segment 3 of our mini visibility series, where we talk about visibility over time and how it changes.

Listen, it is important to just get started. If we wait for this ‘perfect’ day to come, it will not happen. So start today.

Don’t worry about people seeing an old version of you - people are busy and only one in a million will look back to see what you were doing 2 years before..

Be real, show up as 100% authentically you. Your messaging will change over time and that's ok. But if you don’t start and see what lands with your market, you won’t ever know.

Finally, start on one platform, get everything converting before moving to another - if you spread yourself too thin early on, you will feel like you are on a hamster wheel to hell.

Hey and in this week’s podcast and YT video, we dive into the first segment of our Visibility mini-series!

We discuss how if we are invisible we won’t serve anyone, a few funny stories about me starting out and what makes visibility difficult, and what to do instead.

So, what makes visibility difficult for some? I have summarised them to include

  • Fear of judgement
  • Fear of not sounding good enough
  • Being unsure of your message and or offer
  • Being visible but in front of the wrong people and taking the lack of traction personally
  • Being scared of sounding salesy.

But listen if we continue with that, we won’t grow our businesses.

So, here is what to do instead:

  • Focus on service and release all fear
  • Have self-belief in you and your offer
  • Get started with your messaging and it will strengthen in time
  • Build an audience of ideal clients and your personal brand will align with them and they will come forward to you
  • Don’t come from a place of self
  • Own your style, own your brand and be 100% authentically you

Hey and in this week’s episode, we dive into the last segment of our Mindset mini series - where we discuss moving from awareness to action.

What I have seen in the personal transformation space over the past few years is that there is a big focus on awareness and having aha moments.

Whilst this awareness is absolutely critical to be able to actually make a change, if we stop there, then nothing will change.

We must actually choose to change our actions, behaviours, thoughts and beliefs. And then as soon as we choose, we must actually implement those changes, otherwise, nothing will change!

So, look back over the four segments of this mini series..

What realisations have you had?

What aha moments have you had?

What can you choose to do differently?

What can you actually DO differently today.

And a tough love question - what can you do differently today, to make sure that we aren’t having this same conversation three months from now?

Hey, it’s Maeve

So many try to create the ‘perfect offer’ at their first attempt. But trust me when I say, your offer will evolve over time.

As I mentioned in today’s podcast episode, I look back at my first few offers and shudder! How clunky they were, how unpolished. But guess what, they got me started and got me the momentum that I needed to get to where I am.

As we grow and as we become more in tune to the desires of our market, we tailor our offers.

So there is no value in trying to create the perfect one, first time out of the gate.

Until we have sufficient data to judge the offer and make the necessary tweaks, it is too soon to change.

So have you done at least 30 sales calls?

Had at least 100 webinar attendees?

Had at least 20 no’s?

If not, it is too soon to tell.

But we have to start somewhere, to give ourselves the very best shot. That's why it is important to follow a proven framework, like my OMPP framework, so that you have a high chance of success straight out of the gate.

Now in time, your market will tell you where to go. The questions they ask, the things that they say, the reasons for their nos, will all help guide you to create an offer that is so compelling that they simply have to say yes.

So how do you find those things out?

You jump on calls, following my organic magic process.

You document their narrative on every call

You debrief the calls afterwards, for both yes and no calls, digging into the true reasons why they said yes and no

At a more advanced level, you can send follow up funnels to webinar participants etc to find out why they joined/ didn’t join.

Then, as you collate sufficient data, you can start to see trends of what the market wants.

Now there is a fine line here between being reactive and being thoughtful. So we cannot knee jerk and change our offer based on one piece of feedback. But we can for sure, if there is a trend, consider if this is something that we want to change in time.

What I love to do is to look at the reason for the no, and see, is this something that I could create an incredible bonus, without a crazy amount of effort and time? Then if so, I pop it in the programme. If it is a considerable shift, I wait to see how many propose it as an idea.

So you can clearly see how your offer evolves over time.

What can you change today and what can you keep on your thoughts list?

Today we dive into our new Offer Mini-Series!

As you listen to this series unfold, you’ll start to realise that having an Offer that leads simply have to say YES to, is critical to success.

How do we know if our offer is structured in the right way?

How do we change our offers over time to reflect what the market wants?

How do you make that offer a must-have?

We will be diving deep into each of these in the Offer series in our podcast, but today, let's unpick structuring our offers in the right way.

Episode Highlights:

  • 6:58 Being clear to your offer
  • 12:08 Look at your pillar

Is Coaching 1:1 the best way?

Having witnessed the transformation possible in a group coaching environment, for me it is a resounding no.

“If everyone is moving forward together then success takes care of itself”. This quote from Henry Ford really makes me stop and think about being part of a collective in coaching. It is so true.

You may think you need to coach 1:1 to get the greatest results for your clients. You may even think that your coaching is too unique to be applied to a group setting.

But have you fully considered the impact of group coaching, both on your clients and on your own business?

Hear me out because having witnessed the power of group coaching with my clients, having realised how much they help each other, I’m a huge believer in the power of group coaching.

Let me ask you - how do wolves run?

As a pack.

Today, we are going to be talking about authenticity and why it matters so much as you scale your online business.

I could go on all day about this because here's the thing, I used to try to hide who I was.

Can you relate to this? Have you ever hidden a part of you, and kiss people that didn't like it? Because I can promise you growing and scaling your business is going to be much more difficult if you do that.

If you try to pretend, if you try to be someone who you aren't, it is going to feel hard, it is going to feel awkward and you're going to always feel like your skin is crawling.

Today, we are going to be talking about why thinking short-term is the fastest way to blow up your business. It is the quickest way to make sure that in two years, five years, or ten years from now, your business does not exist.

So many online are out there to make a quick buck. They're thinking how can I get cash fast, they maybe invest in the program and all they're thinking about the entire time that they are in there is how can I get my investment back quickly?

This is short-term thinking and this is what keeping people stuck. This is what makes them jump from shiny tactic to shiny tactic hoping that it is going to be the one thing that fixes it all for them. Because I get it. I used to do the same jumping from one thing to the next.

But when you stop for a moment, sit in the silence, the things shift, you realize that it is all the long game. That's only if you're in business for real obviously not in some side hustle or hobby business or half and half-inch land. You're all in.

So how can you shift from thinking short term to thinking long term? So first, let me ask you, are you currently getting up each week wondering if you gonna get a lead this week? Are you going to get a client this week wondering how you can bring in some cash quickly? Or are you getting up mapping out the plans for the next 6, 12, 24, 48 months and reverse engineering everything from there? If you're the former, let's dive in.

Today, I am going to be diving into the key components of building out your optimized offer. If you're a coach or consultant who has not been making the sales that you want, it is very likely that these components are not in your offer.

Most people think that their offer is their coaching, or their consulting, I call them overwhelmed experts. If someone asks them, what have you got for me, they dive straight into well, you see, I have this online coaching program. And there are 20 modules and 42 workbooks, but these overwhelmed experts can't figure out why no one wants to buy their coaching or their consulting.

It doesn't work because this is not what people want. People want a solution to their problems, they want a proven framework to get from A to B. The details of how you get them there is pretty irrelevant.

So in today's podcast, I'm going to show you how you can make your offer completely irresistible, with my own OMPP framework. We do that obviously in a lot more detail inside my programs but today, we can start to demonstrate how you too can create your optimized offer. That way when you make your offer to your people, regardless of the sales mechanism that you're employing. They literally have to say yes.

Today, we are going to talk about the Ripple effect you can have when you bring brilliance to the world.

So what is bringing brilliance to the world? For me, it's not all about just changing people's lives, but family's lives.

When a client comes and works with me and has amazing results. It's not just them who start living their dream life of freedom, impact, revenue, and empowerment. It's their families too.

In this episode, we are going to be talking about that and how bringing impact to the world can change your life. Also, how people in online business are usually misguided and only motivated to earn quick cash.

Episode highlights:

  • 0:52 What bringing brilliance really means
  • 3:17 What happens when you don’t focus on making an impact and only focus on making quick bucks

Today, I’m going to be talking about Deeper Purpose.

How you can find your deeper purpose? Often, we are asked why we do what we do, and as I ponder about this, it always leads back to the life of fire, freedom, impact, revenue, and empowerment.

And leads back to the sufferings that I talked about from the first episode. And I decided exactly what I wanted from there. And they reverse-engineered every single thing in my life, the who, the what, the why, the where, and the when.

And what I want you to realize is that this is entirely possible for you too.

Episode Highlights:

1:56 It’s possible for you to live the life you wanted

3:56 Are you living every single moment of every single day on your terms?

Today, we are going to talk about why we do what we do. As an entrepreneur, I really believe that there’s a reason why we do what we do.

I still remember the moment when I knew that things had to change. My life was completely unrecognizable. Before I was in a high-flying corporate job that I absolutely loved managing a team of 47 people, I was running global functions, exercising everyday and traveling a lot. Basically, I was burning the candle at both ends, life was at an all-time high and I was loving it. But fast forward to the moment where I decided, here I was, my partner then now, my husband, brushing my hair because I didn't have the strength. I had caught a virus a few years before this moment. I had spent days, weeks and months in bed and on the sofa. I even had to get a wheelchair to get around the house. And I can promise you it was to describe ugly, awful.

But very simply put, it is the best thing that ever happened to me. Why? Because it forced me to stop. It forced me to get out of the rat race. It forced me to realize that I had one life. It made me asked myself these questions:

  • Was I doing what I was put on earth to do?
  • Was I living life on my terms, that I even have my own family?
  • Was I building my own Empire instead of someone else's?
  • And the biggest worry of all is if I would ever be well enough to have a family.
