The Corporate Climb discusses challenges faced as an emerging leader & minority woman in corporate America. We'll talk about topics that may be difficult and uncomfortable to discuss in a work environment in each episode. However, these dialogues are necessary. While some may feel they are "disruptive," this show will provide you with some resources to discover resilience in adversity.
The hope is that you'll find answers to your questions, gain competencies, connect with professionals like yourself, and comfort in knowing you are not alone in your professional journey.
On the final episode of Season 2 we'll discuss the current issues around Roe vs. Wade and what this means for HR Practitioners.
