I have the chance to talk to traditional brewers here in Norway, and the culture is something that really itrests me. But we will have some Modern nordic brewing aswell, nordic traditional brewing and the path between them.
A loose talk about traditions, malts and kveik with traditionalbrewer Ivar Geithung and commercial malter Arne Bøhmer.
