I have the chance to talk to traditional brewers here in Norway, and the culture is something that really itrests me. But we will have some Modern nordic brewing aswell, nordic traditional brewing and the path between them.

The traditions runs deep in Stjørdalen, and the malting process and technique go back a long way - all the way back to the Viking Age.
