Hi everyone! I want to share a little about my first experience climbing a mountain. The name of the mountain I climbed was Mount Papandayan. It is located in the city of Garut, West Java. Because the distance was far, my friends and I rented a car and driver to take us there. Honestly, I was very enthusiastic because this was my first time climbing. I went with four of my friends. For a beginner like me, Mount Papandayan is quite high. We climbed cheerfully and were able to reach the final climbing point well. However, because there were restrictions on reaching the top, we only reached the camping area. Even so, I really enjoyed my first climb.

MANHATTAN HOTEL
In this time of a pandemic, a staycation is the best way to enjoy a holiday. Moreover, in my city the government regulations are still quite strict, if we vacation outside the city we have to do a swap test afterwards. Moreover, the rules of the company where I work are very strict, apart from having to do a swab test, we also have to quarantine for three days after traveling out of town. So, I choose to stay in the city and occasionally staycation at the hotel.
Early last month, I mean early December, my two friends, Tina and Vivi stayedcation at a four-star hotel in Jakarta called the Manhattan Hotel. This was our experience of staying at a Manhattan hotel. We booked an executive room for three people.
What do I like about this hotel?
I like the city view the most that I can see from inside this hotel room. Since we stayed on the 27th floor, we could clearly see the beautiful city view. I also like the bathtub, I mean I like it because there is a bathtub for me to soak while listening to my favorite music. I also like it because it's next to a mall, so I can order whatever I want.
What I don't like about this hotel?
There are actually more things I like than I don't like. For example, the breakfast is not that good in my opinion, although the menu has many, the taste is lacking. Then, the swimming pool is only open until the afternoon, at that time my friends and I wanted to go swimming at night, and it turned out that the swimming pool was closed and very dark. I don't know, why they close the swimming pool at night, but I think it's better to just open it, because visitors sometimes like to swim at night. Last point, the thing that I don't like about this hotel is that it's expensive, Lol.
How much should I spend to stay at a Manhattan hotel?
Actually the original price is very expensive, about more than IDR 2,000,000 or above USD 140.08 per night. But because there was a big sale, so we only had to pay around IDR 700,000 or USD 49.03 per night. It's very cheap for a four star hotel like Manhattan.
Me and my friends had a great day at this hotel. We had a great time after about two months of not getting together. We made lots of tiktok videos and chatted till early morning. This place is really fun. But I don't think it's because of the place, it's because my friends are with me, so it feels really good.

I'm actually not feeling well today. A little dizzy and flu, so since morning I just lay in bed. But suddenly Cruella came with her children one by one. Immediately I ignored the pain in my head and started playing with these kittens. They're so cute. I really feel happy playing with them. I didn't know Cruella had cute kids. As you guys know that he is actually the next door neighbor's cat. I'm glad he brought them over to my house, yes despite having to buy a large stock of cat food, Lol. I haven't named them yet, maybe later after my sister comes home from work we will name them together.

MUTIARA CARITA COTTAGES
When we go on vacation, we usually have trouble sleeping because we are not used to the place. But, the architecture of the place also affects. If the place gives the impression of being comfortable, then those of us who live will also feel comfortable and safe. Likewise, if the decoration of the place does not give a spooky impression or is a bit dirty, then we will not feel comfortable either.
In the middle of last month I went on vacation to Anyer beach area and stayed in a villa called Mutiara Carita Cottage. As the name suggests, the villas in this place look more like cottages. This is my first time visiting this place. But, I feel like I'm familiar with this place. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the villa.
Honestly, the first time I heard the name of the place I thought the decor was really cottage-like. But, when I arrived and went inside it was not as I thought. Inside like most villasIt really feels good to stay there. Even I can sleep well at night. I also really like the decor and architecture. And again, when you open the curtains, you can see the ocean. Even from the bedroom window, you can see the sea view. The air around is also very fresh because there are many trees around the cottages.
The place is also very spacious. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a terrace to sit back and enjoy the sea view in the afternoon. This place is perfect for a family vacation.
I'm so grateful that the department head brought us here. He even paid the rent for the inn . He is the best leader our department has ever seen. I feel very grateful. Even when he is on vacation with his family he still thinks of us members of his department. I really really recommend this place if you want to vacation in the Anyer beach area.
The cost needed to stay there
The rental fee is around IDR 2,800 000 or around 196 USD with breakfast. But if not with breakfast then around IDR 2,600,000 or around 182 USD per night. It's quite expensive, but I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The place is very nice and comfortable.
Too bad I couldn't stay there much longer then. Maybe next time if there is a chance, I want to stay there again. I've already fallen in love with Mutiara Carita Cottages.

GADING FESTIVAL
Last night I went to a food festival called Gading Festival. This place is very cool to hang out with friends. The food and drink is also very wide choice. There is also life music here. Very pleasant!
I went to meet two of my friends, Tina and Dimas. We have been friends since 6 years ago. Actually there are 2 other friends, but because they are already busy with married life so they can't join us.

How was your weekend?
Last weekend my team and I went to Carita Beach, Anyer. We went there because of an invitation from our department head. He and his family planned a vacation to Anyer, and he added to rent another villa for us. I really feel very grateful to have such a caring leader.
Because the villa has been prepared, so we all only need to prepare the cost and food costs while there. There were 6 of us, so for fare and meals we could share to save costs. By the way the villa prepared is also very nice and feels comfortable. Later at another time I will make a review to share with you. This time I just want to share with the beauty of the beach. The name of the beach is Carita Beach which is located in the Anyer area. I've been to Anyer before but the beach is different. This is my first time to this Carita beach. I'm so happy because after so long I can finally go to the beach again. The last time I went to the beach was about 2 years ago, to be precise before the pandemic.
We stayed 2 days there. The first day, because we arrived very late, so we could only enjoy the beach for a while. But I'm grateful I didn't miss the sunset. The second day, we enjoyed coconut water on the beach while listening to live music. It's really fun. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay long because we had to check out at 12 noon. But we are quite satisfied because we can take a lot of photos. Actually we took a lot of good ones, but I can't share them for the sake of protecting the privacy of my friends. I hope you understand!
If you have never been to this beach, I suggest you try going there. I don't know, but I immediately fell in love with this place.

Hello Everyone!
How are you guys?
Lately I feel very bored, because the government prohibits going to tourist places, especially those outside the city. It feels suffocating because you can only see the view of the city with tall buildings around. Plus the vehicle pollution in the capital is getting more and more stifling.
Luckily last week I attended a family gathering at my aunt's house which is in the city next to Jakarta. Precisely is the Cileungsi area, Bogor city.
Near my aunt's house there was a small tourist spot that was quite busy with visitors. The name of the place is Goa Lalay. It is a large cliff with weeds and a small lake below. And there is also a small cave called Lalay cave. Although not a famous tourist spot, but this place is very beautiful. This place is often used for filming and pre-wedding photo shoots. Actually this is my third time here. But on my previous visit, the place is still not as good as it is now. And in the past it was still free to enter, now it is subject to an entrance ticket of 10,000 rupiah per person. This is a pretty cheap price. If calculated to dollars, this is not up to 1 USD. This place is highly recommended, besides the cheap price this place is also not too far from the capital city. For those of you who live in Jakarta and its surroundings, you can try to come there. This can relieve fatigue.

I had such a lovely weekend cause I was attended a family gathering. Once a month I attend a family gathering, we call it Arisan. Every month we move to social gathering places, to strengthen the relationship between us who are wandering in Jakarta and its surroundings. This time it was my aunt's turn, which is located in the city of Bogor. So, I have to go out of town, because I live in Jakarta myself. From where I live to my aunt's house it's almost 2 hours drive by motorbike. I went on a ride with my sister.

Hello Everyone!
How was your day?
I'm so happy that theaters are finally reopening. After months of closure due to government regulations due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Since the beginning of Covid-19 entering Indonesia, cinemas have been closed. Not only cinemas, but also restaurants, entertainment venues and tourist attractions are also open. Actually, in the middle of last year and early this year it was opened but only briefly due to the increase in Covid-19 cases. I hope there won't be an increase in covid cases again. Hopefully things will get better in the future.
Last Thursday I went to the cinema to see Shang-Chi and the legend of ten rings. I really liked the film. From the story and visuals, everything is really cool. I'm happy because it's my first time watching a movie in theaters after months and the film is satisfying. I highly recommend this film to watch.
By the way, I watched this film at Cinema XX1 Gandaria City Mall with my friend, Eko.

Hello Coffee lovers!
How was your day?
For coffee lovers If you can't drink coffee, this is suffering. For example, since I was sentenced to suffer from acute gastritis, I can't drink coffee at all. I've tried drinking a few times, but it always makes my stomach relapse. So I decided not to try drinking it again. But after I found Avocado coffee, I really wanted to try it. I thought it was okay I just tried it once. If later my stomach hurts, I just take the medicine that is always in my bag. After trying to drink Avocado coffe, I'm fine. Because there's only a small amount of coffee in Avocado coffee, so it's safe for my stomach. But of course I can't drink it too often either. But I'm grateful to be able to drink coffee again.
