The Ambitious Empath Show is about one particular topic - so central in our lives, yet often tucked away; EMOTIONS!
Host Bao Yang (that's me) created a safe space where we can talk about our emotions among others, what emotions are, how they fit into your lives, and how you can integrate them so that you can finally become the empowered and thriving empath you want to be...
Each week, (my guest and I) we'll share wisdom and experience to help you understand, take care of, and use your emotions as a powerful tool to have more time and energy to tackle your goals. Let's inspire, support, and grow together as one humankind.
You can connect with me on Instagram @bao.yang.coaching, and visit my website baoyang.coach, to learn more about your emotions.
Being an empath can also be a double-edged sword. Without proper boundaries in place, it can be easy to become overwhelmed by the emotions of others and lose sight of your own needs and feelings.
In this episode, we dive into entrepreneurship with our guest, Jennifer Moore, a former Emotional Hot Mess turned empowerment expert dedicated to supporting highly sensitive intuitive women in releasing empathic overwhelm and harnessing their inner wisdom and power.
Jennifer's decades of experience shine as she discusses her mission to empower women through her books, including "Empathic Mastery," and her deep insights into embracing sensitivity while succeeding in entrepreneurship.

Do you fear death? Does it make you feel uncomfortable?
Death is a topic that most (if not all) people don't want to talk about, but for Nicole Kerr, it's a conversation that needs to be normalized because she believes that there's beauty beyond death.
In this episode, we have a thought-provoking conversation with Nicole Kerr, the author of "You Are Deathless," about her unique perspective on life and death. Nicole shares her near-death experience and the profound messages that she received during the time. She also discusses the topic of people's fear of death, the impact of generational trauma, and the practice of cleansing and setting boundaries to protect herself.

At the age of 19, Nicole is forced to learn how to live and love differently following a terrifying and transformative near-death experience. Her memory of the accident came back 20 years later, and it has taken Nicole almost another two decades to align her soul, spirit, mind, and body, proving healing is certainly a non-linear process.

Hey there! Welcome to the Ambitious Empath Show. Today, I want to get personal and share my journey with you. So grab a cup of tea, get comfy, and let's dive in!
When I started as an emotional coach for ambitious empaths, I thought I had it all figured out. But life had other plans. I discovered a deep passion for copywriting and connecting through words. It was like finding the missing piece of a puzzle I didn't even know was incomplete.
Making the decision to shift my business direction wasn't easy. It meant leaving the familiar and stepping into the unknown. Doubts crept in, but I knew I had to honor my intuition and follow this new path.
Here's what I've learned: entrepreneurship is a journey of self-discovery. It's about listening to your inner voice and embracing change, even when it's scary. Trust the process and believe in your unique path.
So, ambitious empaths, take your time. Rest, reflect, and listen to your heart. Your journey is yours alone, and it's okay to change direction. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace as you navigate this entrepreneurial adventure.
In this episode, I'll share my insights and experiences, exploring the power of intuition and authenticity. Let's embrace this journey together, step by step, and create a life and career that truly lights us up.

Welcome to the very first episode fo the ambitious empath show! My name is Bao Yang and I am an emotion coach for busy and ambitious empaths/HSP.
I chose to start the podcast with some definitions. This episode is all about defining: what an empath, an introvert and and HSP (highly sensitive person), and to discuss the relevance and importance of knowing those definitions.
It is important to me to start with this topic because I find a lot of people confusing the three. I am also guilty of this. I used to think that I was an introvert myself before realizing that I am actually an HSP and an empath.
So if you want to know more, listen to that episode!
What to expect in this episode?
