Today I talk with Peggy Greenfeld. I reached out to Peggy after coming across her IG page. I was particularly impressed and touched seeing her Instagram page where in a space where many come to escape their life and marriage Peggy, through anonymous questions, shares valuable ideas about how a healthy sex life can bring you closer to your partner.

We discuss the beautiful opportunity in building trust and healthy communication where both partners can feel close, safe and satisfied with their spouses in ways they “used to” only fantasize.

With good intimacy, and the communication it takes to achieve that, couples can go from a hopeless and joyless relationship to spicing up what they thought they can never have.

Peggy is a certified relationship and intimacy coach. Trained in Somatica Therapy Coaching and she has a unique Instagram page where she posts about sex, intimacy, & relationships via anonymous Q&A.

Peggy is well familiar with the standards of the ultra orthodox community and with creativity she helps couples and individuals shed the shame they might carry around sex and intimacy and reach a deeper and more trusting and intimate relationship with their partner.
