So, I hit one of the side-effects of getting on this type of diet. Fatigue and “Keto Flu”.  Not feeling horrible or anything but my energy level physically is quite a bit down from normal.  Mental energy seems great. No fog 🙂

Blood sugar is still in the good zone, but not quite as good as before. Still in the green and very steady.

Take a listen to the update. Catch me next time!

T-minus 12 hours or so before I go full carnivore.

Just got a new CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) and it tells me my average has been around the 200 mark.  Normal is 70-100 or so. I have “work” to do.
