In this episode we meet Ellie, who works as a Consultant in Palliative Care at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and she's also worked with Hospice UK in producing a report on transgender people's experiences of end of life care. Ellie is herself transgender and a member of the LGBT+ staff network at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and goes by the pronouns She/Her
