Today at Aunties Table, my friend Gillan and I have a conversation about our skin. It‘s a subject regularly discussed by both men and women especially as we get older we don’t always understand what’s happening with our skin. It is a topic I get asked often to discuss on Auntie’s table so listen in as we cover pigmentation and other issues.
Today I have the most delightful treat for you. Whilst in Dominica recently, I had the honour and privilege to have a conversation with my dear friend Lennox Honeychurch.
Lennox is a renown Caribbean historian particularly on the history of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Some of Dominica’s history is truly sad as history sometimes is, but there are also lots of laughter along the way.
I hope you will enjoy every moment of this amazing conversation which serves as a testimony to how resilient my ancestors were,
and I can truly say that I am thankful and grateful to walk on the same soil as them.
