In this episode, I talk about how practising self-care when you're feeling low (me last week!) can help you out of that negative frame of mind.

For me, there are two things that holds true when I feel down or overwhelmed: taking a short break away from my desk and speaking to a friend. But what about you? What do you do when you feel overwhelmed or negative?

You can post your ideas in the comments under this podcast on the website or below.

In this podcast, I interview Kristina Lucia.

The brand features a magical array of warm, cuddly and comforting creatures, along with storybooks that help parents and kids improve their communication and deepen their relationships.

In this interview, we talk about how her life changed after an injury that helped her embrace her creativity, what it takes to follow your dreams and be an entrepreneur, the importance of communication and her forthcoming range or storybooks, the first of which will be released the spring of 2023.

In this episode, I look at how you can keep your dreams up-to-date by auditing and decluttering them.

There are 3 categories of dreams that you need to look out for: those that you inherited (like Mum and Dad's dreams for you), those from your childhood (you know the ones!) and those dreams that you almost reached and are still holding onto.

So get out that list of dreams, audit it, take those out-of-fate dreams out and replenish it with brand new ones, ones that fit you to T!

A transcript of the podcast is available on the website.
