What do you need healing FROM, and what are you seeking healing TO. Everyone needs healing from something; physical, emotional, social, or spiritual burdens. All healing is from GOD. Each week, we will explore the right way to heal FROM wrong attitude TO the right attitude. A corrupt or bad soil cannot yield good fruit/food. This is the very bases for many disciplines advocating for more organic produce. When there is a disturbance in the bodies state of ease or comfort, don’t we end with dis-ease. Science teaches that all organ systems, including the skin function to maintain homeostasis. Imbalance leads to disorder which results in disease. The word dis-ease was first used to literally refer to lack of ease or comfort. The prefix ‘dis’ simply references the state of lack or disequilibrium. Thus, the simplest definition of healing is the process of putting at ease. Whether you are see a medical doctor, a psychiatrist, a spiritual healer or not, everyone needs healing. In our previous conversation on the disease of Deception, we understood that no one is except from deception. However, we all have a responsibility in ensuring we are not deceived. So why are so many deceived today, knowing that the power to stop this ultimately is with us. Could some of the reasons many of us don't deal with deception right away be because we haven't realized the urgency of this or the cancer deception is to the body of Christ and our society as a whole?

Challenges are an important part of life. Among other things, they help build character, resilience and in most instances, humility and empathy towards others. But how do you know if a challenge is meant to prepare you for what is ahead or to try to stop you from going ahead.
This week, we explore this concept as we take another look at the principles of open doors.

It has been said that God is not looking for qualified vessels, but rather yielded or surrendered vessels. Afterall, God qualifies those He find. However, what are the tools available for the building of the person found by God? This week, we attempt to explore some of the systems put in place to help us become the people that God has found us to become.

Everyone is looking for something. But what is it about humanity that makes even the omnipotent creator of the universe (God) seek for us. In this series, we explore some of the qualities that makes us worthy vessels and what we must do or be in other to become the women and men after God's own heart.
What picture comes to your mind when you hear the word, humility? True humility comes at a cost and only the diligent are able to walk that path.
This week, we finish our conversation on our quest to find the pathway to humility.
Many profess to be humble but are unable to really provide evidence of a humble life upon demand. True humility comes at a cost and only the diligent are able to walk that path.
This week, seek knowledge to help us identify this path.

Many have started fires that have burned the very bridge that was intended to lead them in success in life. If we understand that relationships matter in life, then we need to pay attention to everything we do. This is not a call to compromise on our integrity, but rather, being aware that a healthy relationship with God and with people leads to our ultimate assignment: Love God and Love our neighbor.

Who or what frustrates you the most in life? And have you ever wondered if a solution was possible?
I have heard many say that they deal with frustrations by ignoring them. This certainly sounds like a safe option, often until you realize that your frustrations are not truly stemming from that one situation or person you just lashed out at. Tune in as we all journey with grace for some healing.

"The unexamined life is not worth living" is a famous dictum attributed to Socrates. If this statement is true, then, it will explain why many of us are dis-eased. However, how do we really examine our lives?
This week, Dr. Joel Panthappattu joins us to discuss the facts of this statement. He helps us get on the path to healing by showing us how we can truthfully examine ourselves, without prejudice or condemnation.

Reading any work of literature that has been poorly written or not edited is very difficult. From the lack of meaning to even misappropriating the intent of the author, there is no escaping the value of editing. This is because, the true intent of the author becomes masked by the perceived incompetence or lack of commitment.
What pains, hurts, struggles and even disappointments we suffer due to our lack of editing our lives from the Lense of our Maker. We finish our conversation by examining some tools that can help us edit life.

Welcome to Season 4
We are bound to fail, if the purpose of our endeavors in life is only to satisfy our selfish needs. As such, attaining financial freedom was never designed to be lifetime pursuit. For our final discussion for season 3, we look at how we can attain wealth, and most importantly, some of the reasons why wealth comes to us.
Money has a vital role in the fulfillment of any destiny, especially, the great once. Nevertheless, many approach the subject of money (acquiring/possessing) with unseriousness, without passion and without strategy. This is most prevalent among those of us in the Christian faith. No wonder, the wealth of our Heavenly Father seems seem to be expressed by only few.
One preacher said, "no matter how much you have, if you are not praying for God to increase you so that you can bless more people, you are getting something fundamentally wrong." Afterall, there is so much need all around us.
There is a cost for every investment in life. Thus, return on investment is the ultimate desire of every investor. Dr. Bright Adjei started us on this journey by revealing that selfishness rather than selflessness is one of the key drivers of unfruitfulness. This week as we turn our attention to finding ways for healing from this deadly disease of unfruitfulness.
There is a cost for every investment in life. Thus, return on investment is the ultimate desire of every investor. When we refuse to produce substantial results, there are consequences.
Join us this week as we journey to finding ways of avoiding this deadly disease of unfruitfulness.

Everything we need to be wealthy already exist in some form or reality as materials or resource of people. We established last week that wealth dwells where God's kingdom is being manifested through mankind. Thus, what are the channels of wealth and how do we recognize them? Join us this week as we continue to explore the Dynamics of Wealth.
Everything we need to be wealthy already exist in some form or reality as materials or resource of people. Wealth dwells in God's kingdom. And we walk in this wealth by living out or manifesting God's kingdom on earth through our lives. Join us this week as we continue to explore the Dynamics of Wealth.
What is your reason for desiring wealth? The one who desires wealth must realize that all forms of wealth have the ability to change the one who possess it. As such, pay the price to build character, discipline, patience, love for others, and seal every other leakage that exists in your life. Because, the wealth you seek, will likely amplify your flaws when it arrives.
As progressive individuals and communities, we have managed to turn a lot of our pursuits in life to infinite endeavors. However, there are very few things in life whose pursuit should and will not end, the chief of which is our pursuit of the knowledge of God. So, how do we obtain rest from our many toils and labors? Through the prophet Jeremiah, God proposes a remedy; "This is what the LORD says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it"" (Jeremiah 6:16).
What a stunning response to the avenue of mercy. And what will your answer be today?

It has been said, that identifying your problem and its source is just half the battle. So where do we go from here? We all carry scares of prior wounds and some of us are still dealing with the vacuum of brokenness. This week, we conclude this life-changing conversation with Rev. Samuel Adom Nhyira returns to share with us on this life changing topic. Let's dive in.
Many do suffer or sustain wounds from the very people they care most about. This is path of our journey in life, and in most cases, such wounds are healed by time. However, what do we do when time is not sufficient to heal such wounds?
This week, Rev. Adom Nhyira returns to share with us on this life changing topic. Let's dive in.
In our quest for healing, there are times where the healing we need is met by meeting the needs of others. This week, we get the opportunity to hear about a foundation that help meet these needs. We sit down with Dr. Kofi Bawuah as introduces us to REACH FOUNDATION.

No one truly arrives in life. Nonetheless, wisdom does lead to the place of predictability. Through wisdom, we can program our future and walk with the confidence of people who do not fear the unknown. Love wisdom, and she will love you. Seek her, and she will give you what money cannot buy.
Wisdom indeed is the principal thing. To all those who find her path, she will lead them to the wealthy place that many desire to go. Join us this week at we explore the origins of this spirit called wisdom.
What a glorious invitation we have at our disposal. The God of all grace, petitions all humanity to come to the table to dine with wisdom.
"Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars; She has slaughtered her meat, She has mixed her wine, She has also [a]furnished her table. She has sent out her maidens, She cries out from the highest places of the city,“Whoever is simple, let him turn in here! "As for him who lacks understanding, she says to him,“Come, eat of my bread And drink of the wine I have mixed.Forsake foolishness and live, And go in the way of understanding." Proverbs 9:1-6 NKJV
The world may often seem dark and lonely especially when we consider the perceived lack of help in many areas. Indeed, meeting and having help from genuinely good people often seems like an impossible task. Thus, some just take any help that they can get.
But there is good news; good men (people) still exist. They may not be many, but they certainly are around.
Let's pick up where we left off.

But there is good news; good men (people) still exist. They may not be many, but they certainly are around.
This week, we consider some of the traits that we find in men that should make us weary, if we intend to have true help.
When it is all said and done, the nature you feed is what lives in you. There is a transformation that mankind must undergo, and until; this takes place, we will continue to be condemned, hateful, slaves and people who are out of control. This week, we conclude out conversation by considering, how and why it is important to check our appetite.
Since no one can be alive to what they don't have an appetite for, what are you feeding? The knowledge of God as revealed to mankind stimulates within us certain appetites. This presupposes that God desires for mankind to know Him. This week, we dive into the appetites that sponsors the nature of God in us, thus leading us to the place where we can truly be alive.
WE ARE WHAT WE FEED. Because no one can be alive to something they don't have an appetite for. This week, we offer you healing by unveiling to you the means through which you can die to unwholesome nature.
Now that we have established the fact that everybody is going somewhere: whether knowingly or unknowingly, how are we able to engage profitably in with this process. Every decision or choice we make, is fueled by what we are driven to become. So, if you do not know what you are becoming, then you are being driven by someone else's choices.
Now that we have established the fact that everybody is going somewhere: whether knowingly or unknowingly, how are we able to engage profitably in with this process. This week, we begin to explore some of the ways great men and women become. And the responsibilities upon our shoulders as we embark on this journey.
The average person makes thousands to millions of choices each: from choosing to respond to our alarm clocks, to choosing to go to work, what to were, when to get there, what means of transportation, etc. Any completed day in our lives is a snapshot of the journey we are taking from our entrance into this work (by birth) until our departure (death). This journey is the process of becoming. Therefore, it is imperative that we choose what we want to become in each day, or we will fall victim to other people's choices.
This week, we explore some of the many factors that influences our need to become.
Join us next week as we explore in conclusion, how we become.

Fear in all its expressions will not yield good success. Have you settled for an 'okay-life' because your fear of failure has crippled your ability to strive for the best?

And if we would find where to look, we will soon find that the solutions we have been yearning for, have been before us, all the time.
Today, we attempt to apply this process of simple fixes to one of the biggest challenges we face today in the area of mental health.
The reward system of our world is predicated on the value we bring. In a time where many are getting frustrated and wearied because of the many challenges they see, I submit to you that it is also a great time for us to improve ourselves and become people of great value.
Simply put, the value of what we do, the need for what we do and the difficulty in replacing us is what assures that we will be rewarded accordingly. Thus, we must do everything we can to not just sit in the midst of the great (only to become a servant), but rather, obtain grace to make us valuable in the midst of "kings." Afterall, they are the once with the ability to truly reward us.
Without the proper motivation, the best of positions soon became the reasons for pain and harm to humanity. Many have been given opportunities that they have later used as a weapon to against the very people who helped them climb into those seats. This has led many to wonder about what causes people to change once they ascend to places of power and influence.
However, the most pressing question is, does power truly corrupt as we have been made to accept or power just reveals the true motivations of its possessor?
In our quest for power and greatness, we must never forget to take frequent pauses to check the real motivations behind our pursuit. Otherwise, we will get to the peak of the mountain of greatness, only to find that we have lost the drive for service which first set us on the journey.

"Had I known, is always at last," is a Ghanaian proverb that has echoed through the centuries in every home, school, community gathering and even churches. Why go through the pain of certain experiences when we have the advantage of standing on the shoulders of those who have already paid the price with dignity and honor.
Life is finite and can be planned. Some think that planning once life is not biblical and takes away the element of surprise or spontaneity in life. But let's not deceive ourselves, Proverbs 6:6 that, "Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise." Please don't let retirement or the end of your life meet you unprepared. Obtain grace from God at every stage to prepare to embrace retirement with Joy and enthusiasm.
"Teach us to Number our Days so we may become wise."
Every vacuum created by the absence of any individual will eventually be healed by time. As such, let's not make the mistake of allowing the success that we have attained push us into pride. As long as we continue to engage the principles of life, success will surely come. But friends, longevity is not a byproduct of success, but rather the effects of the systems and structures that maintain our relevance.
This week, we begin to wind down our series on Number Your days as be consider the evening phase of life i.e. 40 - 60 years
Though events in life may sometimes appear to be random and without effort, there is nothing random about great levels of success. One truth about life is that even the simple looks intelligent when their ways are planned.
Every inventor or creator who desires for their product to succeed and last, puts within the invention some abilities to repair itself. We call these safety features. As we continuing exploring the various stages of life, today we introduce in some safety features that will help you redeem lost time.
Though events in life may sometimes appear to be random and without effort, there is nothing random about great levels of success. One truth about life is that even the simple looks intelligent when their ways are planned. It is on this premise that we are starting our next series of conversations dubbed: Number you days. What stage of life are you in and where do you envision your current trajectory to land you. Don't waste time waiting for a handout or chance that may/may not come. Start doing life with intention today.
Let's dive in
Indeed, advantages are tools available to make our lives easy. Whether you are born with it, stumbled upon by chance or learned it, life is just too frustrating without them. So how can we make our advantages work not just for us but also those around us?
Many miss out on developing their advantages in life by having a tunnel vision of the outcome and ignoring the value they can build through the process. We finish our conversation today by helping you identify other areas or advantages and also how to handle disadvantages.
What gives you advantage in life and what are you doing with it. The life of the most gifted and be filled with great frustrations until that person harnesses and develops their advantage (s). But how do we going about this? this week, we sit down with Dr. Joel Panthapattu MD, as we draw out and furnish our destinies with this life changing truth.
What would you give to obtain the solution to age-long cycles of frustrations, sorry, headaches and heartaches in your life? Whereas there is no magic pill for all diseases, we introduce to you today one powerful, multipurpose pill to have in your pillbox. And that is Loyalty to truth in God, but not race, creed, profession or even self.
One of the greatest strategies of the enemy has been to create division by instilling a false sense of superiority into us. Whether consciously or subconsciously, many have pledged undying loyalty to their race, creed, profession, and many more based on this false sense of superiority. This unfortunately has led to many diseases in our communities, homes and even churches.
Take A stance for the Lord and submit your loyalty to the One who can bring you into your best life. Let's finish up
One of the greatest strategies of the enemy has been to create division by instilling a false sense of superiority into us. Whether consciously or subconsciously, many have pledged undying loyalty to their race, creed, profession, and many more based on this false sense of superiority. This unfortunately has led to many diseases in our communities, homes and even churches. Many in the faith have become like what was described in 2 Kings 17:41, "Even while these people were worshiping the Lord, they were serving their idols. To this day their children and grandchildren continue to do as their ancestors did."
As we begin this year of great promise, it's important that we take A stance for the Lord and submit our loyalty to the One who can bring us into our best life. Let's dive in.
This is our season of great Grace. And in this season, the zeal of The Lord will do and fulfill many of our hearts desire and bring us to a place of greater healing. So, climb onboard with us as we dive into The River of the Spirit and swim where His current takes us on Hour of Healing in season 3.

Unfortunately, many set out on this journey of destiny fulfillment without counting the cost and eventually fall prey to the beguiled nature of power. Could it be that you are overwhelmed by the pursue of greatness because you are looking at it all wrongly?
This week, we finish our conversation on The Cost of Greatness with Rt. Rev. Prof. E. Y Lartey keeping these same two concepts in mind:

Unfortunately, many set out on this journey of destiny fulfillment without counting the cost. No wonder many start in life, but not most finish. If you find yourself on the journey of pursuing greatness but are becoming overwhelmed or confused, there is hope and good news:

The various stories of the many overcomers around us today, gives us the assurance that we can win this fight. Encouragement may seem like a simple gesture but has the ability to empower, uplift, and transform people and communities. It is a powerful force in shaping behavior, fostering resilience, and driving personal growth. Make no mistake about it, encouragement is more than just positivity. But how does one get encouragement and from what source?
This week, we take a deeper look at this lost virtue and why is it important to dig out of its wells if we are to truly heal our generation.

What virtues influence your life and how carefully are you guarding those principle?
Without evidence or results, there is no true witnessing. Let's graduate from this idea of professing Christianity without fruit of the resurrected Christ. Truly, the one thing that separates Christianity from all forms of religion is the joy and privilege of doing life with a Living Jesus and not some dead leader or founder.
This is a humble call to defend what we profess by validating our mandate with results. The internet age (social media world) is looking for results. And if believers don't rise to the point of yielding authentic and superior results, people will continue to make idols of people with temporal results, which are inferior and doesn't give life.

Regardless of creed, sect or religion, everyone strives to know, and hope do the one thing they are on earth to do. Yes, purpose is discoverable but that is not the end of your life's journey but rather the beginning. There are virtues that life will teach you if you are to discover and maximize your purpose.
This week, we break the seal on this four-part conversation by first addressing what purpose is to the person with faith. In the final 2 sections, we will turn our attention to how a nonbeliever discovers their purpose and some of the things that can influence their impact on community.
Remember, "without purpose, abuse is inevitable." - The late great Dr. Myles Monroe

We all go through various levels of defeat as we journey through life. Nobody is immune to this. No matter where or how you start life, whether on the mountaintop or the valleys, you will have your fair share of death. It appears to me that defeat is a life teacher whose class cannot be skipped, especially by those who desire to have success in life.
In short, defeat precede success. Therefore, defeat only comes where success is a possibility. This week, we consider some ways to handle defeat. Afterall, a dead lion is not better than a live dog (Ecclesiastes 9:4).

In an era where individualism is hailed and celebrated at all levels, where there is a big push at all levels of society towards individual independence, do we still value community? In theory, many will agree that doing life alone is difficult, however, how many actually believe this in our day-to-day relations. It is good to realize that life is too difficult to do alone, but it's better to actually know who you are doing life with.
Your vision will draw people, however not everyone called to you, comes to support our vision. Not understanding why people are called to you can lead to error that can be detrimental to both you and your vision.

We all want to rise in life. Even the person who finds him or herself at the corridors of hopelessness has been driven there by their relation to this idea of increase or rising. But the question really is, why do we want to rise? Rising is good, but have you ever contemplated why it is so vital to our existence. So much so that some take their own life if they don't rise.

It's not only the weak that needs to be checked on, but also the strong. Don't make the mistake of neglecting the needy around you. Nonetheless, be careful not to dwell in the illusion that the existence of material things satisfies all needs.

Like many received things, every truth we receive creates a reality in and for us. But what are they and who is responsible for this reality? Lets finish our conversation on the theme, What's Your Truth.
Holding truth for the sake of verifying its context and maturity on the part of the recipient is not the same as holding truth because you think "you are protecting the recipient." Everyone deserves to know the truth and if you deprive a person of this reality, you have lied.
True healing is neither free nor cheap. coupled with these is the fact that, we don't get to choose how much or what type of payment we will pay. So, the only questions left to ask is this; how much is your healing worth to you?

When the father punts his responsibility to raise/train his daughter for the task of the future to her future husband, the daughter is set up to fail. As parents, we owe it to the future of our children and society, to look within ourselves and the foundations we have given our children in this rapidly changing world.
Because it's a more dangerous time to be young than to be and adult. So, let's wakeup to address our deficiencies, so that we can build in our children the foundation they need to triumph over the pressures of this life.

1Wisdom has built her house; she has set up its seven pillars.
2She has prepared her meat and mixed her wine; she has also set her table.
3She has sent out her servants, and she calls from the highest point of the city,
4“Let all who are simple come to my house!” To those who have no sense she says,
5“Come, eat my food and drink the wine I have mixed.
6Leave your simple ways and you will live; walk in the way of insight.”

The realm of the unseen is far more superior and robust than the seen. This is a proven fact of life. We witness this reality day in and out through the various advancements in technology. But this doesn't end there, this concept is also true and very applicable in our ability to obtain results of significant value in life. The people who have invented things that serve as solutions to today's challenges did so by first believing in the possibility of what was not seen. In fact, many did not live to see the impact of the various foundations they laid.
Dare to believe based on the evidences around you, and you will soon realize that your believing is a much better measure of reality and results than your seeing could ever be.

Your mountain in life is wherever your faith stops, and your unbelief begins. Whatever life challenges or obstacles that limits your belief in God is a mountain that you must overcome. John Muir once said, “the mountains are calling, and I must go.” On the other side of our unbelief might be the healing, childbirth, career opportunity, financial freedom, and even salvation that we desperately need.
We continue our conversation this week by considering the problem of mountains and how we can overcome unbelief.

Knowing and evaluating sources is a fundamental concept that contribute to many obtaining/accessing and manifesting various realities in life. I truly believe that unassisted in life, men and women cannot reach their full potential. In other words, we are extremely limited in matters of destiny and impacted if unassisted.
In part 1 we considered the importance of gathering or obtaining information by applying various modalities such as the scientific methods. This week, we conclude our conversation by considering the implications of not thoroughly evaluating various sources.
Knowing and evaluating sources is a fundamental concept that contribute to many obtaining/accessing and manifesting various realities in life. I truly believe that unassisted in life, men and women cannot reach their full potential. In other words, we are extremely limited in matters of destiny and impacted if unassisted.
But before we can even consider how we can evaluate sources, we must first have an idea what actually a source is and what they represent to us. This process starts with gathering information so lets start by looking at obtaining information.
It is easy to say we need both anointing and character in life. However, the record of many anointed men and women, contradicts the thought of this being an easy-feet.
There have been so many inconsistencies about spirituality in many professed Christians of our day. On one hand, you meet those who claim they are spiritual but there is no evidence of their devotion to Christ. And on the other hand, there are those whose spirituality seem to be based on their eloquence with bible quotations and praying, and translation of Hebrew and Greek words, etc.
D.L. Moody ones said, " A man out to live so that everybody knows he is a Christian, and most of all, his family ought to know." I believe is this one of the bedrocks of our Christian journey and neglect of this principle has led to some of the many inconsistencies we see with Christians of today.
Character is the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual, while Anointing is said to be the impartation of God’s ability into our lives to do His work. When one of these is pursued at the expense of the other, there is a false-balance, which bible says, "it's an abomination to God."
Today, we dive into this topic with my mentor and spiritual father, The Very Rev. Samuel Osam-Duodu in an attempt to shed some light on this reality of our daily life.

One of the most painful situations in life is the realization of wasted time and years. This is one of the reasons why we mostly desire to maintain positive relationships in lives. Afterall, who doesn't like keeping good things or people around. So, why does good relationships fail despite no gross offense or wrongdoing? last week, we first considered our personal responsibility in obtaining relationship and begun to look at how we can manage such relationships.

Many have been said about handling failure, but have you actually taken time to ponder how you will handle your success? Some spend years to obtain success, however, they become victims of their own success. This week, we turn our attention to these mysteries. Therefore, it's imperative that we choose the right kind of people to associate with. Wrong relationship will undo years of hard work and put us in stagnation.
However, in other to build and maintain healthy relationships for success, we must first build a foundational relationship with ourselves. We conclude our first series of conversations on relationships by looking at ways to evaluate relationships and why the type of good relationships matters. In the coming weeks we will turn our attention to some key concepts on maintaining success relationships.
Don't miss out and share with your loved ones, they will be blessed.

There is no argument that opportunities are key ingredients in obtaining success. In-fact, I believe success is attained when preparation meets opportunity. As such, with every endeavor of humankind, opportunity will arise. The real question is, will you be prepared when your opportunity come?
Unfortunately, many miss the best opportunities of life because they have not prepared. Therefore, don't waste your current season or stage in life because of lack of opportunities. Use the time to continue to prepare. Because rain only matters to those who have seed in the ground. And the presence of a king is no place for rehearsal.
This week on Hour of Healing, we discuss some of the key things you need to consider when that presumed opportunity arises. Because not everything that glitters is gold. Some have entered places in hopes of gaining an advantage but realized they have just imprisoned themselves.

Those who climb the ladder of success in life will always have someone to push them up. Many make the mistake of either assuming that unsuccessful people are not "lucky" or the world is devoid of helpers. However, I humbly submit to you that though this might be true in some cases, it is the exception rather than the norm.
Help is always available, because that is how God in His wisdom created the world. In part 2 of our conversation, we take a deeper look at how helpers bring us healing and some of the things we do to prevent help. You will be blessed.

A corrupt or bad soil cannot yield good fruit/food. This is the very bases for many disciplines advocating for more organic produce. Science teaches that all organ systems function to maintain homeostasis. This is because, imbalance leads to disorder which results in disease. The word dis-ease was first used to literally refer to lack of ease or comfort. The prefix ‘dis’ simply references the state of lack or disequilibrium. Thus, the simplest definition of healing is the process of putting at ease.

A Sure Thing:

Life is full of compromises. From the moment your alarm clock goes off till you lay down to sleep, decisions or choices are made based on what you are willing to live with and without. As such there is great value in understanding this important principle of human relationships. However, you must realize that every compromise impacts a promise in your life. For instance, pursuing the promise of a better future motivates such to rise up to attend to our daily duties, such as, getting the children ready for school, getting to work on time, taking care of our bodies, etc. Without this promise, one can argue that there is no value in waking up early to attend to these stressors.
Therefore, before you make another decision concerning your choice of friends, sending another text message or phone-call, forging a relationship or even performing acts that will be deemed as "good deed," please take time to assess the inherent risk and the particular promise you are letting go.
In today's conversation, we turn our attention with Min. Denzel Agyemang-Prempeh to the practical matters of compromise. Friends, many have been wounded because what started out as a benign relationship or friendship, has become the very thing that has led or is leading to their destruction. "If you give up your integrity for men/women, you automatically lower the bargaining price for your soul."

A conversation on God's providence
I recently read an article in which the scientist argues that free will is a myth. The writer from their research proposes that every action is mechanically engineered by neurons, hormones environment, training etc. Now I am no neuroscientist or any genius, but may I humbly suggest that without free will, such subatomic reactions are not even possible. The further and deeper we reach, as humans, in our attempt to explain our origins outside of God as creator, the more of God’s benevolent nature is revealed. See, free will is not just crucial to man’s identity, it is in-fact reflective of our very origins.
This week, we are honored to have The Rt. Rev. Professor Emmanuel Y. Lartey on our show for a chat on the topic: Not so Lucky, a conversation on God’s Providence. And let me say, if our maker wanted to make a robotic being without choice, He would have made a perfect machine without error.

We have all given and received gifts in life. I love gifts, especially the surprising once. However, today we look at the concept of giving beyond sharing out of our surplus but rather in surrender to a higher calling. Have you ever wondered what the true purpose for your life? You know, there are no accidental Lifes. Yes, even unplanned pregnancies, don't produce accidental babies. We were in the plan of God before the very foundation of the world was laid and have all be woven with talents that makes us answers to someone's life questions. The true essence of gifting is in obedience not out of our abundance.
Yes! there is no greater gift than to surrender once will and to obey. So, what is your mission field and are you seeing the great joy that comes with saying yes? Remember the one you obey, have a responsibility to you. So, answer the call and realize that God is able to keep that which is committed to Him better than we ever could.
Let's dive in...

In a changing world with growing equality in career, finances, responsibility and status, many have questioned the necessity of marriage. Once read a physician ask if "marriage is necessary given the presumed financial risk to a person with high income." Truth is, marriage is not for everyone, as such, I personally oppose the idea of people being compelled to get married. However, for the one who has the desire for such, it must be understood that what you probably see and hear on TV and most of your social media platforms don't come even close to the reality of marriage.
This week we pick up the conclusion segment of our conversation on the necessity of marriage with Drs. Christine Tolu-Ajayi MD and Norma Ogbonna MD.

have you ever felt so empty to the point of despair? Well, if you have, then brace yourself. Because as the saying goes, a man is not considered a warrior by the many tales of wars he can tell, but rather the number of battles he has fought and won. In other words, the lessons of life do not always come through the knowledge we acquire from others experiences. there are lessons that we can only learn by being broken.
This week, we look at brokenness from its truest definition and consider how this process is not only something that we don't have to dislike, but rather see brokenness as a virtue to be pursued. Strap up because it is going to be a wild ride.
Criticism is the analysis, judgment or expression of disapproval of someone, or something based on perceived mistakes or wrong. It is important to realize that these judgments are predicated on a person's knowledge or foundation of what is right. Therefore, in other to evaluate criticism one must not only have an idea of the intention of the person criticizing, but also their foundation of truth or what is right in the situation.
Nonetheless, handling criticism can be challenging, but it's an important skill for personal and professional growth. Not all feedback is aimed at helping the listener, some are motivated by ulterior motives. Handling criticism is a skill that can be developed over time with practice and self-awareness.

Glad you here for the conclusion of our conversation on Make it Count. Let's pick up from where we left off on how times and seasons impart our success.
Many say they are motivated by success, however, they many find it difficult to stay in season. It is my desire that our conversation helps you not only realize your current season, but also help you identify the enemies that pose grave threats to your success.
When preparation meets opportunity, success is birth. As such, success does not happen just happen. Life is designed in such a way that opportunities like time is set to come everyone's way. However, without understanding the times and seasons of life, we may walk right by the opportunities we have been praying for. Worse is the danger of getting these opportunities but not being ready to handle the platform.
Many state they are motivated by success, however, many find it difficult to stay in season. It is my desire that our conversation helps your not only realize your current season, but also help you identify the enemies that pose grave threats to your success.

I would like to believe we all ideally hope for fruitful outcomes whenever we make choices. Now, one of the choices we must make daily is the choice about what we believe or see life as. You can choose to live with the understanding that your life is either a series of random happenings without rhyme or reason (i.e. you live by self-efforts and luck) or with the understanding that your life is a series of events that are orchestrated to get you to your God-given destination or purpose. In lite of this, we will try to explore success and understand what success entails. Success is defined as the outcome of an undertaking. It is important to note that this outcome can be either good or bad. It can also be viewed as the accomplishment of one's aim or purpose. So, if that's the case, then forgive my simplicity but may I suggest to you that success as far as humanity is concerned it's a necessity or requirement not luxury.
In part 2 of our discussion on patience, we dive into not just how to build or cultivate the all-important virtue of patience, but we also explore some of the dire consequences/cost of losing patience.
Again, where are you going?
Every journey known to mankind has stages. However, it might interest you to know that passing through these various stages is not always an indication of mastery. May I humbly suggest that one major reason we tend not to master various stages in life is because we lack the patience during our reparatory stage.
Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay or trouble or suffering without frustration or getting upset. Although patience involves waiting, the reverse is not necessarily true. The fact that you are waiting for your opportune moment does not mean you are patient. In fact, many go through life missing the virtue, patience. However, no matter what stage you are in this journey, the good news is, nobody was born with patience. Let’s dive in as we unpack some key aspects of this truth and seek through the grace of God the knowledge that can help us to walk as wise.
Where are you going: A conversation on patience
Every journey known to mankind has stages. However, it might interest you to know that passing through these various stages is not always an indication of mastery. We all know people who have great success in an area of life but are very deficient in others.
May I humbly suggest that one major reason for this conundrum has to do with our lack of patience. Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay or trouble or suffering without frustration or getting upset. Although patience involves waiting, the reverse is not necessarily true. Many go through life missing this key virtue. However, no matter what stage you are in this journey, the good news is, nobody is born with patience.
Let’s dive in as we unpack some key aspects of this truth and seek through the grace of God the knowledge that can help us to walk as wise.
As we continue our series of conversations on marriage, we turn our attention to the beginning of this whole journey: the process of choosing a life partner. Most often, we send so much time trying to find the right person that we neglect all important component of learning to love themselves. Truth is, if you don't love spending time by/with yourself, why would you expect someone else to love spending time with you.God will always lead us by sometimes putting specific desires in our heart, but the ownness is on us to obey, IF we will seek God's face even as we continue to search for our life partner, He (God) will certainly help us. May I remind you, that the one you obey, has a responsibility to you. This week, Dr. Ron Woodard joins us again as we explore this life-changing topic.
Everyone talks about eating more natural/organic foods. But is our society really set up to help consumers take this path? With increased demand and somewhat limited supply of popularly consumed products, it is no surprise that eating healthy is becoming more and more expensive. As a general rule, the sweater the food, the more processed it seems to be.
No matter what your budget is, you can start making choices that will help keep you healthy. Simple choices such as cooking most of you own meals do not only ensure you eating healthy, but research also shows that you save more money. What we put in our bodies matter. When you consider the totality of our lives, what we put in and/or on our body matters from a physical, emotional, social, and even spiritual view point.
Duan Guval joins us today as we take a look at what we put in our body and how that impacts us. Be blessed.
The redemptive work of Christ Jesus has at it's center the cross. The cross to the Christian, symbolizes both the surrender that leads to salvation and the resurrection that gives victory over sin and death. One can look at it this way; the vertical bar represents humanities relation with God in heaven and the horizontal piece representing, relations with each other. Like Jesus said, "the greatest commandment is to LOVE the Lord your God and obey His commands. The second is as the first, and that is to LOVE your Neighbour as once self."
However, the cross has also become the central point of many arguments, revolutions, social unrest, political contentions and many others. Unfortunately, these occurrences have to some been too great of a divide for them to overcome. Nevertheless, to understand the place of the cross is to know and have a relationship the one who made the cross matter, (i.e. Jesus).
Therefore, Christ ought to be the center of everything. From living, breathing things to inanimate objects, Christ, is the center of it all. Christo-centricity is simple terms is having Christ influence how believers understand their identity and purpose, their attitudes towards others, and their approach to ethical and social issues. Thus, as we look at Christo-centricity today, may I suggest to you, that the right relationship with Christ is what makes this influence effortlessly possible and not anything of our own strength.
We all make mistakes. In fact, one can say mistakes are inevitable. With many mistakes, you get up, dust yourself off and continue with your journey. But what of the errors that alter the trajectory of our lifes, are those also inevitable? and how do we recover from them?
No matter how grave our misstep has been or the consequences that we are facing after, there is a solution that is more accessible to us than most of us realize. he song writer said, " What a friend we have in Jesus. All our sins and griefs to bear. What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer! O what peace we often forfeit. O what needless pain we bear. All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer."
As simple as this might sound, it actually is a fact of life. No person has ever truly called on God through His son, Jesus and not been answered. Let's dive in
As we continue our series of conversations on marriage, we turn our attention to some of the things that keeps or raises moral in marriage. To be Living means to be alive with awareness, interest and responsiveness. Without these qualities, we subconsciously cease to live but rather we just exist.
I believe the idea of existing or just getting by applies to many facets of our life. Afterall, in scripture, there is a passage in Revelation that describes the various churches, and when talking about the church in Sardis, he wrote, “I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die.”
Unfortunately, many have settled to "exist in marriage" rather than to live. This my friends, was not and will never be the divine prescription for this beautiful union - marriage. Our guest today Dr. Ron Woodard is an Educator, Author, Writer and Leadership Mentor. He and his wife (Cicely) are co-authors of the book - Keeping the stars Aligned - which is available on Amazon.
We have already established here on this podcast that everyone needs healing from one thing to another. However, the process of healing always starts with individuals taking responsibility and ownership of the present situation, whether health, emotional or financially. Truth is, no one method, strategy or treatment fits everyone. If only we will be attentive, we can certainly find the right resources and support. This week, Duan Guval joins us to discuss his systemic and measurable journey that he took to loose weight and improve his physical and emotional health.
There is a famous saying which many have attributed to Anurag Shourie that, “A half-truth is even more dangerous than a lie. A lie, you can detect at some stage, but half a truth is sure to mislead you for long.” This unfortunately has plagued many in times past and continues to do so today. The future we all ought to seek, must absolutely include the decision of where we will spend eternity. As we wrap up our conversations on 'The Don't series,' we look at the importance of preparing not just for our worldly life affairs, but also for eternity.
I would like to believe that everybody who wants to make something meaningful of their life, knows the importance of planning for the future. However, we seldom consider the importance of preparing for today. Truth is, for the person who does not prepare for today, 'tomorrow never comes.' Eternity begins today not tomorrow. Thus, in every aspect of your life, you will be well served by making decisions that impact today. I encounter many who have not made a decision for Jesus but are hoping to get to a place of greater success in life. To such I ask, can one truly be successful and at the same time fail at their life's ultimate goal/purpose?
My dear listener, don't let the world sell you short on the success you were created for. Success in life is not in the abundance of our possessions. Again, 'half-truths are more dangerous than lies.'
There was a 1989 hit song, "Remember all the good time, forget about the bad times." And even if you don't know the song, I'm sure we are all familiar with statements that echo similar sentiment. I was once asked, "why do we have such a had time forgetting about the negative things in our past?" The truth is, we all have made mistakes, have been hurt by events/others and have hurt people in the past as well. I see the problem as not with the fact that we seem not o be able to forget the past, but rather, the role our past has on our present.
I strongly believe that the past ought to be the foundation upon which we build part of the future. So the proper question i believe is, How are we healing through our past. Tune in as we explore the subject of remembrance in our "don't mini series."
Potential is basically defined as one's ability or capability to become or develop into something bigger than what they are. This means that whatever we need to obtain true success in life is within us or has been deposited within us. So, one may ask, how come so many people don't fulfill their potential in life?
This week, we dive into this very question of life, in hopes of pointing out a few things to you that will help steer you on the right course or help you give the right advice to somebody who depends on you for counsel and direction.
Truth is there are many happenings in life that can pose challenges and/or obstacles as we journey through the various stages of our life. As such, it is important to approach each stage with the proper mindset and know-how. Without these, one can easily be derailed from the path that leads to fulfillment of one’s purpose.
I pray God through His grace, will provide some healing that will fill some of these potholes in our lives and aid in fulfilling our potentials.
Remember, ‘IT'S NOT WHAT PEOPLE CALL YOU, BUT WHAT YOU ANSWER TO.’ Let’s dive in
"Life is a journey" is a phrase that is widely accepted by people from all walks of life. This statement presupposes that no matter who you are or what your life looks like, you had a starting point and will get to destination. So my one question for you is, where are you going in life.
Friends, our knowledge of our final destination determine everything about our journey: what we carry along, the number of stops we make, what we do at the rest stops and even how long we rest there. Distraction along this journey is ever so prominent given the various happenings in this rapidly changing and fast paced world.
Join us this week as we consider some of the 'Don'ts' of life.
Proverbs 11:14 says "where no counsel is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Life is a continum of hills and valleys that are designed to break, reshape, prune and also equip us for our unique inherent abilities. Let's face it; without the lessons of negative consequences or some punishment we received for doing the wrong thing (s), some of us would never have changed for the better.
With each experience in life comes knowledge and growth. However, growth is not always positive or productive. Wisdom is what enables positive growth, and that doesn't always come from our experience. Wisdom, is gained from the fear of God and also through counsel. Proverbs 15:22 - Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
This week, Dr. Kofi Bawuah joins us today to discuss this all important topic concerning the value of counselors/advisors in our life.
One would think that since wars are so bad, other countries will desist or refrain from engaging in it after the very first one. However, there still continues to be wars within and between countries today. Well one obvious reason why wars still happen is because someone certainly benefits from it. But why do we truly hate wars?May I suggest that as individuals, we hate wars because it rubs us of our peace.Join us this week as we discuss the concept of peace, how to purse it, and what we can do to maintain it. In a rapidly changing world, there is no listing of the various things that steal our peace. Sin deprives us of peace with God our maker, thus we seek salvation. In fact, peace is one of the first this a person receives through salvation.Every person, country, empire, entity, or company seeks growth and growth is progressive. However, there can be no real progress in the absence of peace and peace comes by doing what is right.
Healing involves enjoying the Peace of God in the midst of all life’s happenings. So how can one get to the place of enjoying this peace. Truth is, many have come before us in seeking to find this ultimate peace through various means. Many have sort this through various spiritual means and practices, others through self-efforts such as through working to please everybody and even through monetary means. However, the bible makes it very clear, that God is the only through source of this peace – His name is Jehovah Shalom (God is Peace). The process of salvation to the believer is the ultimate act of humility. In the wisdom of the world, the very principle of humility can be seen as a weakness. Nonetheless, it is the very power and means to reach the top. This week, Rev. Aduku joins us to discuss the value of humility to every individual. Tune in this week as we look at some of the strengths and barriers of humility in our lives.
It's been said time and time again that "you reap what you sow." Indeed, this is a true saying in every facet of life and in-fact, its biblical. But can there be harvest or reaping without rain? Every action we take or decision we make impacts our life in the present and the future. This is because the giver of the rain for harvest is sovereign.Let our conversation about the symbolism of rain this week help steer you in the various walks of life. The certainty of rainfall and yet its unpredictability is a lesson of design imbedded in the very fabric of creation. Join me as we dive into this and let Hope and Healing rise. God bless you.
With all the chaos in life, we all need a space to decompress. However, a secret place is more than the place to decompress, it's also the space of victory. Unfortunately, not many people seek for carve out a secret place for themselves; emotionally, physically or even spiritually.
This week, our dear sister Candace Fobih joins the conversation on this vital topic. Afterall, it's one thing to create a secret place and another thing to become one with it.
Every super structure stands on a substructure. Yes, even the proper application of makeup, requires a foundation. So, I ask how much attention are you paying to your foundation? No matter how beautiful a house is or visibly attractive something eventually becomes, it is sustained and preserved by its foundation.
Although there are times when a weakened foundation is noticed and promptly strengthened or healed, other times the only way to know of an ailing/failing foundation is when the visible structure is broken.
This week, we dive deeper into some of the things that weakens and sometimes completely destroys our foundation with Very Rev. Dr. Samuel Osam-Duodu of the Methodist church Ghana.
Gaps are not necessarily bad, after-all they give us room to grow. However, when Gaps are not recognized, they can become the distance that lead to our demise.
Now that we know of some of these marital gaps and their roles in plaguing us, let's seek some healing. Proverbs 18:22 says "He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD." I believe part of the work of this favor is to bestow on us the grace we need to continue to grow. I am not in any way saying that every marriage will succeed, no not all. However, we can receive healing through the great deal of hurt and pains we bare. Dr. Bright Adjei joins us again this week as we turn our attention to healing from Gaps in Marriage.
Everyone talks about losing weight. From dinner conversations to the doctor's office, to TV commercials, we seldom go through a day or two without hearing something about weight. We all know people who will not give us a break from hearing about their newest discoveries about the next weight management strategies. However, the question I ask is: why at all is this important? Does this bother us because we can no longer fit in the pretty dresses we bought a year ago or there is (or should be) more. This week, we chat with Dr. Ichha Sethi a board-certified family medicine and obesity care doctor about why losing weight is or ought to be important.

I personally believe that no person marries his or her enemy. There is always a positive reason for which two people get married, but not all married people know how to live with each other. In-fact, many couples who are going through divorce still affirm that they love each other but can no longer live with each other. May I humbly submit to you that a huge part of this is because of the various Gaps that exist and our failure to recognize or work on them. Gaps are not necessarily bad, after-all they give us room to grow. However, when Gaps are not recognized, they can become the distance that lead to our demise. This week, Dr. Bright Adjei joins us to discuss this all-important topic for our series on marriage.Be blessed as you listen and apply to your life.
One truth about love is that love needs an object to whom it can express itself or give itself, loose itself or it make itself one with. Yes, God has all wisdom, power, holiness and righteousness. He is perfect, majestic, all seeing, knowing and all powerful - Yes, He is every great thing we can imagine and more. However, without God being in very nature love, all his attributes are worthless to the Christian or the believer. In-fact, God cannot truly be worshipped with love. Afterall, it is His love that pays the way for us to come to know Him.
In the same way no matter what you are or what you do or what you hope to become, without love you are worth little to nothing to humanity.
This week on past 2 of healing through disappointment, Dr. Kunal Gugnani joins us to discuss one of the basic fundamental of human interactions and relationships. No one can live without expectations. However, we can create our own heart breaks if expectations are not managed.
No matter what stage you are in life, choosing to do the right is sometimes much harder than you would hope. Human beings are wonderfully designed with the gift of choice; from choosing to rise on time to school, work or whatever the day brings your way to choosing to be kind, patient, understanding or even choosing your eternal home, our life is full of choices.
This week, we converse with the Very Rev. Dr. Samuel Osam-Duodu on why sometimes the wrong things of life seem more appealing. We will also discover some of the things that can help us consistently make right choices.
The key to healing through any crisis starts with the knowledge one has acquired in or about that situation. Whereas knowledge can be as simple as getting information, the source of information, now more than ever, matters greatly. This week, Dr. Bernard Boadu joins Hour of Healing to discuss identity, beyond what you see in the mirror. In time of crisis, the one thing that can bring healing to an individual is knowing their identity.
Infact, the one with a misplaced identity soon finds that authenticity/originality soon becomes a point of debate.
Every mason builds with one brick at a time. This is a fundamental truth about life that applies to almost every important aspect of our human existence. As such if we will be financially independent or be successful at creating wealth for ourselves and for our families, there must be an intentionality about our approach.
You may not care about money, but you certainly do care about time. To be a blessing unto others, or to do what we desire to do for the kingdom, we need to own our time. Join us this week on hour of healing, as we look at a systematic approach to gaining creating wealth.

Obedience is learning to do what you are asked to do even though you may think you know a better way. However, many people are in trouble today because of their acts of obedience. So, why should one continue to obey?
Truth is that obedience is not an easy task. In fact, I will say obedience is very hard.
If COVID thought us anything, we realized that we had to be careful to who and what we listen to. Not every symptom you read on social media means you have that disease, and not every medication people talk about is good for you to try.
Join us this week as we discuss the responsibility that rests on the shoulders of the authority or person who is obeyed.
It's been said that “the best way to avoid disappointment is simply not to expect anything from anyone.” But can anyone live in this world without expecting anything from anyone?
Disappointment in its general sense refers to the sadness or displeasure that results due to unfulfillment of one's hopes or expectations. Needless to say we have all been there and continue to go through disappointment.
Join us this week as we discuss the attitude we ought to have as we go through various disappointments.
Everyone lacks something in life, and if you don't have a need in your life, you ought to create one. Because Lack creates a Need, need creates Urgency, urgency creates Dependency, dependency yields obedience and respect for others, and obedience and respect ultimately leads to Trust in God.
So, to the parent who is doing everything to shield their children from having any lack or need in their life, my question to you is this; will your children ultimately need God?
A corrupt or bad soil cannot yield good fruit/food. This is the very bases for many disciplines advocating for more organic produce.
When there is a disturbance in the bodies state of ease or comfort, don’t we end with dis-ease.
Science teaches that all organ systems, including the skin function to maintain homeostasis. Imbalance leads to disorder which results in disease. The word dis-ease was first used to literally refer to lack of ease or comfort. The prefix ‘dis’ simply references the state of lack or disequilibrium.
