If you feel like you're someone that pushes emotions away, here's a way to trust your judgement and love/support every single one of your big emotions. You're not toxically positive. You just have some intense emotions that feel scary to deal with.

Try this method to firstly connect more to yourself and love all parts of yourself (the good, the bad, and the ugly). Eventually you'll be able to model this technique to your unborn or born children to help them emotionally regulate as early as possible so they know how to create a life that serves them.

Episodes come out every Friday at 8 AM. We'll see you next week!
