I have struggled my whole adult life with comparing myself with others. This episode is a reminder to myself and hopefully to you that you are doing your best, you only need to think about your life and you need to be aware of that voice in your head before you can free yourself of the thief of joy that comes from comparing. Good luck and be kind to yourself, no one else can live your life and you can't live anyone else's
There are a lot of random happenings, universal signs, and coincidences that have culminated in me securing a space for a year, showing my art to 1000s of people in the heart of the CBD.
Here I talk about the exhibition creation process, how I came to have this opportunity, and how I brought it all together
191 st Geroges terrace will be home to my art for the remainder of the year

Over the past 3 years, I have focused on sharing life advice and tips for a better life via my podcast. In reality, I feel like I have said everything I wanted to say in this area, and I also don't have the answers to tell people how they should be living their lives. I want to shift the focus to simply sharing interesting stories, facts, and information. I want to meet people who have something interesting to say, and I want to share that interest with you, my listeners. Please get in touch if there are any specific questions or topics you would like me to dicuss, and I will do my best to find the right guests.

A fact I couldnt very in the chat was the date that sperm donation was made legal for same sex couples,
In Australia, sperm donation has been legally accessible to same-sex couples for several decades, with legislation and court rulings solidifying their access, particularly since the early 2000s, allowing them to utilize assisted reproductive technology (ART) like IVF with donor sperm without significant legal barriers; however, specific regulations on donor identification and parental rights may vary depending on the state or territory
amazingly Engalnd was later! only since 2009 has it been legal to same sex couples. The first country to offer this was:
Sweden was the first country to allow sperm donation to lesbian couples in July 2005. Other countries that have since legalized sperm donation for same-sex couples include France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain.
Its a known fact that most people start a New Years Resolution and most fail at maintaining healthy changes beyond January.

This was a thought provoking topic suggested to me by a friend. I am not sure I have done this topic justice and I realised I don't really live in hope, I live in action. Have a listen and see if you resonate with anything I share

Effective communication is also critical as a way to connect and belong.
I hope these tips an insite can help you to communicate with more efficiencey and integrity.
There is so much to say on this topic & I'm sure I will feel I need to do another episode on it soon.. A few things to know before you listen..I had an eating disorder for a decade... so that has massively informed my thoughts around food. Cereal was invented to make us consume more milk after the War... to drive a new industry in the UK.. We are not meant to consume milk that is meant to turn a tiny calf into a half ton cow, nor is cereal necessarily a healthy option. I am not a clinical phycologist, these are just my options and thoughts on the topic Much of the food industry is constructed to make us consume sugar, dairy, fats etc.... Please remember the quest for major corporations to make $ is what drives so many of our food options. So don't be fooled by clever or misleading advertising... so much of what we are told is ‘good’ for us, is actually just good for someone’s wallet!
Please seek professional help if this episode is triggering for you
