I want you to think about the concept of time with me, You can not see it touch taste of feel it but it is very real. You literally live and die by time. Time can be the greatest gift and time can be to most brutal killer. To have time makes you the richest person in the world and to not have time is to be be devastated by the poverty that stand before you . Time is a currency in which some of us spend recklessly . While some of us wish it away in spells of “ I can’t wait” to spending time thought in the future and feeling remiss when what we looked forward to now lives in the past. We don’t know how many years , months , weeks days hours mins seconds we will live on this planet and that keeps us from taking time seriously...

Living in the future is often like living in a dream world. We imagine things that we cannot yet see, and in our future worlds, we are doing things that we cannot yet do. It’s a beautiful space where amazing things can happen. But if we live in our dream worlds too often, they can by proxy steal away from our present lives telling us that what we have isn’t enough and causing us feelings of doubt about what we are capable of…It’s ingrained in us that our dreams will secure a better reality than that of what we have now, and while that’s possible… is there anything we can do to ensure that we can make the best of what we now have while we wait for our dream world to emerge?
We might live in a society that prioritizes dreams over what we can see. That the grass is always greener on the other side, no matter what that other side it is so long as it’s not our side. That we boost up what we don’t have yet, and once we get it we don’t have the skill of presence to enjoy it because we are compelled to move on to the very next thing.
Is it possible that there is a better way to live than chasing your dreams?
