The Situational Judgement Test assesses your ability to select the right course of action when you enter the workplace as a junior doctor. It is unlike any other exam you do in medical school and as such can be a challenging assessment for final year students. George & Hadyn discuss the style of questions that come up in the SJT and give some hints and tips to succeed. There are around 500 SFP posts available for new doctors in the UK each year which offer dedicated training in research, education or leadership and management among others.
