In this episode, Kelsey Taylor is joined by licensed professional Counselor, Tracey Brock, as she talks about Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) and how it can serve as a tool in rewiring the brain. Being trained in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, ETT, and Intimacy Therapy, Tracey now focuses on using ETT as her main tool in helping her patients dig deep and release their traumas.
Through the use of light and color wavelengths, ETT can reach affected brain patterns that go to different parts of the body that make us feel the trauma, fear or anxiety. This therapy is one that helps you get in tune with your body and mind to help you better handle your emotions.
The Type Three teaches us that being connected with our body and mind can help us in dealing with trauma. This episode will help inspire and motivate you to search for where your disconnect is in order to reconnect with your emotions.

Sixes defy the "fearful" stereotype. I've had a lot of experiences with Sixes, and I can tell you they're the best! They have so much depth and are the most thoughtful people you will ever meet. Of course, fear is the driving force behind all Sixes' personalities, but maybe we can also learn about our relationship with fear from them.
In this episode Kelsey Taylor interviews Kristin Messegee, a life coach who works solely with sixes, also a six herself. Kristin will share about her life coaching journey, how to manage self-doubt, how to deal with and have a healthy relationship with fear and anxiety. Her anxiety, self-doubt, and indecision as a Six led her to help other Enneagram Sixes to stop worrying and live courageously.
Enneagram type six or not, If you are feeling worried, indecisive, and overwhelmed this podcast episode will help you learn why you are stuck in indecision, fear and anxiety, and how to get out.
